A terrific experience today with friendly, quick service, no line (at least not inside) and a tasty frozen drink! Ordering a frozen drink, and not coffee or tea, is a first for me at Starbucks! Their frozen Mango Dragonfruit Lemonade (150 calories) was refreshing on this hot humid summer day. This is a larger Starbucks with quite a few small round bistro tables, plenty of indoor seating and an outdoor patio with umbrella shaded tables. Unfortunately I must leave 1 star, and I feel even that is not deserved. My girlfriend and I went last Sunday and waited in the long line to order some frappe's. She got the coffee frappe and the whipped cream was dripping down the side - it happens! The gross part was that there was a nice long hair inside the drink - see pics. After realizing the hair was in the drink before taking the first sip, I went to the door to get the attention of one of the ladies inside. The doors were locked... and they looked right at me and ignored me :) Needless to say, this starbucks is trash. The employees are nice when taking your order but when they screw it up, you no longer exist to them. Nobody cared about the mistake. I don't really go to starbucks much but now I really won't be going. The big chain doesnt care about customer service anymore. Just pay and go away!! Sad and pathetic. This Starbucks is one of my favorites . Located opposite to the Oglethorpe mall, it gets quite a crowd. Even though it's one of the busiest outlets, I have had nothing but the best experience here ! The service is really good - not only are the baristas polite and professional , they also make a delicious coffee ! Not to mention, their wait times are low - even on a busy day. Today, being a Saturday morning, we barely had to wait 5 minutes in the drive through to get our order (and everything was perfectly prepared)! I also noticed that the work area was very clean and every staff was wearing a mask and gloves. Highly recommended ! read more

Sooooo this location... it's not the staff. The staff have always been amazing and kind but always short handed. I have been twice this week. Where the mobile orders have been turned off and you have to wait in the drive thru line. The line is around 7-10 minutes long at best. I wish mobile orders were allowed; if it's due to Covid restrictions than I fully understand but there are signs up stating that it's simply due to not being fully staffed. read more

Starbucks service and coffee served right. This location has a large interior with lots of room and seating. But my usual trips are just to get an iced coffee & then off to work. So I do not get to sit and enjoy. There is also a nice large outside patio that has tables with umbrellas. Inside, the usual Starbucks menu choices of coffee, frappuccinos, teas, breakfast sandwiches, and sweat treats. Service here is good, pleasant greets by all at the register, and then my drinks served right. They have a drive thru if you do not want to get out, and of course the mobile service if you want it ready when you arrive. But I like going inside, ordering, and appreciate good service. Starbucks has a new location, about a quarter mile north of the old one. The interior is spacious, but doesn't have much in the way of comfy couch seating. There is a nice patio out front with some tables, although they might need an umbrella on a hot day. As to the food and coffee: it's Starbucks. You know the drill. read more

As a result, it tends to be a bit quieter and the service is pretty good. The modern coffee shop decor creates a relaxing environment for creating, relaxing, or what have you. Aside from the drive thru though, I can't really think of anything that makes this location special, but it's here and if you need a break from the summer heat, it's air conditioned and inviting. read more

I have always passed by this location and finally stopped in to grab a Frappula! It was about noon on a Sunday and the drive thru line was extremely long. I didn't really want to sit in my car so I just walked in and stretched my legs. It's a large, spacious Starbucks, so when you want to come in here to get some work done, you can find just the right spot (during non-peak times, of course). I had no complaints about the facility, the customer service, or the drink. I can see how people would possibly get tired of the long drive thru time, but you might actually save yourself some time if you walk in for your drink. read more

I use to like the old location a LOT. However this new location is horrible. The inside is nice and clean, but this is probably the slowest Starbucks I've ever been to. I can understand if it's busy, but there wasn't anyone in line before me. Took me roughly 10-15 mins for my iced green tea lemonade to finish. Often times they lazily make my drinks too. I don't want half an inch of straight white mocha syrup at the bottom of my drink, mix it in! You don't drink undissolved sugar in your lemonade, so why would I drink straight white mocha syrup. Stopped in after my dentist appointment (which is right next door) and grabbed a quick coffee to enjoy on my way to work. The staff was friendly and quick. They made my coffee and advised if it was not perfect to bring it back. Probably not the best choice for my clean teeth, but I'll probably be back after every dentist visit. read more
