Worst starbucks ever heres why they make terrible beverages save your money and go to any other starbucks but this one!!!

Slowest Starbucks ever. Most of the time the staff is kind, but wow are they slow. The manager needs to be replaced or retrained.

Having to wait more than 20 minutes for a simple drink is always the case at this Starbucks. When you ask for a caramel macchiato & get a response, "we have no caramel" or instead get your drink with a little drizzle, is very disappointing. Been to other Starbucks and all of the workers combined work faster than the Reedley employees. & don't get me started on the rude barista that never ever smiles read more

I like this starbucks mostly because I know people who work there. They are great with not mixing up drinks and remembering the bring-your-own cup discount. They are way faster than the McDonalds in Reedley! read more

I can honestly say the service might be the problem. Drinks were good & well put together but the amount of waiting for just one drink is ridiculous. I understand it is at a busy location & right across the street from a college that attracts many busy college students. I sent a mobile order to the location when I was still in class & left with a 15 minute gap to get to the store, I walk in & see that my order still isn't ready! One of the employees glances at me & totally ignores me standing waiting for my drink, let me just add the store was decent with only like 2 people in line to order so it wasn't as crazy busy as usual. Employees laughing & talking until I ask if my drink was ready. I was so shocked to see that after I told them that they FINALLY started making it. Came in here to buy a cup of coffee and asked for a large cup of water. The lady in the black apron "Yvette" (might have been Yvonne) told me that they can't give out large cups of water. I told her I'd pay for the cup and she said, No we only give out small cups of water, some places only give you a tiny little cup, ours is a little bigger though. For perspective my iPhone is taller than the cup she gave me.. Its 100 degrees outside in Reedley and a paying customer can't even get a big cup of water with their purchase here!? Eek! I'm giving this place 2 stars because of their wifi network. In the last 3 years I have been told both by the Starbucks store locator website and by this Starbucks' baristas, that they have Google Wifi, only to find that they're still on the old AT&T wifi network, which, if anyone has compared the two, is by far slower. I've gone to this store only 3 times in three years. The first time I noticed they had a sign stating "Free wifi from our friends at Google". I go in and notice there is no Google network, only the old AT&T network. So I go in again (I'm not exactly sure but it had to have been at least a year later) hoping that maybe now they had installed what they claim they had. No go. This last time (about 3 days ago) I called the store to make sure the store locator claim was in sync with the actual store's employees, and the barista stated they had Google wifi. I trusted her. Bad move. I don't live in town so it was a bit out of my way. I get there only to find out they're still on a slow network. I can't say it's still the AT&T network because it was named Starbucks wif. I can only assume it is because of its inferior speed. I made a call to Starbucks customer service. Their solution: a gift card which I rejected letting the rep know this is not a solution. I even received a call from the store manager a day later to tell me that "their service has been restored" and that the previous day (the day I came in) that their service was down. Thing is this either means that each of the days I have come in to their store to use their "Google" wifi, it's been down, or they don't know they don't have Google's high speed wifi. This is pretty annoying. This is the only reason I began going to Starbucks in the first place. I'm not a big coffee drinker, and I definitely stay away from their Fraps because they're ridiculously expensive (a Grande caramel frap was $5 and change around these parts). I haven't actually gone back to the store to see if the manager's claim is true. I don't even know how I'd prove it to her. I get this feeling she wouldn't know speeds. It would be a waste of time to tell her that her network is a lot slower than a Google wifi network speed. These people are not keen on the network. I've been to other stores where the baristas are clueless as to when the network is down. I understand that they're busy, but they should at least know what network they're running at their stores. If I'm missing something and there actually is Google wifi here then please, school me. i want to come to this SB because it's closer than other SBs around my area. Thanks. P.S. I used to live in Reedley and would go to this Starbucks for convenience. I very quickly realized this is the worst Starbucks. The drinks NEVER come out right. I have been meaning to write a review of this Starbucks for a while now. Well finally I am taking the time to write a review because I totally wasted my money today here. This location is sooo slow and NOT friendly at all. I waited almost 30 minutes for my drink because the girl that took my order did not print a sticker for it!!! And never once did they apologize. This location needs lots of training on how to provide excellent customer services. read more

Been to a lot of SBs in the valley and this one ranks pretty close to the bottom. The staff seems ok but the drinks always suck. I don't do fraps but seems like the only thing they can get right. This SBs really needs a good management team it's been terrible for a long time now. read more

I'm always hesitant to come to this location because the drive thru is so slow! I'm a very patient person and usually don't mind but I was thrown off seeing how the employee seemed to be having a conversation/laughing with the people in the car in front of me, without them even buying anything. He apologized afterwards but I had to wait even more for him to get my drink. Nonetheless, I've never had a bad experience going inside. Seems to get busy with students a lot (since the college and highschool are so close) but the environment feels great and people are friendly. My only concern is the drive thru. read more

This place is slower than slow and service sucks! Every time I come here it's the longest wait.

Nice staff and great service. I gave it a 4 star because they are always run out of my bagel by noon.

I think they talk more than they work. Good coffee, but incredibly slow service. Waiting for at least 5 minutes with nobody in front of me inside. read more
