I've been going to this Starbucks for about 2 years now and have never thought of leaving a review. This Starbucks is absolutely AMAZING!! they have some of the kindest and most efficient people you can meet. I typically get the same drink here (sometimes I'll mix it up a little) but when I go in, they greet me by my name and ask if Im getting the regular. Whenever I walk in, I see them talking with the customers and giving more than amazing service. I work a few buildings over from them and come here all the time and they're honestly just some of the best people you'll meet. I could honestly go on and on about how much I appreciate them and their kindness because these people seriously deserve a raise because of how hard they work!! read more

Walked in to order waited 15+min waiting for our coffee and ice tea that was placed in the mobile order area and name never called out. Coffee was cold. Ice was melted in the iced tea. Only after they could see my fiancé was frustrated waiting while multiple mobile orders came in and picked up their drinks did they realize those were our drinks. The manager didn't offer fresh drinks just pointed out that the drinks were waiting in the mobile order area instead. Disappointing experience. $15 for garbage. read more

Sorry, back on my coffee soapbox I don't do coffee shops often, probably just as well. I thought today's visit was kind of slow and not very cheap. It seems to be such a labor intensive process, there were six people all quite busy doing things, yet my Caffe Mocha took much longer than a few minutes. It was also four and a half bucks before the tip. As I saw drinks stacking up on a side shelf for what I believe were for mobile user orders for pickup, I pondered if it really made sense to have your coffee cooling down or your cold drink warming up while you were still driving to pick it up. This is not my first Starbucks visit, not even my first visit to this Starbucks. I try not to rate low just because I don't grasp why this business model is so popular, and I do love those Frappuccino's. For today I'm mainly rating on my friendly interactions with the staff, which wasn't. read more

I placed my drink order online from The stop light and by the time I parked and walked in they were finishing up on my Dirty Pumpkin Chai Latte. The barista was very friendly and created a delicious drink! They had a nice roomy location with physical distancing in place and seeing the Christmas tree up brought a smile to my face. Yikes. The barista-girl was sitting on the floor behind the counter playing with a customer's dog - not a service animal - and then got up and prepared a customer's order. She did not wash her hands. Nasty! And why are animals that are not service animals allowed in food/beverage places? Gross. read more

The day I went into Starbucks, it was clean and packed with people. Doesn't help the fact the guy in front of me seemed to be ordering for 5 people, although his daughter was the only one with him. The staff seemed quick and attentive, although I noticed one of the baristas question how to make an order for someone. My Gingerbread Latte was alright, nothing I would say I have to try again; it was a seasonal latte to cross off the list. Sorry to say I've got nothing to compare it to, so I can't say I'd be apt to ordering more often this season. Outside of that, the experience was good, just like all the other Starbucks I've been in to. I may return the next time I'm in the area and stop in Target. Who knows (but time). read more

An update from my previous review: They've definitely gotten their act together. Much better service and smoother transactions at the register. The gal I mentioned that had trouble with her English hasn't been on the register lately, but more so heating up food/working on orders which has helped to move things along a bit quicker. Traveling through the area and needed a place to work for a few hours. Although esthetically it looks nice this location was not planned for people to stay awhile - there's only one visible outlet on the end of the counter height stool table running the length of the one wall of glass. At a glance things look ok, but when I set my laptop on the table I realized it was sticky, and could see areas all down the length of the counter height table that needed cleaning. The floor is full of crumbs and other debris like it hadn't been swept in days. Furniture has a layer of dust. It just looks like in general it could use a good cleaning and a little The staff were friendly, but I probably wouldn't come back to this location. *Edit: There are outlets tucked way up underneath the counter height table facing the windows that I was at. I asked an employee and he had to crawl under to be able to find them they were so well hidden. So there is some access to power. read more

If you ever go to this Starbucks before you go to work at night, make sure you go an hour before closing time. I went to this Starbucks 10 minutes before they closed at 8pm on my way to work. First time at this Starbucks and it said it was open until 8 pm...02/08/21. When I got there... I thought I was out the wrong place... I because I was in this mall and it was dark... No signage lit up to state that it was a Starbucks there....I parked my car at 7:50 and went to the door at 7:52... I saw a group of employees behind the counter huddled up like they are taking a break...Try to open both doors into Starbucks and they were locked. I waved to get their attention and one girl looked at me and turned back around...I guess this Starbucks makes their own hours beyond the schedule they have online. The service and food is ok here, and there is a lot of room to sit, however the biggest problem I see is that it really, really dirty. Dirty tables, floors, one bathroom that has no soap and just filthy inside. Boxes are piled up in front of the bathroom door. I have been going here over a year and nothing has changed. read more

This Starbucks is consistently inconsistent. I live within a mile and a half and go here more than any other Starbucks. I am a gold card member. This location often skimps on espresso. The iced coffees look like a full cup of ice with a couple drops of espresso then filled up with milk - practically white. Even when you ask ahead of time to make sure the cup is filled up they don't. Need to improve the quality control. read more

I've been to MANY Starbucks throughout Florida, and this one is by far, THE BEST!! When I walk in, right away I'm treated with respect and courtesy.
