my elderly friend (74) fell on the step walking into this establishment and the workers were extremely rude to her. when she asked for a bandaid for her bleeding knee they laughed at her and made her repeat herself a few times then told her "we don't speak like that here." She left feeling upset and embarrassed and went to a local store and they helped her get her knee cleaned up. One of the ladies there ended up calling into this Starbucks and wanted to speak to the manager and they hung up when they realized that she was calling because of what happened to the elderly woman. sad that some people can't just be kind and have a little bit of human decency to help out the elderly. read more

barista was very rude, took payment, and then would not give me. My drink, said that he did not like the way that I was talking to him yet he was leaning out the window like he was trying to attack me. If ordering with mobile pickup, make sure to add 30 minutes to when it says it will be ready. Just had to leave without getting the coffee I paid for as even the 30 minute buffer was not long enough - even though very few cars were in the drive-thru or customers inside. read more

Stopped in for coffee a week ago & left as quickly as we could. The service was terrible! We have never had such poor service at a Starbucks. There were about six people working, yet we stood for several minutes as the only customers before someone finally acknowledged our presence. She said, "Oh I work in the drive-thru, so I can't help you, but someone will come." When someone finally came, I had to repeat the order five times (which was just for two drip coffees), and they still got it wrong. In addition, for our two simple drip coffee orders, we had to wait, what seemed like 15 minutes, without acknowledgment. When I asked (since at every other Starbucks I've been to, drip coffees are generally poured immediately, and we were the only customers in the store) they said, "Oh we do it in the order they come in & drive thru & call-in is really busy, so it'll come at some point. " Then they got the order wrong and blew it off- no effort to make it right. We should've known, the trashcan was overflowing and there was spilled drink with foot prints all over the patio on the way in. Sadly, this is a beautiful Starbucks from the outside. We were fairly excited to go as we have driven by it several times without stopping in. After this experience, we will continue driving by. read more

The customer service here is extremely poor. Placed an online order and was lectured on how I should've given them 10 minutes before showing up. Waited in the line for more than 10 minutes anyways. When I finally got to the window, they ended up giving me the wrong order. No apology, just attitude. All in all, be prepared to deal with condescending and rude employees. read more

The workers at this particular store never fail to be so incredibly rude. I come here at least once every week- two weeks & my experience is always the same. They are very quick to cut you off in the middle of ordering in a rushing manner, I have been over charged for my drinks 50% of the time that i've ordered & most of the time my drink is not right. read more

This is not your normal Starbucks. It seems better suited as a drive up Starbucks than a walk-in establishment. I frequent Starbucks all over the world, and I have never seen one PUT THE HALF AND HALF AWAY at 11:00 AM. When asked why they do that, they told me they don't have much demand for it after 11. The first time I went in, I had to ask for half and half. It took several seconds to get someone's attention to retrieve the h n h for me. I thought the lack of h n h on the counter was an oversight, but when I went in months later, the h n h was still not there!! I again had to ask for it! I'll drive a mile down the road to the next Starbucks to get my Americano. read more

While I have frequented this location many of times without any complaints I must say that it isn't the best location I've been too. The drive thru is always so packed. I understand they're not open on the inside right now but one morning I ordered a drink on the mobile app to pick up before work and the drive thru was backed out to the road so I pulled around to the front and the woman sitting outside told me they weren't allowing people inside so I wasn't able to get my drink. Maybe they did allow people to go in just to pick up to go orders but maybe they should at least make it known. Overall, the coffee is always good! read more

This place could be a promising study place, BUT, they crank up the music so incredibly loud. So loud, you can still hear it blaring through your ear phones on maximum volume. The staff is also very un-attentive. They will stand chatting and not help you. read more

I wish I could give zero stars. I'm allergic to caffeine in high doses and when I asked if something had caffeine they told me no. Once I physically got the drink at the window I asked again and the guy didn't know and didn't care to find out and just walked away from the window.
