A pretty good Starbucks that shares a little Plaza with a pizza place next door. Usually when I'm here the services insanely amazing however there have been times where the drive-thru line gets to be absolutely in the same and I feel like I'm spending more time in the drafting line then just parking and going east to order my coffee. When I'm here my go-to is a matcha tea shaking and sweetened. Everything about this drink is always insane when I have it and it's as if the Baristas have the order that I place down to a tee, unintended. The price for it is a little high especially because it is nausea however I usually justify it because it's the flavor is phenomenal and the sweetness is impeccable. The inside of the place is always very lit nice and super clean and I have never seen trash laying around for longer than what seems like 30 seconds before Baristas swings by and grabs it to throw it out. The super friendly staff and clean store always makes this a preferred Starbucks when I'm in the area to stop at! read more

It is a great location next to Target I prefer this one to the one inside Target as the staff is friendlier and it has plenty of seating. The staff took our order and was dispatched in a timely manner so no complaints and were very nice as my tea is a hot tea I requested it with ice instead and they were very accommodating to this with a smile. Located outside of the Pembroke Lakes Mall and the nearby Target, this Starbucks is just outside those places in a strip of shops facing Pines Blvd. They have a drive thru but it can get quite busy. I tend to have better luck, ordering ahead and running inside to pick up. It's a a solid Starbucks as far as accuracy of order, work space, vibe, and friendliness goes. I didn't love my most recent new try there, the ham and cheese croissant, but I know that would be the case at any location. Great for order ahead since you don't have to deal with the mall or Target parking which can get crazy. read more

This is hands down the most inconsistent and unreliable Starbucks I've ever been to. The poster hours of operations usually are more like guidelines. There have been half a dozen times I've been there when there were open but they weren't operating. This morning I was out early and it said they were open again. Waiter in the drive thru for 5 min before seeing the staff out front and waiting to be let in by I assume a manager. When they are open the gram can be rude and orders are often inaccurate. This Starbucks is not the one located inside Target and not the one in Pembroke Lakes Mall... it is, however, very close to both of them. Specifically, in the same plaza as HomeGoods and Target n the corner of Hiatus Rd and Pines Blvd. I've been going to pretty much all the Starbucks around the area to get some work done (+ get my iced matcha fix) and this is one of my favorite locations. It does get pretty busy since it's in a busy area but there are plenty of tables, seats and outlets. The inside is spacious and clean, perfect to grab a seat with some coffee or tea. Came here with Karen hoping they would still have their holiday drinks and was lucky. Karen went with her go-to peppermint mocha, while I went with a chestnut praline iced. My favorite has been the peppermint iced. I also decided to try their new chicken sandwich, and I have to say I definitely prefer the Bacon Gouda. Karen tried the Vanilla Bean Danish and enjoyed it! Drive through was a bit of a wait, but our order was made correctly and quickly! read more

I am trying the Matcha Tea. If you like green tea. You will like this tea, not me lol. It's a beautiful looking cold tea with a body to it. It has a hint of pineapple. A hint people. The pineapple defenetly cuts back on the bitterness of the tea. The tea as a flavorful aftertaste. Almost fragrant to me. If you like green tea it is similar to it. I did a little research on this tea and it had really good properties. It is a really good health tea to drink. I don't know if they did not mixed it right or this is the way it is but I tasted powder mixed that I did not like. I had a latte that was great as always. I love how it is the right temperature. This chain is one of my favorite chain. I like the way they make my coffee. I like the taste and body of my coffees and lattes. I like trying new stuff from them. i'm a regular here at this starbucks but when i went here today to get my free birthday drink this worker was genuinely so rude, can't remember her name but she had braids. anyways when i tried to redeem my drink she gave me attitude and straight away said "it's not showing your birthday in the system" and didn't even try to reload the page or anything when i've had the app for over a year and redeemed my free drink last year with no problem. anyways i wasn't so mad about that but when i clearly told her to put light ice she proceeds to fill more than half of the cup with ice. it's just that one worker there's this other one that is very nice. i hope this starbucks gets better workers. read more

Previously posted to wrong location. My visit from 11/20/2019: I love coming to this location. Always better than the one further down Pines Blvd near the Tire Place. When checking in, it gets the location in Target confused with this newer location right in front of Target. Kris has been here twice that I have come and he is so friendly and professional. He works the drive thru the times I came. I usually get my Strawberry Refresher with lemonade, but decided to go back to my original favorite, which is the Caramel Macchiato. Not sure who made the drink, but the recipe tasted off so I opened it and realized they had sprinkled cinnamon on it. Maybe it was for the Holiday spirit, however it's better to ask since people expect one thing and may have different taste buds or allergies. All in all, I know next time to drink before I drive off. If you have time to kill, then this is the Starbucks to come to. Drive thru will take about 20 mins even if you order on your app ahead of time for 1 SINGLE DRINK. I don't know why this store is labeled "Target" because it's not inside of the Target, it's a stand alone store located in front of target, closer to Pines Blvd. Customer Service? I was literally dying for the Nitro Cold Brew Coffee. Visited 2 stores in Sunrise, and called about five until this store answered and said they had it! Bam! Told them I'll be there in 5! You can definitely tell this is a new location and has that modern ambience. Love it. Ordered the Nitro brew and took a seat at the "bar" loved the seating. Looking for no sugar no carb option and this was the perfect choice. Offered in small and medium so thats Tall and Grande? Due to the strengh of caffine. There are so many Starbucks within a block of each other, I'm honestly not sure which one I am reviewing so I will touch on all of them. If this is the one inside Target, it is a standard Target Starbucks with everything you'd expect. Usually there is no line, the service is prompt, and the drinks are correct. If this is the one in the mall, it is an awesome location. It has a large seating area, friendly staff, proper drinks, and efficient line management. If this is the new location, it is my new go-to Starbucks in East Pines! The drive thru is not a wreck like the one down the street, the location is convenient, the staff is cool, and they have a nitrogen coffee bar. The only issue is I have no idea which one this is! I hope it is the new one because the new one is the best of all of them. read more

