I am a DoorDash driver. I like to park outside of Starbucks in Roseburg because I like to do Starbucks deliveries. They have the type of clientele I like to deliver to. I start delivering at 4:00AM every morning. Starbucks opens at 5:00AM. They are one of only 2 or 3 bathrooms open to a delivery driver prior to 6:00AM. I am clean cut. Clean shaven. I dress nice. Have a nice newer SUV vehicle. They recognize me in Starbucks and know I do multiple pick ups and deliveries from their location 7 days a week. This morning the manager decides to hassle me, and basically treat me like a homeless person who came in to wash up in their bathroom. I was in and out in 2 minutes. I understand that the bathroom is technically for customers only. But anyone with any common sense understands the difference between the spirit of the rule as opposed to the letter of the rule Starbucks and other businesses had to start implementing this bathroom rule because of the homeless epidemic. It is sad but because of the homeless epidemic it is a problem now to allow the general public to lock themselves into your nice bathroom that is now not available for your customers to use. Totally get that. But it is 5:00am. I am not homeless. I look like a Starbucks customer. I am parked outside so that I can be 1st available to deliver for this location. I am in and out of the restroom in 3 minutes or less. I do not use the restroom for the rest of the day. I only, occasionally use their bathroom between 5 and 6 am a few times a week. I am a coffee drinker. Do the math. DoorDashers need to use the restrooms of the places we deliver for. So, knowing all of that, this anal retentive manager still felt she needed to confront me and hassle me in front of her staff because I came in to use the restroom when the restaurant was empty at 5:30 am. It was humiliating and embarrassing. Please tell the owner and other managers of Starbucks if you have seen this review. I will post it on Facebook and other places as well because this was just the most ridiculous arrogant condescending person and I really hope this is not how Starbucks trains it's managers and wants them to be. I know some DoorDashers look a little rough. I feel bad about that. But I try very hard to look professional and stand out as different from the norm in that respect. A little respect from the store manager for which I am kind of a proxie employee and also a customer, (I do buy Starbucks coffees from time to time), would be nice and I don't think it is too much to ask. read more

Great location near to highway 5. We were there for a quick stopover. Ordered the sausage cheddar egg sandwich, it wasn't stacked well when I got the heated sandwich, the cheese was falling apart from the sandwich, it's so hard for me to enjoy the sandwich. read more

I have been going to this Starbucks since they opened consistently at least twice a day. Yesterday I was over charged and when I asked why I was charged for cream in my coffee Salem said "mam, there is no reason to be like that! I asked her, be like what? I asked you why you charged me for cream ? I guess asking why they charge for an item is considered bring aggressive and rude. I will never be back! I have always loved the staff and service here. Crazy how one bad employee can ruin it. I can see why business has declined from the location over the last few month. So disappointed. read more

Quick stop for Halloween drinks & breakfast. Caramel Machiato & Matcha tea drinks were correct. Made my mocha scalding hot and obviously filled 1/3 the cup with whip which of course melted before I even hit the parking lot Breakfast sandwiches were fine. But seriously, did you guys make my latte with the Almond milk I ordered (and paid extra for) or did you forget/could not bothered/ran out of milk substitutes, and you ended up making my latte with regular whole milk without informing me? Grrrrr...some people such as myself are lactose intolerant and gut contents explode a couple of hours after milk passes through our lips. Blew off three stars for that agonizing experience I underwent as I drove on I-5. Thank God for rest stops and gas stations along the way back to my home in Seattle. The drinks are good, food is good, but I'm making a review because this morning I went and there was an older guy working the window, his service was terrible! So rude, didn't acknowledge me when I pulled up to the window and only acknowledged me to hold out the card reader. Then my drink took a few minutes but he didn't communicate that to me. When my drink was finally ready he handed it to me without a word. I don't know how these people get hired, it's a customer service job! A simple hello or thank you should be the bare minimum. Great staff team! Plenty of both outdoor and indoor seating with plentiful amounts of charger ports. Came in first just to charge up electronics for a roadtrip and ordered a small water cup and cookie, yet they gave me a large water with ice without asking. In addition, they also gave us a free plate of croissants with honey drizzle and offered for us to taste test some of their drinks without asking. I'm not a coffee drinker, but I do like going to coffee houses and enjoying a warm cup of tea, hot chocolate, or Italian soda. This location is quite nice; they have a large drive through for those in a hurry to pick up and go. Inside they have a nice dinning area and a typical Starbucks ambiance. I like the vintage photos of Roseburg they have strewn throughout the store. It is the only Starbucks in Roseburg that isn't inside a store. If your a fan of Starbucks and in the mood to hang out and enjoy a drink then this is the place to go. They are located inside a business plaza and right across from them is a Panda Express that shares a parking lot, so if your going to visit you may want to park on the East side of the Plaza. There is usually parking spots available and its easier to leave when you're done. read more

Drive thru was fast and efficient. Barista was very friendly. Drinks were made perfect. And our breakfast sandwiches were cooked perfect!

