My wife and I stopped in here on a road trip, after the Independence Day parade, that we unexpectedly (and impatiently) waited for its end. The store was surprisingly empty around noon, save 3 customers. I ordered a reward drink - iced flat white - and an egg white, spinach, and feta wrap. Both were prepared and tasted as expected. Consistency in beverage and food, no matter where, city or state, is a quality I look forward to. The service was solid and helpful, even when I requested a plate to eat my wrap while we stayed in the store. Note: Use Google Maps if you're from out of town, since this store is not located directly on a corner. read more

If zero stars was an option. I wanted a chai tea latte but what I got was hot water with nutmeg. I drove around and went inside and had another one made it was just awful as the first one. The staff were friendly but rather slow in services. They may need some retraining on how to make drinks. Complete waste of my time. read more

5 star service at the Rincon Starbucks! The drive-thru moves quickly. My drinks are always made perfectly. The staff is always nice! I place a lot of orders on the mobile app and never had an issue with the length of time that I wait or quality. I tend to customize a lot of my orders (sorry baristas!) and they're always perfect! Iced chai latte + caramel cold foam or hot caramel macchiato are my favorites! =) read more

Starbucks - Iced chai with caramel cold foam - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Rincon, Georgia

The baristas at this Starbucks location do such a great job mixing coffee specialty drinks here. When I'm in this area it's hard to resist stopping. The orders are prepared fast, the service is kind and the drinks always taste delicious. If you're interested in dining in, the seating is comfortable, tables are clean, the ambiance is cozy and calm. Folks coming in and out on the go, overall chill environment. read more

Tried to call to confirm their holiday hours. When the phone was answered no one would acknowledge me on the line. However I did get to hear multiple girls giggling & making fun of customers before I gave up & hung up. read more

I tried this location for the first time. I always pass by it and it always seems busy. I went through the drive through. I'm the third person in line. 20 long minutes later I inquire about the Promotion they offer for if it's your birthday if you get a drink discounted and/or free? I have not ever once in my life have done this sort of thing. The barista named Patty seemed very rude. She told me rudely that it's for Starbucks members only. Okay no problem. I have been a member. Problem is the Starbucks app when putting your birthday in, it doesn't let you change it once it's submitted. I've tried changing my birthday because I put it in wrong, sorry I'm human and make mistakes. So Patty the barista asked what drink I wanted and didn't even ask what size I wanted. She automatically gave me the smallest size - short which was almost $7! $7 for a small and tiny cup of coffee. I went on my actual birthday and I was ready to give my license to prove it was my actual birthday. No. Wasn't asked for it. Wasn't told anything including happy birthday. $7 and a free tiny cheap sticker. Just terrible customer service. I work in the Hospitality industry where customer service should always be great and superior. Now reading other reviews of this location I can see why it has such a low rating. 0 out of 5 stars. I will be taking my business elsewhere to Dunkin Donuts that has better coffee and you can get a large cup of coffee for about $5-$6. The Starbucks app also needs to be improved. You should be able to change your information including your birthday. read more

They had no coffee. Seriously. I ordered coffee and then later after a wait they said we are out of coffee. Seriously???

Just got a large lemonade with 2 scoops of matcha. It had SOAP in it! So damn mad. They just lost a good customer.

Every time I come to this location I have a pleasant experience. When I go through the drive thru it moves quickly and my order is always correct. When I have make a mobile order, my drink is always ready! When I have gone inside to order, the employees have always been pleasant! Everyone always looks like they are working hard. I do not mind coming to this location at all! read more

Closed on a Friday at 6:30pm. What kind of lazy business can survive doing this almost weekly? I won't order my 3- 4 mochas a week from here. Never will spend a dime with them. Ruined a great Friday night. read more

horrible! the male name was jay he was rube and ignored me will not go back I was in the drive thru and he purposely looked at me while holding my drinking while laughing with his co workers and then made my drink wrong. read more

We stopped by this Starbucks on the way out of town and made an order. The order was wrong as in the cup had the right drink but they made the wrong drink. (We know the difference between green tea and black tea). Then we rolled through with an order of green tea and black tea and they were out of black tea for the night. It was 2 hours before closing. It takes 5 minutes to brew (guess how I know...). They were just too lazy to brew any more for the night. It's Starbucks so you are going to stop here for your coffee, but don't be surprised if the order is wrong or they just don't want to make more. read more

This place had promise for a bit, but inconsistencies are too much. I'm not sure if it's the staff, management, or owners. Something is off here. You never know if or when they will be open. Their hours don't match their activities. It's sad. read more

Our drinks were correct, however, the ordering process was not great. We went through the drive through and the barista who took our order, had incorrectly placed it. When we corrected her, she did not reply. So we repeated ourselves. "I heard you" with such a tone of disrespect. Of course when we pulled up to the window, she acted as though, she had not done anything wrong. It was ridiculous. I really hope and I try to be understanding of others, especially when they are working in the service industry but her tone was so uncalled for. read more

My loyalty to Starbucks overrides my desire to use this location. They are absolutely incompetent and haven't gotten a drink correct yet. The person on drive thru doesn't know their shot counts, drinks, and doesn't actively listen when the order is being placed. It is absolutely frustrating when you wait ten minutes just to order and then have the drink incorrect after you finally get them to correctly input into the system. Pull it together. read more

I've been going to this Starbucks for about a week now & every time I've ordered egg bites I ask for 2 sriracha packets & they've forgotten every single time, & with me being the picky eater I am I refuse to eat just egg whites. so now I feel like wasted enough money at this particular location that I don't think I will be going back. They do a great job with my coffee tho, always hot & always good!! read more

By far the slowest Starbucks ever. It takes forever and they run out of stuff regularly. No sense of urgency.

I visit the Starbucks almost daily. For the past several weeks the store closes without notice. It has happened twice this week already. The signs say it opens at 6:00 AM then they change to 6:30 AM. Very frustrating. read more

The coffee was fine, the atmosphere was fine. The person who took my order was helping me as I described a drink I wanted, and someone else, probably a manager, stepped in and said "so WHAT DRINK can we get you", implying that describing what I wanted wasn't good enough, I needed to figure out what their drinks were, and order that. There was no line, and the barista helping me was doing fine. I don't know why he stepped in to take over the conversation, but it irked me, so I won't be coming back for a while. read more

The scervice is very slow & they hardly be open. The coffee is good but over priced. Half of the time they don't have any of the items that your looking for. It seems like they are closed every day. Although they are short of staff. Management should be better. We understand that you are trying but the service should at least be better. Ya'll would close episodically. Its no telling if ya'll are open or close early. I would give this a half a star if i could. read more

I am Starbucks lover and this store is full of everything you could ever want from upbeat friendly staff, "perfect" service, and delicious coffee. it is obvious the leadership here is the best. only open a week and he has a 5 star operation. I just do not understand this location in Florida I loved Starbucks...since I've moved here every time I go into the Rincon Starbucks they are always out of anything I try to order, out of wraps, sandwiches, snack boxes, passion fruit I would not be surprised if they run out of coffee too read more

Legit the slowest Starbucks I have EVER been to in my entire life. Be sure to spell your drink out to a T or they will undoubtedly mess it up. Ask for soy and they'll probably give you almond milk or ruin the rest of your day with diarrhea by giving you regular milk. Should I check my order? Sure. Do I want to have to doubt your ability to do the job YOU applied for every time I go there? Pass. The middle aged women and older men who work here are perhaps the only positive notes you'll find. read more
