The service was friendly, food great, but the ambiance needs some improvement. For example, at dinner, I'd suggest dimming the bright lights, maybe adding some candles, some quiet tasteful music or a local live jazz or an acoustic musician and this will improve the lounge vibe. I could see this becoming my regular hangout when this happens.

It was a first time here and they took the time to explain everything. The girl at the counter (I really wish I had asked for her name) explained the coffee, the tea, the treats, and how to get breakfast sandwiches. The owner was so kind when we were trying to figure out what type of bagel we wanted. We ended up going with the Bagel with the works (Salmon, cream cheese, tomato, onion, and capers.) My daughter got the onion bagel and she said it was amazing. I went with the egg bagel and well...we ended going to Walmart, buying a cooler and ice because I could only eat half. I was not going to throw it away, it was that good. We also got pecan sandies rolled in powdered sugar. I did enjoy them, I just wish that had more almond or nutty flavor. We will definitely come back here and bring my Mom. It was amazing!

Ryan ordered the Cookie Butter Blondie and I got the Blackberry Cobbler Blondie. Both drinks were good, but definitely on the sweeter side. Ryan's was ordered extra sweet and honestly didn't need it the flavors are already pretty rich. If we ordered again, we'd probably skip the extra sweetness. The drive thru itself was quick and super efficient. The setup is a little different than a typical coffee shop and they even had music playing in the drive thru which made the whole experience feel kind of fun and upbeat. Price wise it was about $6 per coffee, which feels pretty average for specialty coffee right now. Overall: good coffee, fun atmosphere, and fast service. Next time we'll just tone down the sweetness a bit.

It was moderately busy when we entered, and was getting rather crowded by the time we left an hour later. I ordered one of their specials -- a breakfast burrito with eggs, potatoes, fresh tomato, green peppers, onions, and cheese, then wrapped in bacon and deep fried. The crispy burrito and bacon complemented the fillings nicely, and it was served with a crema sauce on the side. My dining partner got a strawberry cheesecake crepe, which had a generous amount of fresh strawberries and filling, and a pile of whipped cream on top. It too was delicious. The portions for both were perfect -- generous but not excessive. The coffee was good as well, which I can't say about a lot of places anymore. It was very clean and new inside, and the decoration was very nice. Modern and elegant, but with enough natural oak accents, basket-shaded lights, and plants to really brighten the space. The service was also excellent. They were fully staffed with many attentive employees available, and the service was on point. The food came out fast and hot. If I had one complaint, it might be that the A/C was a little strong. It's maybe a little pricey for breakfast compared to diner fare (almost every entrée was $10-15), but the value is 100% there. Excellent food, nice atmosphere, and great service. Definitely a stand-out in the area for breakfast/brunch/lunch, and I will definitely be back.

While I was about to pay for my drink, another employee was walking by, carrying a tub of matcha powder. She dropped the container and the matcha literally flew right at me. ALL over my pants and shoes. I understand it's not that big of a deal because matcha comes out but not a single employee apologized for the encounter. The girl who dropped the container said "don't hate me. It wasn't my fault." That was it. Then walked away. The girl waiting for me to pay just said the price again. Never acknowledged the fact that I was COVERED in matcha powder. I wasn't expecting a free drink or anything, I was only expecting an apology. I don't care if they're just young, you don't cover someone in something and not apologize. That's just RUDE. And my drink wasn't even blended well. Should've at least had a good drink after that experience. Also my review is a little late because I couldn't remember the address but my friend lives in Reading and was able to provide the correct address. Will never stop at this location again.