So my family went into Starbucks today and ordered 3 drinks, After we were handed 2, Amber Rose was the person making drinks and I said " Hey when you have a second can you get us more half and half?" She didn't even acknowledge me she just raised her eye brows and said " I'm BUSY! You're gonna have to wait." So my Mom after we got my drink, said " You don't need to act so rude all we wanted was the creamer." Amber said " ACTUALLY, It was YOU who is acting rude." My mom tried to explain to her she didn't need to act so rude, and went to use a family member who is a manager at Starbucks as an example. She told my mom " Good, Good for you, go tell them." My mom said she was going to leave her a review and she said " Good! Please do!" All we wanted was creamer. Her attitude was awful and I just can't get over how snarky and distasteful she is as a person. My mom told me to walk away because I wanted to say something and she treated my mom like she was trash. I work in Dentisty and my mom works in Oncology. We all work with rude people but she took it to far today as was out of line. I didn't even want my coffee afterwards knowing she mad it. I called 5 minutes after and left a complaint with Kelly. I am a big Starbucks fan. I've been a loyal customer for years. I'm a huge fan of the customer service I've received in various stores. As a resident of Roseburg for the past 1.5 years, I've used the Safeway or Garden Valley locations. I have not had any issues with the Safeway store so this review is solely for the Garden Valley store. I'm an avid user of Starbucks mobile app. I love the convenience and rewards. I order 90% of the time via the app due to the fact that I'm in a rush in the mornings. I have never had an issue with the app until today. I placed an order via the app and order a Venti caramel macchiato and used my rewards points to pay. My order was confirmed and waited at the Garden Valley store for more than 5 minutes (which is highly unusual given that I ordered while still at home and I live 10 minutes away from the store which is more than enough time to make my drink). Finally, an employee asks me for my name and order - I tell him. He informs me there's no such order. I show him my phone which confirms my order was placed and rewards were used to pay for my drink. He tells me that they will make my drink, but at this point I can't wait anymore and want a refund. But, this can't be done because I used my rewards points and they are non refundable. I ask what I'm supposed to do at this point and I'm told that they'll 'remember me' at my next visit....I wasn't. Not happy about this. Very disappointing. Make certain this doesn't happen to you and insist on some other means of reimbursement or credit. read more

Good place to get some coffee. Starbucks is (as always) reliable. No surprises here - you like it or you don't. Parking is easy, and free, which isn't a surprise in Roseburg. However, there is also a drive-through window. Inside, there is plenty of space available for studying, or just sitting down at a table. It isn't too loud inside like some coffee shops can be sometimes. Outside, there is a patio with a few places to sit, which is cool if it's a nice day. read more

I am a partner and I was traveling to southern California with my best friend when I stopped in this Starbucks. After having $60 of coffee on this trip (I know, I have a problem), my best friend and I still haven't been able to stop talking about McKenzie's coffees she made us. They were amazing! Clean and attractive. Milk for lattes was over steamed to the point it developed an off flavour and I finally added milk from the pitcher when it took too long to cool to a drinkable temp. My berry croissant was heated to the boing point, which was a detraction. read more

This is a convenient location to get coffee in Roseburg. The staff seem friendly and are time efficient. Unfortunately, the coffee consistently tastes burnt. Extremely poor service today. Granted they were busy, but a woman in front of me had been waiting since I walked in, tried several times to ask if her drink was coming up and was totally ignored. My drink came up, the guy after me got his frap and the woman tried two more times to ask someone about her drink. Which was just a brewed coffee by the way. I called in an order for three travelers this morning to take to my office and the staff did an abysmal job. After waiting for several minutes, the clerk finally gave me most of my order and directed me to go to the cash register to pay for it. Then, she started serving the people in the line who came after me. I walked forward and asked to pay again and another customer thought I was cutting in line and was verbally abusive to me. The clerk should have explained the situation to that customer and checked me out. Instead, she ignored me. I told her if she didn't check me out I was leaving. Then, they forgot the cream and I had to return and flag down the clerk working the drive in window. I buy travelers a few times a month. I'll never buy anything from this Starbucks again. read more
