This might be the best Starbucks ever and trust me I've been to a lot. First off I said "hey can I get a pup cup" and she goes "large dog or small" NEVER HAVE I GOTTEN AN OPTION. Naturally, as anyone would, you have to say large to see what you get. She then proceeds to hand me a FULL cup of whip cream for my darling puppy. My dogs eyes got so big and she had an amazing time. I would make the drive back just for that reaction. Also, bathrooms were super clean and the people in front of us forgot their crumb cake so we got it. Ordered my custom drink (that's still $6 btw) in the Starbucks app this morning along with my husband's and when we arrived the drinks were all messed up and only 3/4 full and the employee told my husband they were told "Starbucks is cracking down on people using the mobile app to order drinks and is telling us to use less ice and milk" and when he asked for extra ice he was told "I'm really not supposed to do this" I'm sorry but when was asking for extra ice against the rules!? And how about don't have an app where you can customize drinks if you don't want to let customers actually customize their drinks... or charge a reasonable price to begin with! I'm sorry but I refuse to pay $10 for a shitty tasting drink! Will not return! After the thousands of dollars I've spent at Starbucks over the years, I will happily support other coffee establishments that don't purposefully mess up my order because I want to customize it. read more

Good Ol Starbucks! They are as expensive as ever! But the drive thru service is great here, and if you are willing to hand over a kidney for a latte, we'll, they will give you a great cup of coffee and a really fantastic cake pop for the kiddos! As usual- even here in Lenoir! The inside is nice! Looks like a rustic mountain lodge! You will need the rest it offers in there- after you see how much the coffee costs! But maybe that's just me. They could not get my drink right and I get the same drink every morning. Then when I proceeded to let them know it was wrong they cut me off and acted like they couldn't fix it. The attitude is horrible and the customer service was worse. What happened to the customer is always right? This is the worst Starbucks I have personally ever been to. I won't be back. When they finally remade my drink it was farther from what it should be. The second one made me sick it was so bad. Awful service. You just lost yourself a customer. read more

Been to this Starbucks aa handful of times. It's your typical Starbucks....it appears to be newer. Staff are always very nice and drinks are made as ordered. They are usually pretty quick in the drive thru. This will always remain my go-to coffee place while traveling through the area. read more

One of my all time favorite places to get coffee. Not only are the employees sweet, but they also have an awesome rewards system and offer pick up orders. I drink Starbucks on the regular and at first I just chopped it up as it's new but the coffee here is terrible. Water downed coffee is the worst! I have even gotten coffee here and travelled up to Boone to work and the coffee is way better in Boone. Who ever is managing this place is either cheating out on the good coffee or you are making coffee wrong because it's just bad! Fix your coffee please because I really want to be able to buy coffee here. read more

Went to Starbucks this morning for the first time since before surgery. As a general rule I only go to our local coffee place because their actual coffee is 1000% better. But after all the talk I wanted to try the egg bites. And let me just... These things are not worth all the hype. I got the bacon and gruyere ones. And they are so bland. Also, how are they browned on the bottom? Because if you sous vide something that means it is cooked at a low temp in water. There is no circumstance where the food would begin to brown. It is not possible. The person who took our order was nice enough. Told me the sugar free options. But apparently told me incorrectly because another staff member piped up and said the skinny mocha is not actually sugar free but has less sugar. And I am thankful for that staff member being there. Because I would have been pretty upset if I had gotten it, and it did actually have sugar in it. Just go to Blue Moose guys. Their staff is amazing and their coffee is a million times better. read more

Yesterday I accidentally placed a mobile order for this location of Starbucks in Lenoir instead of Boone (which can get confused because they are on the same road). I place the order at around 12:30 and noticed my mistake and called to tell them not to make my order. They were very nice and thankful for my call. At 7:30 I was driving past the Lenoir Starbucks that I had placed my order for earlier. I had already paid for my coffee on the mobile app so I stoped to ask if they could still make my coffee. They were extremely nice and made my coffee as quick as they could. Their customer service was amazing. And the coffee was better than the Starbucks in Boone!! read more
