This was an easy on/easy off driving from the Pittsburgh Airport towards the city! You may need some to brave the traffic on Greentree Hill going into the Tunnels (Why is that always backed up? Crazy AF). The coolest thing about this store was the status board that told you when your coffee was being worked on and when it was ready. I wanted a hot chocolate to drink while I was shopping around all morning, and this Starbucks was a pleasant surprise. The drive through had tons and tons of cars, so I decided to go inside. It was very crowded, but everyone was friendly and my order was given to me in a good amount of time. The best part was the board showing your drink process. I loved it!!! read more

I was in the area and needed a caffeine fix. This location is very large and has tons of seating. The staff where wonderful and f=very friendly and helpful. I ordered a venti mocha latte which is my new winter go to drink. The baristas made it perfectly and it tasted great. If in the area again I will defiantly go back. read more

It's very rare to find a Starbucks that I don't enjoy, but this store figures out how to go above and beyond in every wrong direction... While I love consistency, I do not enjoy the persistent bad attitude from the employees that seems to haunt this store, I would consider it quite unwelcoming as a customer. The store is dirty, which is a shame because they just remodeled and have a beautiful new interior, but the employees don't seem to take care of it. I tried to use the bathroom but was immediately repelled by both the smell and that the bath was covered in trash, what's worse is when I asked the employee to clean the bathroom the response was a hostile "Well what's wrong with it?!" As for the food here, it's Starbucks... no major complaints other than this is the only Starbucks that I have ever seen to not have a condiment station and that you have to explicitly ask for straws... I do semi-regularly visit this location, and the frustration is what lead to this review, hopefully they can hear the feedback and do better... read more

By far the best Starbucks around. The service here is always friendliest and a step above the many other locations. The management here must be commended because the staff no matter who you interact with is always kind. Order ahead on the mobile app and it'll be ready when you get there, step inside and their staff is so happy to serve you. I was in n out before the car in the drive thru even moved :) If you want a Starbucks to go to this is the one. I'll happily go out of my way to return to this location. read more

My nearest store has been closed for construction for months now. This is my next closest store. There's always an issue. This time they've been out of oat milk for two weeks. I called and the girl said there's an oat milk shortage. The other Starbucks in the area all have oat milk. There's also a Walmart right there. An employee can't go buy some??? So is the employee lying? Or does the manager not know how to run their store? read more

Stopping here to sit down for a minute was totally worth it. The staff here keep the area clean and neat so that you can sit down without having to swipe crumbs off the seat or avoid setting your drink in a sticky spot on the table. There were quite a few of us there, yet they were able to get our orders out to us quickly without any problems. My drink tasted just as good as ever, just like any good Starbucks. Nothing particularly out of the ordinary, but still good to be there. read more

Ordered the blueberry oatmeal, and after they sold it to me and and made it - told me "We don't have any blueberries. Is that alright?" Well, not really. This wasn't the only issue leading up to this. Let me fill you in. I had to ask the barista who gave me my coffee about the oatmeal, which I could see on a counter in the back. He asked someone about it twice, who was behind a wall so I couldnt see or hear what the person said. But I got the distinct impression that the person put water in the oatmeal, filled the bag with the stuff they normally provide with oatmeal, but didn't know what to do about no blueberries so abandoned the task. The layout of this Starbucks is really nice. There is a spacious dining area that keeps it from getting as crowded as other Starbucks locations. I've stopped here a few times and have had a positive experience. Customer service is good, and my order always came out quickly. The only issues were that they didn't have the food items in stock that we wanted to order, and the restrooms were not maintained as well as they could be. Overall, this is a good Starbucks location and I would recommend it! read more

I came to this location today (10/14/19). I usually am not crazy about Starbucks coffee. I love McDonalds Macchiatos. That's the only coffee I'll drink. Both stores had their machine shut down so I decided to go to Starbucks right next to the McDonald's because I really needed coffee. I pulled up on my phone different drinks on Pinterest to try that could be like the coffee I like. Ive tried Starbucks Macchiato before and I didnt like it. So I tried just regular iced coffee with some stuff to add in it. The guy who took my order was so pleasant, wonderful and nice. When I drove around he saw I had my dog with me and asked if I'd like a puppacino. I didn't know they were free. It's just whipped cream in a tiny cute starbucks cup. The service was fast and incredibly welcoming. I left with a smile on my face the whole way home and my dog was too lol. This has been one of the best services I have ever received at a Starbucks or through any establishment drive-thru. I did enjoy my drink. It wasnt exactly as I thought it would taste but I want to keep going back trying new things and at this location. Even though it is out of my way, the service will keep me returning to this one. Have been coming back to this location more. They had trouble with the pour-overs (and that may still be a problem for some staff not fully trained), but I think they've made up for that in a some ways: marginally better at pour-overs if certain staff are there, and I notice that they run bold/dark in the urns till nearly 2pm. That's awesome in a world where too many Starbucks cut off dark roast right at noon (dumb, partly because Pike roast is an insult, even among medium roasts, porridge). The lobby is clean as well: the test is whether or not we see crumbs, debris, and/or smudges on tables and chairs, and whether or not there are flies pestering you (flies mean that a place is avoiding deep cleaning--and I suspect this place is doing that cleaning: no flies, or maybe one random one over the course of hours that might have slipped in the door). The music can get too hip-hoppy/poppy, but if you ask, they will normally nudge the playlist to something more laid back (may have to do this more than once on occasion). read more
