This is definitely the busiest Starbucks I have ever been to haha. Though it is busy, they always power through the drive-thru line and they always provide awesome customer service. My go to drink is the Cinnamon Dolce Latte. They always make it perfectly and its never too hot to drink. I defiantly recommend this location. read more

This store has gotten so much better in the last year. The staff is all super-friendly, especially considering a lot of the guests and customers in the morning time seem to be rather grumpy and impatient. Not to mention the majority of them seem to believe that placing a mobile order means it'll be made as first priority no matter how busy the staff is. This Starbucks is probably the best one I've ever been to. The customer service, speed and friendliness of the staff is the reason I visit every other day for my Pike Place roast coffee which is always made specifically the way I like it. One of the worst starbucks experiences I have had which is a bummer because I really trust the brand. I ordered an English Breakfast tea steeped for four minutes. Luckily I was watching the barista as she grabbed a bag of green tea and corrected her before she put it in the cup. A few minutes later I heard the timer go off and the barista was nowhere to be found. Turns out she forgot to warm up the sandwich and overall we spent 20 minutes for a tea, a latte and a sandwich with no one before or after us in line. I will start by saying the people who work behind the counter are very good. The one star is for the new manager, he really needs to be retrained or replaced. Our issue is a reoccurring one...street people, I understand a lot of people are just a couple of pay checks from this situation. This morning my husband sat at a table inside, there was a street person sleeping on the table next to him who asked him several times for $$$. The manager refused to do anything about it, my husband took his coffee and left. There are street people that use the tables out front as a foot rest and "pick at their feet" as well as swearing and throw their trash on the ground. Today was my third call to corporate on the same issues, finally got someone who seemed to care and said she would look into my concerns. read more

If I could this Starbucks 0 stars I would. I just got out of line after waiting a half hour, I worked at a drive thru ( not to mention In the same district) and can not believe the managers would ever let this be ok let alone without fixing their mistake by giving us our drinks on them or by giving out a recovery card. From sitting at the window for 15 minutes I counted 7 partners, there's no reason our TWO drinks should have taken that long. The people working are always nice, unfortunately the service though is always SO SLOW. The drive through takes forever and most of the time they are out of something you order. Saw multiple cars in the drive through so instead of waiting probably 35 min, I decided to go inside. There was no one in line as I was going to get a drink and a breakfast sandwich. Being there multiple times and having them out of the sandwiches, I asked first if they had the one I wanted...turns out they were out of EVERY SINGLE BREAKFAST Sandwich they carried. I decided to not even order the drink anymore because I was so disappointed. This Starbucks is a hit or miss so be prepared if they mess up your order because it happens a lot! Their drinks are not consistent. Some days they are good, depending on who is making them. But other times they aren't great and they don't add all of the ingredients you ask for. You have a better chance going to the Starbucks at Vons even if they don't have a full menu. read more

Not sure why this always happens, but it's disappointing. Also, don't drive thru unless you want to burn a half a tank of gas waiting. I ran in this morning (o-dark thirty or so) and ordered a soy latte. The gal barista was really nice and up-beat (for being so early and dark) and attended me very well. She was nice enough to suggest a great tip so that I can maximize my gold-star points (I thought that was really cool of her!). She also made a very tasty latte for me. This Starbucks is a hit-or-miss for me. I order a few of the same drinks every time and they're always sub-par. Like my Iced Green Tea Lattes- the baristas don't mix the Matcha powder into liquid before pouring in milk, so I always get chunks of the powder and milk through the straw. I understand that it gets busy at this certain location a lot of the times because this Is the only Starbucks in town that has a drive-thru, but I've gone there when there weren't lines of people for drinks, and my drink still comes out not fully mixed. I just expected my drink to be thoroughly mixed, it's not hard. Anyway, If I've got some time to spare, I'd rather go to the Starbucks location in Von's because they get my drinks right. Depending on the time and day the drive thru does take a long time than others. Some of the staff is really nice but there is others who do give attitude or tell you that certain rewards can't be used on some items. The inside of the store is nice but they could use more room. The chairs and tables are squished together sometimes so makes it hard to find a seat or walk by. read more

