My family and I decided to stop at this Starbucks in lieu to our usual Starbucks an exit prior to this particular location on our way to New Orleans. It's located in an old jewelry store which is now a hotel I believe. There is street parking, no garage parking from what I observed. Upon arriving, the 2 Baristas were extremely welcoming - the other Barista wasn't so much (wishing I could have gotten the two Baristas names so I could shout them out, but unfortunately didn't). The service was pretty quick. We ordered an iced banana bread matcha with oak milk and caramel drizzle, hot chocolate, and green tea lemonade. The iced banana bread matcha was DELICIOUS - highly recommend! My husband's green tea didn't taste as it usually does but no biggie! Overall, a good experience! read more

Visiting from out of town and this is literally the worst Starbucks I've been to in history. My drink was made wrong so I asked for it to be remade and was told I would be charged for it! Wait a minute so you mean to tell me, a product I ALREADY paid for that an EMPLOYEE messed up now needs to be REPURCHASED by me. Horrible, horrible, horrible made up bad business practice! Food and drinks selection is Starbucks standard. Nothing more to add or to talk about. Coming down to service and ambience. Service was so slow that I had to walk away. Should not be that way. I would have tried a local mom & pop coffee shop had we more time. But we were back in the heart of Meridian, and we noticed a Starbucks, so, we gave it a shot The exterior was inviting, and the interior was clean with a lovely art deco aesthetic. The staff greeted us, and they were very friendly The drinks were fine, but one of the baristas kept messing up my buddies drink. And I know some of the frappes and specialty drinks look like they are complex to make, but this was a cold brew with sweet cream Some tips: As always, consider joining the Starbucks rewards programs for a chance to earn free drinks, bakery items, etc. I also want to suggest, if you're hungry, the sausage burrito is actually very tasty Cheers! read more

Worst service at a Starbucks I have ever experienced! If it was only one experience I would say it is a bad day, but two days back to back. The first day we were ignored the entire time we waited in line to the point we just walked out. Beautiful art deco place inside the historic Threefoot Building. I come here anytime I'm around the downtown area.

What a nice delight before I came here for my visit my daughter had already told me about the Starbucks. This particular one is in the downtown area and sits atop of a hotel. There is no drive through which was a bummer but I can totally understand why. There is however street parking in front of & on the sides of the establishment. Upon our arrival there was a little line. Everyone was extremely nice & customer service friendly. Inside was nice & clean. Small stool inside seating with a bar style counter and there's one area ( table chairs) for outside seating. Overall nice and will return. read more

Sooo thankful to finally have a legit Starbucks here in Meridian. They make a great Cinnamon Dolce latte. Located in the beautiful Threefoot Building, right across the street from "Over the Moon" and "Harvest Grill." Perfect place to grab some coffee before a long shift at the hospital, or to enjoy a coffee at the beautiful outdoor seating. 10/10 recommend - hotel guests and locals alike. read more

Contrary to other reviews I found the staff unfriendly and confrontational about their error. I'm not my sharpest at 6:45am but I do expect a greeting of some type. Hello. Good morning. Nah, just a blank stare. Guess I was interrupting. Conversation between the two workers while I ordered caused the cashier to get my order wrong. When I stepped back to the register and said I wanted two sandwiches her response was that I only asked for one. Not "would you like another?" Overall a very poor reflection on the Threefoot Hotel's otherwise good service. read more

The service was terrible. Barista was very rude. They were out of multiple things, so I had to figure out something else I wanted. She was snippy and rude the entire time. Last person who needs to be working in customer service if that's how she is going to treat customers. I wish I could have gotten her name. read more

Stopped at this Starbucks during thanksgiving travels, and for the second time had horrible service so decided to leave a review. We waited five minutes before we were acknowledged or asked for our order. After ordering we waited 40 minutes to receive what we bought. The store had trash overflowing, and there was no hustle nor camaraderie among team members. People before and after us were frustrated. Starbucks can do better. Don't recommend this stop for a mid travel pick me up. read more

Love this Starbucks! Always amazing service and friendly people. The environment is welcoming and in such a beautiful building. The only problem sometimes is finding parking, but that is just due to the location. My drinks are always PERFECT and consistent every time! If in Meridian and wanting Starbucks, definitely recommend this one over the other, newer one. read more
