Starbucks at Seacrest is great! Super friendly baristas, they even offered us samples of cold foam while we were waiting for our drinks. The cafe was clean, the drinks were perfect, and you can't beat the location. I saw other negative reviews about this location, which worried me at first, but I had an awesome experience, so wherever issues they had before aren't happening now! While visiting, this location was half a mile from our Airbnb. My friends and I walked over here to grab drinks in the morning. The place was a ghost town and the workers were not friendly. My matcha was over $11, normally it is at most $7 from other locations. Not sure how the prices are so different here. The matcha was okay. my sister ordered a drink and was given a lemonade that looked nothing like the drink she ordered. she kindly asked the employee to remake it, and the employee rolled her eyes, snatched it from her, and threw it out. she was mumbling the entire time she was remaking it. she made the new drink, along with drinks for a group of teenage girls who were waiting with us. we overheard the girls tell them that their drinks weren't right either and the employee had the same reaction. as the girls were leaving, they commented that the employees should be nice to their customers. the employee yelled "what a bitch!" and another employee ran out the door and screamed at them down the street "ONE DAY YOU'RE GONNA GET PREGNANT" ??????????? read more

Not good. The service was terribly inattentive and slow. The interior was dirty and in desperate need of a cleaning. The coffee was perfectly fine, as you would expect from just about any Starbucks. I have no problem with Starbucks as a business and I find myself stopping at them quite often, especially when traveling. So this is not an anti-starbucks rant. This location is operated by very rude employees. The woman asked for my name and I told her and she said, is that your name? And I was like yes, have you never met a guy named this before, and she laughed and said no. I actually haven't received that type of response to my name since grade school. To top it off, I then went to pay for my iced tea (which I'm pretty sure is a few dollars more than my local starbucks) and she told me they don't take cash at that location. So I left without an iced tea but at least I got made fun of for my name. There are many coffee shops in the area that will appreciate your business and not treat you poorly. Not a Starbucks hater since we visit multiple in hometown and when traveling but please avoid this one at all cost. The staff can barely speak English and are not friendly at all. My wife ordered a refresher with no ice or strawberries and they only filled the cup up half way. The employee stated that's the way it is when you ask for no ice. I live only 3 miles from this Starbucks. Although I like the people who work at this location, if you're visiting Rosemary Beach or Seaside you should know that this location is a licensed location. What that means is - if you're used to paying $4.75 for a grande flat white, you'll pay almost $9.00 here. Why? Because they can. But just a block away is Amavida which is locally owned. I'd suggest buying your coffee or fancy drink there. Claimed to "lose our mobile order" even though we got our drinks on the same order. We had no food after 20 minutes. Politely informed them that something happened to our food. After waiting patiently for 20 more min, a nice barista told me that the manager had to find my ticket before they made me another breakfast sandwich, and she couldn't find it. This is when it got real. Note: we already waited 40 minutes. I asked to talk to a manager. Her name was "Amy" who was both unapologetic and rude. She again claimed they couldn't make a sandwich without a ticket even though I showed my order 4 times on my phone to literally 3 different people. Manager Amy was extremely rude. Refused to make me food without a ticket from the printer. Seriously? I finally demanded my food that I paid for. Someone probably stole it or they didn't make it. Manager claimed they were busy when no one was in line at the time, but after demanding my food, she finally decided to make it. She made a few rude comments like "where are you from?", insinuating that northern people were inpatient, (which is insane), but alas we are from Tennessee. She asked if "we were on spring break?" to me. I'm 40. I held my tongue. At the end of the day, all she had to do was fix the problem, but making me wait 20 more min, making me demand the food I payed for, and never apologizing was unacceptable. I work in customer service so I can tell you this: Resolve a conflict before the customer is completely unhappy. If she responds to this review with "I was busy", just so you know, no one was in line and she was managing and not working the line. She is a liar. I had an issue that she refused to resolve. The girl looks at me like she was annoyed and said "yeah... sure." Then after I got my drink I had already started to drink it when the person who made my drink says "oh ummm. Excuse me. Yeah sorry. I forgot to add the chocolate chips. I'm gonna have to remake it." I was already mad and didn't feel like waiting even longer than I already was. At 12:25 with no order I went to the counter to be told that they didn't have our order yet and they couldn't refund me on the app since they weren't corporate. Onika told me she was the manager and I couldn't get a refund unless I went through the app. She never apologized for the slow service while helping other customers and fulfilled other mobile orders.
