I'm in the area for work purposes and was looking at yelp to see what coffee shop I could stop by to get me a latte. Read the reviews and gave this place a try. Walking in, the place is very clean and cozy! There's a fireplace you can sit by and stay warm! I love the decorations. The staff is friendly. Coffee - I ordered a vanilla iced latte with oat milk. My boyfriend ordered an iced mocha. In my opinion the latte is lacking flavor. I like my coffee super strong (if possible I want it to show up on a drug screen lol) while sipping I honestly could not even taste the coffee. It tastes bland. I was low key disappointed. My bf said his mocha was alright but it tasted more like chocolate milk. It's better than Starbucks I'd say but not strong enough for a coffee addict like me. I don't think I'll come back or maybe next time I'll ask for an extra shot. read more

I like the Coffee Crossing on Hey 62 in Jeffersonville. It's always clean and warm and inviting with great service. There's plenty of room to spread out if you need a little privacy. Usual coffee drinks and great muffins ( I think that was a muffin) it was early. The clientele is mixed either a young group or an older group earlier in the day. The staff is great the store is clean and the atmosphere is great. Did I mention the place smells great? Ample parking available. read more

I literally went to the wrong location to meet a friend. I went to the one in New Albany by accident. This location is newer and I think not as well known. I walked in just past 3 pm on a Monday and there was one girl in there studying. It's located not near a whole lot. They're trying to develop this area more. They've got their own parking lot and you can sit outside, it looks like. I tried the cafe miel which is a latte with cinnamon and honey. It was iced. Yum!! I'll come back again! read more

I was won over the moment I walked in the door. Fireplace wood fixtures lighting ahhhhh it's out of control cute Chip and Jojo inspired. I am the biggest fan of fireplaces with fires like anytime, all the time. Onto coffee: my friends both had mochas and said they loved the overall flavor and consistency. Hubs had a chai with water (calorie considered as well as milk) and loved it!! I had the Meiel latte (forgive me if I butchered the name) which was flavors of cinnamon and honey with Almond milk (thank you for milk alternatives). They have a small room that closes off that you could have a semi private meeting in- and plentiful of tables and chairs and it looks like in good weather there is a good outdoor set up. Coffee Crossing is not as ubiquitous as Heine Brothers or Sunergos, but for my money, it is undoubtedly the must-drink coffee in the area. The Capitol dark roast is superlative, and while I don't normally drink lattes, I have to make an occasional exception for the terrific lattes they serve here. The staff training appears to be consistently strong chain-wide, as each location is clean, friendly and brisk. This particular Coffee Crossing is nestled in Jeffersonville's industrial area near the roundabout. While I can only imagine the traffic it receives from first-shift Amazon workers, the somewhat isolated location means that it usually attracts smaller afternoon crowds than the other Coffee Crossings - especially the one near IU Southeast. There's something peculiarly peaceful about kicking back here in the PM hours; you feel surprisingly distant from the hustle and bustle of Louisville even though it isn't actually that far away. read more

I like coffee crossing, it is a nice setting, comfortable, cozy and the ambience is like a guardian angel making sure your safe. The drink menu is not a Starbucks but that's okay. It's rich in quality and non dominant in selection. The foods are in my opinion just right and again not a lot of variety but what is served is very good. I particularly like the scones, a tad pricey but very good. I suggest you pay a visit if you want to just get away from it all and the WiFi is good also. read more

Unfortunately after repeatedly going to Voffee Crossing they have completely ruined Starbucks for me and I struggle to find coffee I enjoy outside of southern Indiana. read more

I love Coffee Crossing locations. This one is in an area of Jeffersonville that is currently being developed. Lots of restaurants and shops going in. Their peaches and cream is so creamy, smooth and delicious; frequent brain freezes are expected yet not recommended. The subtle decor speaks to me. A modern twist on the classic, holding firm to the coffeehouse roots. One of probably the most under rated yet over appreciated aspects is the presence of real toilet paper in the restrooms, no single ply in sight! I'm a gastric bypass patient and Coffee Crossing has SO MANY sugar free options to choose from. By far more than anywhere else. The staff is also always so sweet even when they're really busy. 10/10. I have tried almost everything on their menu and have yet to be let down. Their service is great and the employees are very friendly as well as welcoming. The decor is awesome and its quite spacious for a coffee shop.
