What a great group of baristas at the Starbucks at Krogers. My order is always perfect. I'm that lady who orders 2 venti caramel frappe with ,7 extra shots of coffee and 2 shots of blonde espresso. I never knew about blonde espresso. They always say hello and smile. I won't go to another Starbucks because they don't make it right. I'll stick to the one I'm use to. One of many Starbucks in Myrtle Beach. This one happens to be right next to a Home Depot which was hoppin for a Monday morning. Of course expect Starbucks prices. 10 minutes I waited for a simple latte, the place was not busy and I'm the only person waiting for a beverage after waiting patiently I had to ask if there was a problem and I was told, "oh your order was lost" less than a minute later I get my latte and a "sorry" in passing and the hot latte is lukewarm. Been there twice. They messed up our order twice. Absolutely worst Starbucks I have ever been in. Today's order was a breve cap, extra, extra wet with chocolate powder topping the froth (an item that is no longer available for customers to add and must be added by the person behind teh counter). When she served my drink, it was light as a feather, not even a good regular cap. So, i asked her to make it a bit wetter. When I received it again, it had a strong hazelnut and vanilla flavor and it was definitely not breve. It was made with low fat milk. This will be my last attempt to find quality at Starbucks. I really hope this is the right location that an employee named Ashley works at. SHE is amazing and deserves a raise! She makes my day. Seriously, the first time I did the drive-thru, I thought the female voice was automated it was so friendly. Then I pulled to the window and the same friendly voice handed me my drink! A fine Starbucks, this. I stopped in while randomly passing through Murrells Inlet, and was pleasantly surprised by what I found. For me, the coffee shop had just about everything I look for in such a place: a comfortable dining room with ample seating (though none of those big homey leather chairs that I've come to seek out); a clean, handsome building; friendly, laid-back staff (charming young ladies who filled my order with real smiles!); a logical floor-plan; lots of parking; a nice, well-maintained bathroom (with an extra wastebasket by the sink, even). And, of course, the cold-brew coffee I got was fresh and delicious, and paired well with the good lunch and good book I'd brought along -- a successful outing! All should live so well. I left feeling quite nourished, emotionally as well as physically, and would gladly return. My sincere thanks to everyone associated with this business. Very poor service. I was getting starbucks being going to work and got there at 5 am which is when they open. I used my mobile app because they didn't want to take my order through the drive thru and when i went to go walk into the front door to get my finished order it was locked. It is now 5:17 and they glare at me while doing nothing with my food done and the door locked. I'm embarrassed for them read more

I cannot say enough good things about this Starbucks location!! I literally made a yelp account to give them this rating. The staff is so kind, accommodating, and consistently provides amazing service. Despite being incredibly busy all the time, they will get you the pick-me-up that you need in a timely manner. I frequent this Starbucks at least 2-3 times per week and am ALWAYS more than satisfied. I come to this Starbucks 5 days a week. First off they do not carry the full I assortment of market items that most Starbucks around the country carry . Out of the small selection they do offer, approximately 4 of those 5 days each week, they do not have the bagel, the croissant, sandwhich or bistro box I want. The buyer needs to step up his or her game. I have been to Starbucks all over the world and never have I consistently encountered this problem. The Starbucks in Surfside is no better. read more
