Sadly, service has really gone downhill here in the last several months. This used to be my favorite Starbucks, but the last two times I have gone to the drive-through I have waited over 15 minutes - and this isn't even at a busy time of day. Maybe three cars total in the line and a 15 minute wait. Additionally, whoever is working the drive-through does not speak very good English and orders have repeatedly been incorrect, which is frustrating especially after a 15 minute wait. read more

I got a Frappuccino that was made with water. The drinks we paid to customize were not customized and tasted weaker than they would without customization. This location has really gone downhill over the past several months. read more

You guys really need to figure out how to operate. Service was pretty bad a while back. It started to get better then recently slid off the cliff and worse now. Some days I have found you closed with no explanation. I'm going to have to go to the other locations because it is to unreliable here. Hopefully you will get it figured out soon. read more

I've passed by this Starbucks plenty of times but I have one much closer to me. Anyway, we were trying to go to a park nearby but couldn't find it. Parking lot has lots of spots, but making a left turn into here? Not busy at all for late in the afternoon but I can't imagine trying to get your morning coffee during rush hour. Anyway, absolutely no other customers inside but us. Clean, open, high ceilings. It used to be a bank? Wouldn't have known that. But I like the brick kinda vibe. Staff was friendly and quick. I got the peach green tea lemonade. The barista said it's sweet already without asking for it to be sweetened, so I opted to drink it as is. She also offered to sweeten it for me if I didn't like it. Super nice! We sat outside to enjoy the nice weather. Quite a bit of tables and chairs out there with umbrellas too. 3 other customers sat outside too. Very chill for a Friday evening. read more

I visit this Starbucks at least 3 times a week... I have never gotten anything but great service... Yes on occasion they will not get my order 100% correct, but I figure they are a new employee and learning ... One morning, I was not paying attention and their mobile app was down... Starbucks' mobile app will route the order to the closest store that the app is working... so I placed my order and the mobile order went to another store... I pulled up and they had no knowledge of my order and explained to me what happened... They did not charge me for my order even though my money went to another store... Horrible service in the afternoons. Morning is pleasant. Sat at the window for 7 minutes staring at our order sitting on the counter. When I asked if they could just hand them to me do we could go the guy literally said " someone is assigned to drive through we will get to you when we get to you". They continued to melt and were watery and horrible 10 minutes after they were made. Yet, they love to ask for a tip before the service. read more

It's a decent little Starbucks out here in Prospect that my sister likes to frequently go to. It's not much for me just drink coffee black pipe a guy from Kroger but it's OK if you guys a gift card to get a few items out here and it's pretty good coffee but this is not Something I'm gonna go spend all my money buying is it's too expensive read more

Well, I ordered 2 drinks using my app for pickup and both drinks were NOT good at all. The sweet cold foam tasted funny to the point my 17 yr old daughter wouldn't drink it because she thought it would make her sick later. I ordered a white chocolate mocha exactly like my last order and it tasted like water, wasn't filled but 3/4 the way up and no whipped cream. I thought maybe the whipped cream may have melted but there were no remnants of it if they did put it in. I guess it doesn't matter how full it was because I couldn't drink it anyway. I only leave a review if I feel strongly about it and this one was definitively needed. The drinks are expensive that they should be drinkable at the very least. read more

I got dumb and accidentally placed a mobile order here when I was in a part of Louisville I didn't know very well. So, once I figured out I was at the wrong Starbucks, I had to cross town and get to the one where my order was waiting. It took a while, and my Frappuccino is fairly well melty by the time I got to it, so I can't really judge the product. But, it was a cute little location and the staff said Hi to me as a bolted in and grabbed my drink. It was a quiet Starbucks didn't seem at all slammed. read more

my favorite Starbucks location! i go all the time but went this morning and wasn't even in line for 5 minutes but they got my order mixed up, once i got to the window and realized they gave me the wrong order the manager apologized and made my correct drink and let me have it for free. i still offered to still pay because it wasn't a big deal to me and they were so quick to fix it and he still demanded i have it for free! always kind and fast paced! read more

Simply the best coffee shop in town. The baristas and regulars are more like friends...although some have their quirks! The dynamic between the two is unique and there's no way to explain it unless you live it. Love the people of Prospect Starbucks. This is my usual morning Starbucks stop and I love it. I order my drink on my phone and it's always ready by the time I get there. The staff is also great and know my order by heart. One time I wasn't in the area and accidentally ordered to this location and I called and they were nice enough to tell me to come back the next day and they would just make it for me free of charge. This location also has a drive through which is great. Will always be my favorite Starbucks! read more

Stopped here in the morning to get some coffee after dropping the daughter off at daycare. Drive thru was quite busy so decided to venture inside the store. The entire staff was personable and friendly. They did a great job with the order and the wait inside was not too bad considering how busy it was this morning. Staff did a great job of managing both the drive thru and the wait inside. Also was able to pick up a bag of coffee and a fruit juice to go. Likely the worst Starbucks I've ever been to. Extremely slow with zero functional flow. Likely a 15 minute wait for a simple coffee order on a Saturday morning. Orders seem to be consistently made incorrectly no matter the day. Staff seems to be fairly undertrained and erratic. Many reasons to support Please & Thank You right down the street! read more

