Went yesterday and asked for iced caramel drink and was told no caramel. Ok i get it we run out of stuff. It still was ok. Next day went in and asked for iced caramel drink. When handed to me was different looking than the day before. So I asked the guy is this iced caramel and he said yes yes it has caramel syrup. Looked to me like cold coffee on top and frothy cream on top. I was in drive thru so did not want to take up someones time behind me. Drove off and tasted drink when I got to work. All it was was cold coffee and cream on top NOT A CARAMEL M. Please if you got the drink wrong don't try to convince me it's correct. Just make me another one. SAD SAD read more

I just ordered a bacon Gouda sandwich and my sandwich had absolutely no bacon on it plus it was made way before my drink so it was cold by the time my drink was done. This Starbucks always has issues. read more

Unfortunately this starbucks is only ok. The store itself is beautiful and large, great for meetings or group gatherings. But they always seem to be out of at least a few items or drink syrups, and I have had my drink made badly several times. I hope it gets better, this store is new and we were all so excited to have a starbucks in Lindale. *update, its worse. read more

I've been there 2x on my 5 hour drive b/t Dallas and central LA, and it's been a welcome oasis each time. barista was extremely rude when my kids walked up to the counter after placing a mobile order. they were simply standing near the counter and when the barista asked who their order was under he said omg you ordered a minute ago you need to go sit down! then proceeded to talk about them to the other baristas. when I walked up they did the same thing to me so I told them they needed to watch their customer service and the fact they were so rude to my kids was not ok. we placed an order and that order along with all the rest of the orders was what the reason they had the opportunity to have the job they had. they rolled their eyes and sarcastically laughed. And the restaurant was not busy so it was not due to crowding at the counter either. just grumpy baristas that enjoyed publicly degrading customers. read more

This Starbucks can be really busy, but the core staff is amazing. They care about the customers, and I always enjoy their cheerful greetings and friendly service. While it's not uncommon to wait behind 10 cars, they do their best to speed things up, and I've never had a bad drink or food from here. read more

So my feelings are kinda hurt. I go to this Starbucks often but today it terrible. I got a Vt Icd Mocha. Not big deal the normal. But it tasted terrible and looked terribly made. I could understand if it was busy but we were the only ones in the drive through and it looked like there were very few cars inside. So I couldn't understand why. Stopped by this location today to get a couple of drinks and cake pops while traveling on 20. I dropped my son and husband off to use the restroom while I went through the drive-thru to order. I ordered and went to the window to pay, the girl opened the window and ignored me for a good minute or two, while she was talking to another girl working. She finally acknowledged me and told me "Sorry she was talking to me". I got my drinks and cake pops, drove around to the entrance to wait on my son and husband to come out. They came out and I decided to use the restroom also. We had a couple of kids meal bags in the truck, since we were traveling. My husband asked if I could throw them away. I went inside to the restroom and threw the bags away in the trash can in there. While I was in the stall, someone came into the restroom and stopped by the trash can and then left. While I was washing my hands, the girl who waited on me in the drive-thru, came into the restroom and looked into the trash can and exclaimed "What is all this trash?!". At that point, I had already decided that I would never go back to that location again. But to top this whole horrible visit off, my husband told me that when he went inside to use the bathroom with our 3 year old, that when he tried to open the door it was locked. So he waited and a male employee finally came out of the bathroom laughing. These restrooms are for multiple people, each having multiple stalls inside of them. Why he would be in there with the door locked and then come out laughing is beyond me! This location needs to look into hiring a more mature group of employees! Bad customer service from start to finish. I will never stop here again! I would give this place negative stars if I could. This Starbucks is located off a major travel highway, they need to be prepared for travelers throwing trash away and using their restrooms. read more

Worst Starbucks ever! Horrendous cutomer service. Went inside to order coffee, there was no one ahead of me and two cars I t he drive through. I waited 15 minutes at least for my one coffee order. Asked once how long it would take and was answered rudely. May suggestion would go through the drive through since that seems to be the fastest way & that is not fast. Slowest internet ever! We also had to return the green tea latte to the counter twice because the drink was made wrong.

Coffee was luke warm and didn't provide a spoon for my oatmeal when it was to go! Very irritating at 6am :(

I'm disappointed because my request was misunderstood and instead of trying to re-ask the question both the person and the coworker I could hear on her speaker were being very rude. I want this Starbucks to be great. It's right off my exit on I-20. I just don't think it's being managed well. Every time I give it another try, they give me another reason to keep driving. Today it was a handwritten sign on the Drive thru saying to come inside to order. I have two small children in the car. That's not exactly convenient. If it's not that, it's being out of stuff. Slowest Starbucks ever. Tried to go here multiple times and it takes forever. Today we tried again and the drive thru was backed up. We stayed, got up to order and they told us it was going to be 15 to 20 minutes on any orders. We left as did several others. New staff or more staff. This one needs work. read more

went there after a super long day, drove to shreveport from Van, at 5:45am. got back to lindale at 4:30-5:00, stopped to get some coffee because i was hecka tired. i ordered my drink and while i was waiting, this *super* sweet and really respectful guy (don't know his last name but his name tag said Ethan) chatted it up with me and my grandma about her car and just things that she needed to have worked on. honestly every time i've been to this location i've always gotten sweet sweet people and really great service. oh! and when we pulled out, i realized that my drink was supposed to be iced and wasn't, no big deal. so we pulled back around and asked for some ice. he told us he'd get right on it and he did. he also let us keep the un-iced drink, too. loove this starbucks and its employees. kudos to Ethan for being so nice and patient!! read more

Horrible service. We've ordered speciality drinks at numerous locations without a problem. Lindale's location used the excuse that the ice and coconut milk would ruin their blender. How reticules of an excuse. Also, I personally don't want to hear how long someone has worked there to justify the reasoning behind not completing a drink order. read more

If there was less than one star I would give that. My husband ordered capuccino that was 99 percent foam milk. I actually thought my husband was exaggerating till I picked up cup that light as if empty. After taking it back to counter they gave what was called latte. Really, we really do know the differance. Then it was lukewarm. I really wanted to get refund for it and my peach tea. But who has time when traveling to reason with people who dont think you know the differences in coffees. I would think with all the travel that comes on I-20. So needless to say we will not be stopping there again. And , well if you do. You must have large amount of disposible income cause that is what you are doing throwing your money away. read more