I feel as tho the girl that was running the register today needs more training. I requested a Grande Iced Espresso (I didn't say Latte because I didn't want milk to the top and I didn't say Americano because I didn't want water added) and she recommended a Doppio (two shots). Which firstly is less shots than come in a Grande but I decided to see how things played out. I also wanted a SPLASH of half and half. When I received my cup it was two shots in the bottom of my cup, and a little what I assumed was half and half. So I stated I wanted it over ice. The girl making the beverage remade it, and when doing so I watched her pour skim milk into my cup. I asked her if that was half and half (in a gallon with a light blue lid) and she said yes.. Been to many Starbucks - this one is consistently the very worst of them. Service in the drive through is fine. Service indoors in some of the worst you can find anywhere. The drinks come out excessively slow (I waited 45 minutes for mine and my wives one night AND they were wrong - spoke to the manager) and are consistently incorrect. The baristas seem to have no particular order that they make their drinks since people well behind you in line can get their drink before you. I've had my order lost twice, incorrect too many times to count, and all the while the cleanlieness of the building is comparable to a pitiful hovel. This place is always busy and the baristas are always running around like chicken with their heads cuts off. They almost never get the order right but I love coffee and it is the closest Starbucks or I would not go there at all. I find no issues with the employees, or cleanliness with the place. The only issue I have, I know the place is fast paced ,but quite a few times I specifically asked for a drink with no caffiene. They try to get you to buy Americano because they never have decaf coffee made. I keep coming back hoping the service will be better. Not only is the service below par, but they are just so slow at this location. Count on waiting at least 10-15 min for a drink even if it's slow. Today I ordered an iced drink and a warm loaf and got my drink hot and my loaf cold (after I had to go back up to ask for my loaf.) I didn't bother sending my drink back and waiting another 10 minutes. The last time this happened (iced drink came out as a hot drink), I called the manager because the barista was so rude at the drive thru when I asked for the correct drink, but this terrible service continues. I take back my last review of this place. It has really gone downhill in the past couple of years. I've been going to this one forever because I live a lot closer, and I loved the staff. But in the past couple years all the people I've known that worked there have left, and I recognize no one. I've been going out of pure loyalty at this point, thinking maybe the newer baristas just need some time. Nope. This was by far the worst experience I've had at any Starbucks. I went one evening to study. I set my things down and I went to order a drink. I stood behind this guy who I'm pretty sure worked there (he was holding a green apron that was folded up). First, it took forever. Him and the barista at the register (she was short and was wearing glasses and a long skirt), we're laughing and joking around, and the guy had already finished ordering. Then, he finally walks away, and the barista looks at me, and walks away to the back. No "Hello" or "I'll be right with you" or anything. I was thinking maybe she went to the back to grab something, but I was standing there for a couple minutes and she never came back. And none of the other baristas acknowledged me either. So I just turned around and sat back down. So I just studied without getting a drink. And I'm using the term loosely, because I couldn't concentrate. The baristas were being so loud, talking (having inappropriate conversations) and laughing and messing around, and it didn't even look like anything was getting done. And I wasn't the only one getting annoyed either. The few other people who were trying to study were getting annoyed as well. Lastly, it was weirdly hot and humid inside the store. Which was weird bc it was a cold night, and I was sitting under the air vent. 0/10 would NOT recommend. Maybe I'll try my luck at the other store in town. read more

The place is frequently dirty with crumbs and napkins on the floor. There are usually too many people and the place is overcrowded. The employees stop what they are doing to have conversations with each other. There are so many improvements that could be made. read more

Service is good most of the time and most the time the drinks are made exactly as ordered however there has been a few times especially with online ordering where orders are totally overlooked. The one issue that I hear about time and time again and I have dealt with myself that I think is pretty typical for a Starbucks as long wait. The wait time actually seems to be significantly longer in the drive-through it is not a place you can can stop for coffee real quick. read more
