Everyone there is super nice and welcoming can't complain about the staff. But what is disappointing is we are paying for a product, a cup of coffee that is not even filled. I mentioned a few times - because it's happened a few times that's I've gone. If they can fill the cup because they give a cup a coffee that is half filled. We recently bought a new house and while this isn't the closest starbucks it is the closest starbucks with a drive through so of course this is my go-to spot. Consistent and tasty. Had the usual and a Feta Egg White wrap. The coffee was my usual Raspberry Mocha and it was good. The wrap was a bit over heated.....seemed almost burnt. Once I got through the crunchy outside (not sure it is supposed to be) it was pretty good. As with most Starbucks locations drinks do not disappoint and if you aren't happy with your drink they will make another for you. Sometimes they run out of food items but that's given this is a drive thru store item availability and wait times are subject to customer traffic. I frequently visit this Starbucks to get some coffee and use the WiFi for homework..staff always accommodating. Only issue as someone else mentioned is the subzero temps inside the cafe lol. I come to this Starbucks every morning. But, I hate coming unless the big with colorful hair is making my drink. His customer service skills are superb compared to the rest of the employees there in the mornings. Staff is friendly but they really need to work on how they do inventory because they run out of food and containers all the time. Last week I got a dragon fruit refresher and they gave it to me spilling which It spilled in my car and on my light color pants and I had meetings to attend. First time going to this Starbucks, through the drive thru. There was no one in front of me. My order was taken super fast, which is great. A simple grande double chocolate chip frappe. I drove up, paid, and literally waited almost 12 minutes, IN THE DRIVE THRU, for my 1 frappe. I was so confused and honestly upset that the frappe was sitting there, done, and while the workers were multitasking, they didn't even hear my multiple honks to get their attention. Love the staff but let me warn you now....don't plan on staying there to drink your coffee or beverage. You will freeze. They have a major issue with their AC going on and off and addressed it several times to their manager. They claim it's a timer issue and they have no control of it. Bring a sweater or a jacket. Just went there. The store hours say 7am . I got there at 710 and stood outside for 10 minutes with 2 other people. Employees stared at us and never opened the door. They made eye contact but never came over and at least let us know that they were not ready to take customers yet. We left 20 minutes after the store was supposed to open and the employees did not open the door. Poor customer service and no professionalism. You could at least come out and tell us you are not ready instead of ignori g the customers. So the store says it opens at 7am, we left at 725 and and the store still was not open. read more

By far the worst experience I have every had. We was on vacation and this Starbucks was next to the hotel we were staying in. We checked out our hotel to head home and walked over to this location. We were not greeted when we walked in, which is something I am use to begin that we are from New Orleans and I frequent just about most of the locations in my area. I ordered my drink and the young lady that was at the register had her arms in her apron. She took my order and I proceeded to the pick up counter. Well this is where it went downhill from there. I stood at the counter for at least 5mins waiting on my drink, (I.e. there was no one in there when we ordered). Some other ppl come in ordered bar drinks and they received their drinks before mine. So as I tried to get the workers attention I was ignored at first then one of the young ladies that was working the bar comes over and says "what's the drink? What's the drink?"; as if I had done something wrong by trying to get their attention. She had an attitude my husband asked for the manager. A young man named "Manning" came over with an attitude and asked what the issue was. He then go on to say that that sticker printer was backed up and the sticker for my drink did not print out. Sounds like an easy way to get off. But all the other drinks that was begin made had stickers on them. He then goes on to say well your drink is beginning made now so no worries.. I was behind pissed after that. This location need customers service training in the worst way. Will not recommend this location to anyone that is staying in the hotel near it. read more
