We have come here a lot over the years in our to and from roadtrips. Easy access from I-20. Spacious bright building with ample seating--bigger than most locations these days. Parking is generally not a problem (meaning, the drive thru line doesn't block it, at least not when we've visited.) The (2-stall) women's bathroom has paper towels (my preference on a roadtrip) plus the Dyson hand dryer. (Husband reports no paper towels in the men's bathroom.) Even better, they make a decent cappuccino/latte the majority of the time. The little things add up here to a solid and reliable experience for us, worth the repeat visits. read more

This location is a perfect easy off the highway stop when you turn right if you're heading east toward Louisiana. The drinks taste great and the staff is superb! One of the friendliest Starbucks staff I've met. And I've met them in over 30 states. I'm so glad I didn't grab a drink at one of my local Starbucks stores before I hit the road. Drove past on our way into Lindale for the afternoon, and I was very pleased! Every single Starbucks at every hour of the day in both Utah and Colorado are PACKED (During this pandemic!) and take seemingly forever to get through. This location is very convienent as it is right off the highway, and there was one single truck in line before ours. We got through pretty quickly, and got our mobile order in no time. We were wanting a specific cup that had just been released, but they were sold out. :( They were very friendly, and offered us an alternative, but we declined. My drink was hot and just right. I was driving to Tyler, TX from Dallas early in the AM and this Starbucks is in the perfect location right off the freeway. I'll tell you I was so happy to see it! Pulled into the drive-thru and was pleasantly surprised at how fast it was moving. When it was my turn to pull up and give my order, I got the most bright, sun-shiny, pleasant greeting. That made my WHOLE day! I don't know if she'll ever know how beautiful that greeting was, how it warmed my heart and how it set the tone for the rest of my day. She was the first person I spoke to this morning and she made me and my heart smile. When I drove up to the window, the young man who assisted me there was equally pleasant and cheerful. As a former barista, I hate to leave a terrible review but I feel it's the only thing that will make a change because this was just unacceptable. Extremely slow, 30-45min delay, but I watched as they all stood around not doing anything, and the baristas took forever to make one drink. I feel duped. I ordered a Grande Chai Tea Latte with sweet cold foam, through the drive-thru. The lady told me they had "just enough chai for my drink." The drink they handed me a drink that was more cold foam than chai. I understand if you run out. However, i feel as though they should have given me a discount. This place needs a massive change, the staff seems untrained and unable to handle the volume. 40 mins for an iced coffee is ridiculous and the staff prioritized the drive through verse the in store customers. Don't go to this place or any other starbucks places ever again. Probably one of the nicest Starbucks I've been to, minus one star for several bugs I saw across the floor throughout. Wasn't expecting a spot like this in Lindale when I was just passing through, but they have really open, comfortable seating inside as well as a nice back patio with several booths and a big wooden table overlooking the highway. It is covered as well so I spent several hours outside studying as it got a little too cold for me inside. One of the baristas, the red-headed one, was very lively and I could hear him conversing happily with the drive thru people and people coming up to get their drinks which was really refreshing and wonderful to see. Let me start this off with saying that I work in customer service and am very aware of the pressure and such that comes with this kind of job. I'm normally very forgiving and always give the benefit of the doubt, I've never once left a review like this- But this is honestly the worst Starbucks I have been to. Ive given this place many tries considering it's in a very convenient location- but I have never once left here happy. The staff is rude, the wait is usually ridiculous, and my drink is never made well. I decided to give it one more try today, and I can say for sure I'll never come here again- no matter the location's convenience. We pulled through the Drive Thru, and when the barista handed my drink it was so full it was pouring out of the top of lid and onto my car door, purse, and self. When I asked for more napkins he shoved some out the window and turned away and refused to turn back around until he handed over my second drink before saying sarcastically "have a good day" as if it was ME who made an issue because the drink poured out everywhere. It's just unacceptable the behavior of the staff and the quality of service. To top it off, the drink was just coffee and milk- none of the mocha I'd asked for. One of my favorite Starbucks I'll ever go to. The staff are always friendly to me, my drinks are made wonderfully (I always get a venti caramel macchiato!), and the whole store in general is cozy and for the most part clean. Oh, and free WiFi! While their internet speed isn't the fastest, I have never had an issue when I'm working on my laptop. Overall, I love this Starbucks, and I will continuously be a loyal customer. read more
