Longest line of my life. Every time I come I wait 30 min just to order and another 10 to receive my stuff! Not only that but I ordered ahead on the app and when I came to pick up their lobby was closed and I saw my stuff already made just sitting there and they told me to wait in the long 40 min line! As much as my mom loves her Starbucks, she was really disappointed with her drink today. She always asks and pays for extra caramel and this location has been getting worse and worse about the extra caramel. Everytime i come to this location it's something!! Today i went through drive-thru for starters there was no line yet i was on hold for atleast 5 minutes, a lady finally responded we ordered our DAILY order and she decides to say "i got to ask my management if we can do that" which was put a grande drink on a venti cup because of extra ice like really?! You gotta be that extra about it comes back 5 minutes later to say can i get you something else. Finally we asked to repeat the order and she said to look in the screen like really?! Still love this location, however. I am not pleased with the new mixing it up with the crew. The normal morning crew with Marlene, kelly and a few others (dont know their names sorry!), needs to stay. I spend 4 to 8 dollars 6 days a week, and that is far too much money for one of the night shift workers to make my coffee taste like dirt in the morning. If the normal morning crew is there I am sure to be happy with my drink. So managment, if something isn't broke dont change it. This week has been better with my normal crew, but last week was awful! Slow service! Both in taking the orders and making them. Not good. It was not even busy when we went so I'm not sure what the hold up is. There's also 6-8 staff members behind the counter too. This kid can't handle the simple stress of a drive thru, I asked for a drink carrier and the girl on the drive thru window says they are out, I just saw a woman with her starbucks drinks on a carrier. It was between 1045am - 10:55 today December 5, 2020. They choose who they want to be nice to, I was going to asked for something else and she replies with "what ? They have gotten better with having the drinks ready when you do mobile orders. I've accepted that they are only human and are probably just as stressed as me so every now and then my drink won't have the right mixtures or measurements or sometimes he drink just won't be properly shaken/stirred but overall they have improved in timing which means a lot to me. read more

I went to this particular Starbucks last night because I know they take very well of their customers but it was such a disappointment. Not only myself, but 15 other cars waited about half an hour or more in line and they decided to close on us. ZERO stars!!!! This location has very bad customer service! The "manager" was so rude! My dad gave them a $50 bill instead of a $20 by mistake and when he realized in the parking lot he went back in to explain and they told him 'NO YOU GAVE A $20' and he asked for the receipt they said they don't give receipts unless customer asks, ok fine. But I used to work in fast food restaurants and in this situation you give the customers the benefit of the doubt, at least check the register count the cash or check the cameras. But the manger didn't bother to do anything and when my sister called once my dad got home she tried to explain what happened the manager cut her off right away and said "I'm the manager, and I know what and who you're talking about, and no he didn't pay with a fifty. This Starbucks never has anything they need to make drinks. They're always out of something. I frequent this Starbucks only out of convenience. There are regularly signs on the drive-through that say what they're out of. They are also terrible at making drinks. Right now I just sat in the drive-through line for 25 minutes and my drink was made wrong because they ran out of agave...again. Also, why is it taking 24 minutes in the drive through? I would just order my drink through the app, but agave is not a choice on the app. I'm a diabetic and they frequently ignore that I asked for agave And put classic syrup in my drink. Some staff are cool and nice but most are rude and not very good at customer service. They can never get my orders right and very disappointing bc i come back to have them redo it but still wrong!