Wow! Is all I have to say. The Starbucks is the nicest one I've been to, including the one I was at in Seattle, their original. This Starbucks is so new with wide open space and it is huge! Mom went here this morning and was so impressed she recommended I check it out for myself. There's lots of room for seating, including at a little mini bar. They have cold brewed coffee on tap. It's kind of reminiscent of a beer tap. Their desserts are very fresh and delicious. The staff is on point with making recommendations. There are even lots of gifts to get for people, lots of great choices. Come check out this Starbucks right in front of Target and you can do two errands in one place. The line wrapped around the building and my boyfriend and I thought we would be waiting foreverrrr, but we ended up reaching the ordering window within less than 10 minutes (not so bad for what appeared to have been a long line). We placed our order and learned that you could swap the milk in the Frappuccino for a non-dairy alternative! Did you guys know this???! We must have been living under a rock because we thought you could only do that for everything else except the Frappuccinos! We feel so silly to have just learned this, but now we can experiment a bit more with our milk options lol. Anyways, we continued through the surprisingly fast drive thru and got our orders of caramel ribbon crunch Frappuccinos in no time! FINALLY! They open one in this area. The other starbucks it is a little drive, although not too far. The location of this starbucks is perfect. Parking is not bad located near target so after you grab coffee you can go to target right away. Service is superb. I am an avid starbucks drinker (i know its expensive) lol and i have been to many starbucks and this starbucks is awesome, the atmosphere, service, cleanliness. The ambiance and space of the cafe is good for hangouts, dates, or study groups. Not too busy and they have a lot of ports for your electronics to charge. This is the best Starbucks I've ever been too. Every barista here has been sweet, kind and personal with me! They all have learned my name-it's so nice to feel known at my local coffee shop. I have had ONE negative experience and it was with a barista whose name I won't mention bc I fear she'd be let go, and I'm not trying for anyone to lose their jobs. But let's just say, my usual experience is amazing... this last one was below average. I usually get a greeting, and then the "how can I serve you today?" This time I got "What can I get you?" before the guy in front of her, whom she was attending to, had even the chance to move from being in front of her. Meaning 2 things: (1) the guy at the counter felt rushed (and he had a freaking broken leg) and (2) then I felt like... she didn't have even the smallest bit of patience for me to take two damn steps towards the counter. And all I got was "What can I get you?" She was on her phone the second I paid and she honestly looks miserable. Aside from this one experience, EVERY experience here has been nothing short of amazing. I hope she's just having a bad day and that this isn't how she normally is. If it is, she needs to be the one making coffee, not the one dealing with customers. read more

This Starbucks is located inside a Target store. So I mapped to closest Starbucks and it brought me to this location I was confused as I didn't know where it was. Once inside very small store I placed my order and it arrived quick and delicious. No wait on a Sunday morning perhaps no one else knows it's here either. Due to space constraints it didn"t sell all the other non food items just the basics. Also the gentleman that assisted me was working all alone. So good thing no one knows about it yet. Even though they are not a free standing Starbucks store your phone app still works here for payment. Which is great as I like the points for free drinks. I would return if I was in the area and needed a quick pick me up of caffeine. But I would not make a special trip as it is nothing special nor out of the ordinary. read more

I love how spacious this Starbucks is so I can come to study or do work. My go to coffee order is 4 shots of espresso with three pumps of white chocolate mocha because it taste like Vietnamese coffee. Recently I've been getting the pumpkin creme cold brew and I've been liking it a lot, probably is my current flavor. I also like their chai latte but I ask for a dirty chai which is a chai latte with a shot of espresso. If you want something refreshing their dragon berry drink is really good as well as well as their green tea lemonade. For clarification this store is brand-new in the same shopping center where the HomeGoods and Target is located, it's not inside the Target as some have said. The store is brand spanking new and has all the fancy toys. Friendly staff, speedy drive through and plenty of snacks and food along with a sitting lobby and outside terrace. Just go through the drive thru because there is no way you would actually get your drink within 10 minutes if you actually walked inside. I went inside because the drive thru line was long and I was in A little bit of a rush. I only had 15 minutes until I had to leave and go to work. So I decided to go inside because all I wanted was a single ICED COFFEE that should only take 5 minutes max. So I ordered and I see they were back up. I just waited everyone in front of me got there drinks and it's been 10 minutes. Then I see through the window that the black sedan that was in the BACK of the drive thru line pulls up to the window. I'm thinking wow but that's ok. So the last straw was when the customer that was behind me already got her crafted barista drink I was livid. I ordered a single iced coffee really I waited 15 minutes for something at should have taken 2. They really picked up the pace when I said something to them. I wouldn't even know when I actually would've gotten my drink if I actually didn't say anything. It would have been easier to walk into target and order one.
