A giant bun section open for the perusing, a wide open dining room with tranquil murals all over the wall. This is a good place to spend some time at and eat. Service is very friendly. At peak time of day, the buns always refill super fast. The dim sum orders took some time to make their way out to our table, but that's ok. I think this place does an insane amount of take-out business. Food was dynamite. Just look at those buns. Adorned with plenty of toppings that pack a wallop of flavor. Always moist and fluffy and the perfect levels of sweet and/or savory. One could make a breakfast, lunch, and dinner out of this section alone. The dim sum, though, that's what left the biggest impact on me. Dim sum places, I feel like, are trying to capitalize on the popularity and offer smaller and smaller portions. Small dumplings, poorly-filled buns, smaller meat-to-filler ratios, etc. Not Bakery 1908, though. They charge premium prices for them, but what you get are huge, plump, properly filled, and packed with flavor. Just wow. Overall, this is a great place. A very unique and important addition to the Orlando food landscape. I'll keep coming back as needed.

However note that the parking lot is very limited, I can only imagine what the traffic and parking is like during the daytime. The blueberry cheesecake is my absolute favorite! When I visit again I will definitely make sure to snag one of these to eat. It's not too sweet which is great and the blueberry filling really adds to the overall taste of the dish. The matcha fruit tart was okay to me, nothing really stood out. But the strawberry pudding is very fruity. I will definitely have to return to try some of their other bakery buns and the hot food items!

My husband had the Peruvian shrimp with yellow rice, salad, and black beans. We were both raving about the taste while eating. They have a range of dishes from across Latin America, and lots of gluten free options. They aren't safe for celiacs though. They use a shared fryer. If you are super sensitive or have celiac, just beware of that. The staff are lovely, friendly and helpful. Conveniently located in the theme parks area near Orlando. You should not miss this restaurant. Try something new if you've never tasted Latin American cuisine, or try it if you've grown up with it. You won't go wrong and you'll likely be back.

You order at a kiosk fast food style, but all of the food is then prepared freshly and authentically. They have a huge menu with all kinds of delicious Latin eats like sandwiches and platters. We absolutely loved our Cuban sammies which came on thick and sweet bread. My kids kept it simple with tenders and fries and also enjoyed! They have a big drink selection and you can find everything from juices to fresh cocktails. The biggest hit was their large indoor screened patio - perfect for my kids to run around. If you want to avoid fast food but also don't feel like taking your kids to a proper sit down restaurant than this is a really great option.

The Pistachio Toffee Cookie was my favorite alongside the Banana Walnut! Heard the amazing hype about Gideons and I knew I had to make sure I get a stop to try this amazing, mysterious cookie spot in Disney Springs. Located near the Boat House and Irish Pub, you'll see this somewhat secretive building with a long line of people waiting outside. It may seem long but it actually goes by somewhat quick at around 15-20 min and it was well worth the wait. The inside reminds of the Haunted Mansion with the spooky decor and although they only serve cookies, cake, and coffee/drinks, they honed their craft down on excellent quality baked goods here. The cookies are just densely packed with ingredients, firm on the outside and soft doughy in the inside. 1-2 cookies is definitely enough to last a long while and the cake slices are more like 2-3 slices in a slice so be aware of their sizing here. Staff here were very friendly and welcoming here, and made sure you got exactly what you were looking for. I also got one of their cold brews and it was perfectly made and sweet. Cost was fine and comparing this place to Crumbles, Gideons was hands down much better in quality and pricing. I will definitely agree with the public sentiment for Gideon: A known staple for amazing cookies in Disney Springs, you have to visit here when you're in the area and leave here with a few cookies you will not regret!

Every single drink I've ever ordered has been an instant love-at-first-sip situation. From the classics like the Caramelizer and Kicker to the wild seasonal specials and infused Rebels, somehow they nail it every time. The flavors are perfectly balanced, never too sweet or artificial, and the espresso actually tastes like quality coffee (which is rarer than you'd think these days). But what truly sets Dutch Bros apart is the energy. The crew is always hyped, blasting music, chatting with you like you're old friends, and somehow remembering your usual even when the line is wrapped around the building. It's the kind of place that legitimately brightens your whole day before you've even taken a sip. I've tried pretty much every coffee chain out there, and nothing comes close. Dutch Bros isn't just coffee--it's a vibe, and I'm completely addicted (in the best way possible). If you haven't been, do yourself a favor and go right now. You can thank me later

I wasn't offered any milk or sugar and luckily I saw some sugar at the outside table but, didn't have any creamer options. There was no coffee station. I got a chocolate croissant to-go, and having been to France, it was on point. Here's the issue, and I hope the owners fix this. At 10:45am it was busy. This place is small!!!! Very French right? lol. I was patient. I waited in a long line and finally ordered with a smile. I got the croissant and cappuccino "for here" and the croissant "to go." I saw there were no open tables except for the 2 outside and today in FL, we are just coming off the freeze and it's 40 degrees out. I used the restroom and as I came back, a table was about to open. I stood at the counter and I believe the owner ( not the woman who took my order) asked me if my coffee and food was "to go." I said, " no just the croissant, my food and coffee are for here." So now by this time other people have ordered and he is just now prepping my cappuccino "for here." Now, this isn't his fault but, because of the lack of space, it creates a hostile environment. I turn around and see the long order line and a couple that stood up to leave. So I walk over to take the "now open" table and I kid you not, a woman jumped in front of me, hands out and says, " can i take this table?" She hadn't even ordered yet and had she not been so rude, I guarantee I would have been done eating by the time she even got food. She was in the back of the line. I just said, " sure" and spun on my heel and went back to the counter. Maybe I should have said "no, I was here first" but I don't like hostility. Everyone can hear and see this happening, as it's a small, quiet place. I guess when you're alone, people don't value you as a person. Same with flights and theaters. I get back to the counter, and I ask him if I should sit down ...or do I wait at the counter for my food...? And he looked at me and was like "well there aren't any tables", at that moment, another table opens up and another single woman snags it! Hasn't even ordered! Then he says, "well there's one outside." I decide to take my now delivered coffee and sit outside. It made my coffee cold almost instantly so, I grab a sugar packet, toss it in, and chug it back. I walk in, and I then say "excuse me, could you just make my order to go?" He says yes, and a few minutes later I get my order and leave. I had to drive 25 mins to get home but, I WILL say it was still good! Even the "to-go" box is plant based and biodegradable. My ADVICE!!!! And I hope you take it! Get rid of the tables. You can have 2 outside, that's fine, but you'd be better off with a bar setting with stools all around the perimeter and a coffee station for additional things like creamer, sugar and cinnamon. This needs to be more of a grab and go place and even some Starbucks locations have implemented this. Make it friendly for single people, not families. Bar seating inspires quick service. Thank you! Merci!
