I had the absolute worst experience here. I waited on line (patiently) - and ordered a mango dragon fruit drink (but they were out of it - the supply chain has really done Starbucks in) so we ordered a strawberry tea, passion iced tea and birthday pop. The barista couldn't get it right - and did not use my stars. So he got the manager, Gio. He said no problem. That wasn't so. When I looked at the first receipt, a green peach iced tea was on the receipt - I didn't order that at all. So they tried again - this time it took forever and Gio said for that I am going to void everything. OK. I was there for over 25 minutes, it was crazy. I did call Starbucks corporate to talk about it - for that they put in another $10 in my account and gave me back my stars that were taken out of my account. I had a very bad experience at this place, specifically with a lady named Gen. I kindly asked her not to add too much cinnamon to my coffee, but to my surprise, she did it on purpose. The coffee was undrinkable because of how much cinnamon she added. When I asked her to make me another one, she deliberately refused and instead told me she would issue a refund. I told her no, that I had paid for my coffee and I wanted my coffee. If people don't want to provide good service or work in customer service, they should just stay home. Relaxing and quiet atmosphere at this location. Walked in craving a cold beverage from the heat out today. After two hours sitting inside, I'm freezing!!! Had to balance it all out with a venti soy hot chocolate (one of my favs). I did spot some cool gadgets they sell here, a temperature controlling mug and thermal coffee mug. How awesome! Here I leave you with more or less what I think; I did not like: The floors of the bathrooms are terrible and it is not the fault of the employees because these ceramics are already old. The furniture, also old. They need new ones I iked: Organized as the other Starbucks. Tables and chairs outside and inside the premises. Good and friendly attention. Well, well. What is there to review about a Starbucks...? all of the stores are pretty standard and uniform on their coffees, and pastries. I like most of the stuff they serve. Not a big fan of Frappuccinos. I found he disappointing surprise that they don't have Tazo teas anymore. Since Teavana was bought by Starbucks, guess what teas hey brew... Good job... What a nice place! The staff were friendly and the orders filled quickly. I had a passion iced tea, unsweetened and it tasted really good. We also ordered a latte and it was perfect. They have me a glass of ice water with a smile. The place isn't that big so you might have to wait for a good table. There are a couple tables outside. read more

Awful experience at this local Starbucks near my job I go there to get my drink. Some thing that makes me happy in the morning, and when the Battista forgets to add some thing in it, he tells me that's really fattening and the drink you're having has a lot of sugar there's no reason why he should share that with me, what if I had some type of eating disorder and it triggers because of what he said I thought that was very rude. As one other reviewer said, "that's Doral". Well, I'm not from here... so I would have no idea that that was Doral. I'm paying $4.55 for a small soy latte, and you burn my milk? Of course I didn't know until I was on the road, and am I going to go back to THAT parking lot for a new one? No. The bathroom was dirty and didn't have a single piece of toilet paper. Not even a scrap. It makes me glad that I carry about tissue in my purse, but again, what is going ON at this Starbucks? Overall I am fan of Starbucks, regardless this experience was a tad disappointing. First of all it is 7am, does the music have to be on 10? So loud that it was difficult to hear the soft spoken barista. Then the two employees that were have a good old chuckle added to the cacophony and made it down right impossible to order. Next comes the mobile order process. I am fine with the drinks being made in the order that they are spit out of the register and my walk in order is queued with the mobile ones. Check. Now not all systems are perfect and I understand technology isn't either ( but Starbucks make BILLIONS on selling coffee so I am pretty sure theirs is working fine). But as I waited for 10 minutes as all the mobile orders were done no issue. Then this customer, who obviously is a regular, saunters up to the barista making the drinks and says where is my mobile order? Shows his phone real quick and she makes his drink ahead of mine, which had been sitting there the whole time. Now I asked and she said "we didn't receive his order" and she said have a nice day sir to me. Well the appearance is that a customer who is standing at the store is a lower priority the a mobile order regular who may or may not have even placed a mobile order since the Starbucks IT system is so unreliable (sarcasm) that his order must have been lost. This location is in the perfect spot, plenty of restaurants in the shopping center and what does everyone enjoy after a good meal? An espresso but of course !!! I prefer a Triple Espresso Macchiato. Doral is a industrial city for the most part so you know your going to have lots of traffic here, I usually come in the mornings on my way to our office in Doral and the store can get filled up pretty fast but the staff knock the line out fast. The inside of the store is also very spacious. Perfect for study groups or a work meeting. There is also outdoor seating as well. The barista's are friendly and always help you create new and interesting drinks. Bathrooms can use more consistency when it comes to cleaning but for the most part there clean. I have spent many an afternoon at this fine establishment. It's great because A) the baristas are all pretty nice and make a mean coffee and B) you can steal free wifi from Panera and Smoothie Cafe! This is not a community store--it is a store business come to get gallon-sized coffee travelers to-go, and 25 latte to-go orders. Customers are cranky, shrill, and clutching their corporate charge cards. Wear your bullet proof vest to get past all the sharp-elbows and begin praying a month in advance for a parking spot. That being said: these baristas are the bomb. They handle all these sods with a more than appropriate amount of grace, and generally a smile and friendly banter. I love this place!!! I go there almost every day its across from my job. Contrary to what others have said, They know me by name. There is one guy with the beard that once he sees me he says "Hi J_____ your mobile order is ready" and I am in and out with out a hitch. At least for me that is how it is. But I must say that this particular Starbucks was just remodeled, and it came out nice! When you come to think of it, the previous layout was rather closed, small, and drab. This new look, on the other hand, opens up the space brilliantly with the knocked down corner wall where the art work hung. This particular Starbucks I imagine to be high dollar due to the frequent traffic Doral Plaza experiences, especially during lunch time! That in mind, I am glad they remodeled it because it needed an update. The baristas here really are quick and efficient. They are seasoned pros. My drink always turns out consistent!!
