They did a good job with all of them. The London Fog was steeped nicely and had very good flavor. You got the sense that there was genuine appreciation and connection between the staff and customers. Atmosphere: It's a large newer space with high ceilings and plenty of windows. For this occasion I ordered online & had delivered an Almond Custard Seven Sister Coffee Cake. The coffee cake was yummy. It's a classic Danish pastry made into seven rolls - rich, buttery & flaky with a smooth almond custard filling topped with a sweet glaze & almonds. From their website they say, " this coffee cake is named from a prominent constellation of stars that the Danish sailors used for seafaring navigation". Now the only question is whether it will even make it to the weekend. I don't know how to explain how delicious it is other than to say the flavor of the chopped pecans on top along with a blended sprinkling of coarse salt and sugar are just an introduction to your palate in preparation for you to next enjoy the caramel filling oozing out of your warmed slice.