I love coming to this Starbucks, it's very convenient for me. Most of the younger employees are fantastic workers and always make drinks the best they can be. The one time I've been inside there, I've noticed a specific coworker of yours. She's tall and blonde. She was vaping by the drive-thru area out in the open to where I could see. As I was waiting for my drink I heard her cursing very loudly to another employee. Saying things that were completely inappropriate. I used to go every day, but they are having issues with the mobile app lately so I doubt I will continue. The last two times I went, I wound up paying for my order on the app, waiting forever, and then leaving without it because it took too long. This is the Starbucks closest to my house, but unfortunately I always go to the one down the road. Staff is friendly, but the place is a filthy mess! Not only outside as you walk into the establishment (trash on the floor, outdoor furniture is filthy), but the inside is horrible as well. There is a spill on the floor unattended, the cream station horrendous and there are flies everywhere! I gave it another shot today and I was horribly disappointed again. Please get a manager in the store that likes to clean! And stays focused on keeping the establishment clean. One may say things get untidy when it's busy, but it is now 11:30am and the breakfast crowd has long gone. Please clean up!! read more

One of the nicest Starbucks I've ever been into very well done very nicely decorated appropriated with many seats so there's never going to be a seating issue also has a large patio with multiple tables. Long-overdue replacing the other location it was next to the Kroger this location 4 to 5 times bigger. read more

I use the mobile app to order 9/10 times so I cannot comment on the service. It is hard to mess up coffee (usual order, no cream or sugar) so I cannot comment on that either. The egg white and turkey bacon english muffin was pretty tasty. What I can comment on, however, is how incredibly loud the music is. It is LOUD. Even with noise cancelling headphones on, you can still clearly hear the music playing. People are yelling to speak to each other while at the same table. Good place to get coffee, but if you are a student or need a quiet work environment, you would be better served elsewhere! read more

I have always had a personable and wonderful barista and good hospitality at this Starbucks location. My family frequents this location and by now we know the baristas and they know us and our orders very well. There is occasionally a hiccup, but it's usually minor and they fix it right away. I definitely recommend this location for your coffee needs. If you are looking for a quiet place to work, this is a good place as well, as it has the normal hum-drum of a Starbucks (sound of people talking, cafe music, etc), but it's not loud at all. My husband and I work here on occasion and enjoy the atmosphere! read more

Some of the people that work there are good, but the girl that is there most mornings, I think her name is Amber, is so rude. Not only have I sat in the driver-threw and watched as she talked and joked with others, while my drink was sitting there and ready, she gets mad and snarky when I ask her to complete my drink that she gives to me half done. Sorry, if I am paying you $5 for a fruit drink, put the fruit in it! Your only job it to fix drinks, get it right and don't make the customer feel bad for asking you to complete it how Starbucks has advertised it. This is also the slowest location Starbucks has. You would think the workers are over 90. It would be somewhat understandable if they were crazy busy inside, but they aren't. Every time I am there they have 1 or 2 cars parked in their lot. This place is at the bottom of my street and the only one on the way to work so I don't have another location option, every time I go I dread it. Shouldn't have to feel that way about a place that I am paying money to. Get rid of AMBER and you will probably get rid of most of the complaints against this location. read more

I have been an avid Starbucks Patron since they opened their first location in Louisville. I've spent thousands of dollars with this company and I loved going into my neighborhood Starbucks because it was like cheers, everyone knew your name and what you drank! It was a meeting place where everyone in the neighborhood caught up on each other's lives, shared interesting stories and met the people in your community. 2 years ago that all changed! There is a constant turnover in staff, you have to wait 10 to 15 minutes for a drink even if no one is in the place but you, and it is always a filthy pig sty. Today I met a friend for coffee at 5 p.m. and there was a spilled tea on the floor in front of the condiment bar. When we left at 6:47The Spill was still there. We brought it to the attention of the manager while we were sitting there letting them know what a danger it was for potential falls on the ceramic tile floor not to mention the fact that it was disgusting. That was never addressed. Starbucks needs to step up their game immensely to come remotely close to the wonderful place that they used to be. None of the regulars even go to our location anymore; I see them at area Heine Brothers because they are disgusted as well. I inadvertently picked the wrong location on my post so this review is for the one in Prospect. read more

This Starbucks is great, my drink is always well executed, the drive through is as fast as it can get for a Starbucks, the staff is knowledgeable, the interior is nice and clean, and the outdoor patio is a nice bonus. This has to be the most inconsistent Starbucks in Louisville. You never know what your going to get. I order a extra hot grande latte macchiato every visit. Sometimes I get it barely warm. Sometimes I get a totally different drink. But the worst of all, which unfortunately is what I receive most of the time, is a 2/3 filled cup. Very disappointing when they cost $4.72 each and since I order at the drive thru very inconvenient to have to turn around to have the order corrected. I always get the correct drink at every other Starbucks. Unfortunately I live across the street from this location. This kind of service is unacceptable. I know they can do better. read more
