I stopped by on January 3 around 11:15 a.m., and the young man in the drive-thru was rude. I asked about five times for a straw for my cold drink. He would turn around and walk away as I asked for my straw and napkins. I waited, thinking he was going to get napkins and straw. When he returned to the register, he ignored me and continued taking orders. He should not be at the register with that kind of service customer service. read more

The staff actually did nothing and did not apologize for the wait or the wrong orders. My cousin got a chocolate brownie and they brought out a chocolate croissant instead, then when she finally brought out the actual brownie she snatched the croissant from us and said "gimme that" There was one guy at least doing work but he wasn't very friendly, They also forgot about our tea and it took them 10 minutes to get it out. read more

Constantly closed due to short staffing, I keep forgetting when passing through to go to one of the nearby locations instead of this one.

They had 3 people working at a prime coffee ordering time. One was doing the drive through and the other was taking in store orders, and the third was standing there not making coffee. There were 7 people waiting in the lobby for their orders. It was crazy! The guy had to tell the girl to go make coffee. She rolled her eyes and moved as slowly as she could. Then the 3 of them would stop and chat for a while. We waited 12 minutes for 2 doppio espressos that ended up not being made correctly. It was absolutely ridiculous. Customers were getting really upset, and they would tell them that it would be out really soon and then laugh together about it. It was so unprofessional. read more

This Starbucks confirmed my decision to avoid the chain. I haven't drank an SB in years. But, we stopped today because of a BOGO deal and we were trying to treat the kids after an afternoon of swimming on our Colorado vacation. We ordered six drinks on the app. When we got to the window (inside was closed), they only had two of the six drinks made and informed us that they were out of the ingredients for the other four. This is when we should have asked for a refund. However, they offered to make us something different and we agreed. They did not have any of the refresher items so we were quite limited as far as choices. We settled on a variety of Frappuccino's. The last one came out dripping chocolate and frozen liquid which got all over our car because the lid was not secure. My husband took about 2 sips of his before deciding not to finish. None of the drinks were well made and none of the Frappuccino's had whipped cream. If we were local to Silverthorne, we'd definitely avoid this store. And, my previous decision to avoid the chain altogether feels justified. My advice? Make drinks at home or visit local shops who will take pride in their product and work hard to keep their customers happy. read more

I'm pretty sure this location is closed, my bf and I go skiing at keystone once a week. This location is ALWAYS closed I have never seen it open? I'm not sure what their hours are if they are still in business. We also have a Tesla so we charge in their parking lot. At least once a week. read more

They have a Tesla charging station, which I'm using, but won't let me come into the lobby to order nor use the restroom. They said it was because they only had 2 people working, so they couldn't open the lobby. It's 21 degrees and snow on the ground and they told me the gas station across the street (1/4 a mile away) is open. The intersection wasn't plowed, and when I tried stopping, I slid right past the crosswalk they wanted me to use to get to the gas station. Luckily, Wendy's lobby, who also only had two employees at this time of morning, was open. read more

Oh Starbucks! You can almost bet there is one everywhere you go. We walked in and you could tell the place had recently been updated with the new Starbucks look. It was large spacious and clean! We also both ordered the amazing Flat White and they came out in decent time to hit the road and head to Boulder! Overall my experience here was great. read more

Terrible customer service. Zach took our order and assumed the chai latte I ordered was supposed to be iced. Then he gave us attitude when we asked him to remake it. After that he didn't even enter our order for a caramel macchiato. When we told him we were waiting for the caramel macchiato he actually told us we were wrong and didn't order it or else he would've entered it in the system. When is it ok to tell the customer they're wrong? Maybe he's just bad at multi tasking! There were three of us in the car when we ordered and we all know what I said in the microphone. Now I'm reading other reviews saying that they've gotten the order wrong before. I think it's clear what the truth is here. Terrible experience. read more

Coffee was cold and my breakfast sandwich was even colder. I couldn't even eat the middle of it. Employees were friendly though.

Stoooed in gave my order at drive thru and it never fails I get the wrong order half the time and you ask fir your pastry to be warmed up they give to you cold so everything is done twice but it is what it is I guess . read more

Great Starbucks - bright and stunning views. Always busy though so I usually mobile order - They've gotten the order wrong a couple times which defeats the purpose. When you order a venti and they give you a tall ... then you're waiting with everyone else anyway for the to do it again. Also - they can't seem to do "extra hot". Usually when I order extra hot you need the extra cardboard holder - here you don't. Will keep going there and keep trying - maybe a better review to come. read more

She shot the steam into the milk and made a bubbly mess, then poured a milky bubble mixture on to the espresso. I suppose i received a latte, not a cappuccino. So I came through this Starbucks about a week ago with a few friends on the way back to Denver and I've honestly never experienced better service than what I received that day. From the cashier to the barista handing me my drink everybody was very welcoming and helpful. Normally I wouldn't review a Starbucks because they are usually all the same but I wanted to leave a mommy friendly note about this one. This one is on my drive to Steamboat so we make a pit stop here on a regular basis. Not only does it have high chairs for my tiny person but it also has a changing station in the bathroom. For those who are not parents I know this isn't a big deal but it is for me. The other Starbucks in town doesn't have one and I have had to change my babies diaper on the floor of a very wet bathroom in the middle of the winter. The staff here is also incredibly friendly and there are many tables to sit and take a load off before getting back in the car. This location is always clean and attracts the best people. Yo this location sucks. The staff forgot to make three of our food items. Waited at least 10 minutes watching order after order come out (both drinks and food) before finally asking someone for an update on our order. The barista just told us that someone else was working on food items. Waited another 5 minutes before going up to the cashier to just get a refund since we were tired of waiting. The cashier told us the reason our order wasn't coming out was due to computer issues. I get that, but it was kind of weird reasoning since we did get some of our ordered food that was on the same ticket that had the missing food. Malfunctions happen, but the whole situation could have been handled just a little bit better. Come to this Starbucks if you want to be first in, last out haha. Came here today to get two Frappuccino's. We spent obviously about $12. They made both drinks wrong, when we took the first drink up for them to correct, they were mad at US....? These guys have got to get a new education on how to charge customers. How about someone charging you $5.25 for just steamed milk. That's ridiculous. It doesn't help the customer and it certainly doesn't help the employer either by creating ill will. VERY poor Costomer service and NOT clean. I waited over 5 minutes for someone to walk over to take my order, and I was the ONLY person in the place. The workers were just standing around talking to each other. Finally I made them aware that I was waiting, one of the employees said, "Oh, you haven't been helped?" Then, they turned away from me to finish their conversation before taking my order! Also, the main area was not clean: multiple tables had not been cleared off or wiped down, and the floor was dirty. I went into the bathroom and it was disgusting! Finally, my chai did not taste as good as it normally does at other Starbucks (I ALWAYS get the Chai, so I know what it should taste like).
