I don't think I have EVER been treated so rudely as I was in this coffee shop. no one spoke to me when I entered. However, they did nudge each other and point at a hat I was wearing. There were only two other customers in the shop, and they were seated . It took a very long time for someone to take my order. I was determined that they would help me if I had to stand there for an hour! She finally realized that I was not leaving, and she took my order. She was extremely rude. Plenty of seating and not too loud so this is a favorite stop. Loads of seating, comfortable, bench seats, comfortable tables and chairs, and additional seating outside. My husband loves the coffee and I love the turkey, bacon egg whites sandwiches. The staff has always been friendly and helpful, and the restaurant is clean. read more

This Starbucks doesn't particularly underperform or overperform, it's exactly what you would expect from a Starbucks location. It stays pretty busy, so at times the drive through line can be stuck but it does move. It's pricey, you'll pay more than you would at other local coffee shops in the area like Exchange Co or Java Bistro. They do have dairy-free options like almond, soy, and coconut milk, but most other places do too. I am a sucker for their season flavors Maple Pecan and Chestnut Praline, but when I'm not indulging in those I'm just as happy getting my coffee from other nearby coffee shops. A small note for anyone who plays Pokemon Go: this Starbucks location is a Pokemon Gym, and is cycled through as an EX-Raid gym. For non-Pokemon players, that just means at random points during the day/week you may see a large influx of people in the parking lots or standing around nearby for 10-15 minutes at a time. read more

SLOW is the best way to start this. I am not a fan of this location. It takes for ever to get your order. The drive thru is a night mare. I avoid 100% of the time. I know they hire mostly young people but shouldn't they have 1 person there just to keep them focused and on task? The coffee is as good as any of there places. I called up to order and was told that Starbucks was going to donate the coffee. With that said I decided the least I could do was buy the assortment of goodies which I then had delivered. My biggest issue is the fact their pumpkin cold brew never looks anything like the photos. Barely any foam. So I always order extra and even the extra is way LESS than the photo. If youre gonna have gender neutral restrooms I would suggest you keep it clean from urine being all over seat and floor. These restrooms are not cleaned on a regular basis as they have orange rings around toilet bowl. This is disgusting! I have been in a couple of management positions and those restroom's need to be cleaned and sanitized throughout the day . Gross! read more

3.5 This is a beautiful Starbucks. It's very spacious with both indoor and outdoor seating. They have individual conference rooms and high tops. This location gets quite busy leaving the line backed out to the street at times. My coffee has been good here about 75% of the time. I've had a couple here that weren't as good as they should have been, tasting like they were missing a little TLC. I also have been forgotten about while waiting for my drink which I found strange because on that day it was very slow. I still like this location and will continue going here from time to time, but I do prefer the Haywood location over this one and will drive out of my way instead. read more

ASTHETICS: Walked into this location which used to be a bank- and was blown away! In addition to the main area full of tables, they have a private area in the corner with some cushy chairs that is hidden from the main floor by a partition- and they are by the windows so plenty of light and privacy to work. ALSO...there are two other toally separate rooms both with plenty of coziness and windows for more privacy. AND....if you ask really nicely, the manager can book the secret Starbucks Room in the back for small events or gatherings. The cost is minimal and worth the giant table for a meetup or a workshop. Great drive-thru service. STAFF: Most friendly, smiley staff I've ever seen in a SB- and that's saying alot. I made sure to know their names and they know mine after just a few visits. Jackson taught me about teas, which is a great alternative to a late afternoon coffee. Thanks Jackson! The Manager, Jenn, introduced herself and seemed genuinely happy to work here. This is my new spot! DRAWBACK: The only thing I notice is that the music is a bit loud and becomes more of a distraction than a pleasant background melody. I love Starbucks and go there very frequently, however, this location is by far the worst one I have ever been to. We have gone a few times recently to try and give them more than one chance to get our orders right and they never fail to mess them up. Every single time (no exaggeration) that we have gone our orders have been wrong and it takes up to 40 mins just to get through the line that we don't have time to wait another hour for them to redo the order. We will no longer visit this location and we have warned others about the poor service. We much prefer literally any other store. read more

While ordering, I made sure the coffee I was ordering was dairy free in the way I was ordering because my son has a dairy allergy. She absolutely 'gets' how to create a great customer experience. This week was my birthday, they gave me a free drink and offered a pourover when I didn't care for the dark roast. If you can't make drinks properly, I suggest that you find a new job elsewhere. This is one of the coolest Starbucks! It's an old bank, so there are separate little rooms which are great for meeting clients or business meetings. The staff is friendly. The service and food and drinks are great. The parking is hard sometimes if it is busy. You can park in the Aldi's parking lot right next to it, or sometimes there's parking available in the back by the drive-through. read more

I just went through the drive thru and am kind of shocked at what Starbucks is turning into at this location. The lady working the drive thru didn't even know what a latte is. She was confused that it didn't have any syrup in it. Then she told me the wrong total and I had to put some of the change back and after I corrected her mistake she muttered something under her breath and I heard one of her coworkers start laughing. I ordered two drinks and she only gave me one straw. It's not my fault you hate your job and don't know how to do it, let alone do anything with numbers. In a perfect Starbuck world, a venti soy caramel macchiatto should taste the same no matter where, when and which Starbucks you go to. This particular Starbucks has the consistency award in my book. I know exactly what I am getting for my $5+ when I order here. Not like other Starbucks (I hate to name names so I won't mention Woodruff Rd in Greenville) where sometimes the drink is not sweet enough, too sweet, or the flavor just misses the mark depending on who makes it. Downside is that the drive-thru at the Fairview Rd Starbucks can be busy, but usually it goes at a consistent steady pace. Extra nice people work at the window, which oddly enough pleasantly added to my macchiatto experience and set the tone before going to get my taxes done at H&R across the lot. read more

On bad weeks, which happens often, they mess up orders very badly, are so slow, are rude, and are out of 50% of the store. I received 4/5 and then after waiting for 15 min went to check on the 5th drink, I was told "it probably is in line to be made some time" and brushed off, I completely understand a busy store and that's why I gave so much time, but after going up after 30+ MIN. And being told "do not come up to the counter to check on it we are busy" like I am coming here simply to make sure it wasn't forgot about after waiting over 30 min for a coffee. 45 min I received the drink... that's unacceptable. read more

Normally use the mobile app to avoid waiting. Sometimes long-ish lines but they are fast. I normally order the brewed coffee with my add ins and they always get it right. Staff is friendly and well trained. I visit many Starbucks stores and this is not always the case. Store is kept clean and tidy. Comfortable atmosphere for doing some work or just lounging around. Counter isn't "on top" of the seating area so you don't constantly have that buzz while relaxing. The outdoor seating area is ample and too pretty quiet. They have umbrellas so on sunny days if you don't feel like working on your tan, you can put one up. Drive thru can be tight and if there is a line you may have to park in an adjacent lot. This is typical with most Starbucks though. Just means a little walk. Easy way to burn off some of that Macchiato you will soon be enjoying. Great spot. read more

One of my favorite Starbucks locations... one where I don't feel I have to use the app to get in and out. The lines in the drive-through can be long in the mornings, so beware of that. You may want to park in Publix parking lot and walk in instead of waiting in the line. Plenty of tables inside to have meetings and since it was converted from a bank there are large rooms that can be reserved for multi-person meetings. The staff is always friendly and I have never had issues with this location - I frequent this one as it is five minutes from my home. read more
