This was one of many coffee stops along my route. Found within a large travel center, this small SB location made some good cold brew. It was a quick stop, but an efficient one. The staff here was friendly, but very busy. I was not the only one in need of a good cup of Joe. After getting my drink, so went on my merry way. Good service, I'm giving it five stars. read more

Hot coffee served like warm. Could not take Starbucks card. Had to Apple Pay, then said I could go to website with receipt later to try to get the stars they owe me. Manager not very friendly. Ultra caramel frappaccino was good. Vanilla sweet cream cold brew did not seem to have any sweetness or vanilla. Had to add sugar packets in order to drink it. read more

Unlike other reviewers, I found the friendliness of the staff to be the best part of this Starbucks. They were kind and helping a long line of people at an impressive pace. Was able to use Starbucks app. But the counter (where you pick up drinks) and floor were dirty and had lots of trash lying around, and overall the ambiance at the Clara Barton Service Area leaves lots to be desired. Stop here to grab a drink and then get back on the road. read more

Small Starbucks open 24/7 on the rest area stop. Either first or last rest stop area on the turnpike depending on which direction tore traveling. I wanted one dark and one blonde roast but barista told me all they had was pike. Mind you it was 6.30am. I was very disappointed. Bakery items looked good & fresh and the pike was ok. read more

Wow, I had to wait until the barista (if that's what you could even call her) finished her funny story about being out of it, not sure if she was sick drunk or something else and falling down before arriving to work. After waiting I was informed they they had no decaf tea, in which it was so funny. I hate doing bad reviews but this one deserves it. Terrible service and a filthy store. read more

So, that was the second time I was there and they got my drink wrong twice. The staff has a little bit of burnout and an attitude each time. They might also be understaffed because the cashier seemed distracted when I was ordering. Not happy considering I had a long car ride and wanted a break. read more

This location is fine. It's not spectacular but also not the worst. We typically stop in here because its the last stop before we hit Delaware. They don't have any gluten free items and they are a little slow but it gets the job done and you get to have coffee that isn't Dunkin or whatever other brand. read more

The dude working the register was rude and the service was terrible. They were slow and at least 3 people that ordered after me got their drinks first. When I finally did get my order it was the wrong drink, but at that point I just wanted to leave. read more

This Starbucks is located at a rest stop on the NJ turnpike just outside of Delaware. This Starbucks is more like a kiosk location, it's very small with one cashier & two people fixing drinks. For the life of me I don't understand why one of the young ladies decided to go on break when the line was long as hell. I waited 15 minutes on line to order and another 3 minutes for my tea. This location is extremely busy and could really use more decks on hand. I received excellent customer service, although small it was very neat and organized. My tea was made very well without me having to give instructions. Other than the slow service due to lack of staffing I have no complaints. read more

Efficient and friendly service, free wifi for customers, with a clean seating area, accepting Starbucks gift cards, easy and free to park on the private parking lot free of debris.... There were not selling the flourless chocolate cookies. read more

So I'm traveling from Florida to NY yesterday, left at 5:00am and got to the John Fenwick Service Area Starbucks rest stop and well over due for some caffeineafacation to continue my trek to NY and they were closed already at 9:15. Is it just me that thinks it's ridiculous at a rest stop to have such limited hours? And on Yelp just looking now it has their posted hours till 10:00 pm, wtf! I find Starbucks to be trending away from customer service, i.e. Products unavailable half way through their day of operations and such limited hours, like who would ever want coffee after 9 pm? read more

After 15 minutes I ordered 2 iced dragon drinks, they said they are out of it. Instead of saying sorry they were being rude. Teressa was being very rude by asking do you want return or not? Of course I want the return and apologize to make me wait and paid for drink. Also she did not want to give my receipt after I asked her 5 times. Because the receipt has her name. They suppose to be more kind to work at Starbucks. She does not have any right to keep my receipt. Receipt should be given to the customer for all purchases it is not her chose. I have never had this kind of experience at Starbucks. read more

Not doing to well. Maybe Starbucks should have some barista training. There's no cleanliness, no pride, and no hurry what so ever. But at least the product was made to my liking and Starbucks standards. Maybe have 3 on duty at all times or train them to care more. read more

Worst Starbucks I've ever been to! Shouldn't even be called "Starbucks" because it feels like a knock-off! Pink drink didn't taste like strawberries, but more like Red Bull! Iced Chai with almond milk was NOTHING like Chai....no milk color to it at all, very watery looking and tasted like there was seltzer water in it!! Threw the whole thing away. I've been to other Starbucks in reststops and they still had the Starbucks feel and quality, so I know its possible! read more

Walked in before they closed at 6:00 pm, there at 5:55 pm and they said they were closed and wouldn't serve me. Stopped at this exit just to go to Starbucks. Need to have a talk with their employees about closing early! read more

Very very long wait, they have to work on the schedule, so we don't wait 30 min for cup of coffe when we drive 7 hours straight. They have to consider people driving between sates, usually tired and have no time to wait 30 min for a cup of coffe.. read more

Small location inside a rest area but with a full menu. The milk and sweeteners are done by the baristas, not at a station, so make sure to ask for what you need. Service was slower than at dedicated locations but still fairly friendly. Not bad for a quick pick me up on the road. read more

Customer service is horrible. I got a drink I get everyday and it didn't taste as it usually does. They weren't accommodating. I was going to have to pay more fir shots to make it taste stronger, even though 4 shots that I usually is strong enough. I had to complain in order to get it made again. Disappointing. read more

3 and 3/4 stars…read more Someone said a "slice of Boca"? No, not quite. (Although "not Boca" isn't necessarily a bad thing.) However you look at it, the comparison is inflated. The latte was good (not delicious), but a tad watery with a fullness of flavor missing. It was a rainy Saturday afternoon and the place was busy, but not overwhelming so. Tables were full, but it was only a short wait for me to place my simple order (by coffee shop standards) of a small, vanilla latte. However, once my order was taken (yes, the wait-server was pleasant) and I paid, I was left to figure it out. First time in and so I didn't know what the deal was: do I wait where I am? Pick up at a different counter? Ok...but where? Does someone call my drink out when it's ready (there's no put-your-name-on-a-cup thing -- which IS annoying, but apparently can be more handy than I've previously thought)? Is the order stated when the cup is placed down? The person who waited on me had vanished into a gaggle of chatting and giggling girls behind the counter, so I asked another customer. (FYI: you wait at the perpendicular counter to your left of the register.) No big deal, but it's one of those "little things" that separates the four stars from the five. I moved to the "wait" counter and observed a few drinks being placed down -- all beverages in similar cups -- and had to (again) ask someone else for help (i.e., which order was mine), as the barista who made my drink put it down and then disappeared into that gaggle of girls. (Also minor, but another separator of the three and three quarter stars from the four.) In short, the latte was good, but not the best. The service? Ok, but not the best. The ambiance? Again ok. Maybe because I've lived in SE Florida for more than 20 years, but it definitely does not have that true Boca feel. Nonetheless, given the options in the area, Hamilatte is a welcome attempt at something different, and definitely a preferred choice to Starbucks. I will return if I'm nearby, but I won't go out of my way (as I do for a truly 5-star establishment).
