This is the best Starbucks location I have found for my trips between Indianapolis and Lafayette. It is close to I-65 exit and the parking lot is large and easy to navigate. Great location off the highway and friendly service, but that's as good as it gets. Small parking lot, can't get out of 1/2 the parking spots if long drive through line, limited seating, and extremely slow throughput. Only 1 barista working her tail off to make drinks. The staff at this location is always super friendly! I have visited this location numerous times. It is always faster to go inside versus the drive-through at this location. Today, I purchased a cheese danish along with a Trenta iced green tea. The green tea tasted good. The cheese danish was not warm. I could tell it had been warmed up because it wasn't cold. It took me 11 minutes to get through the drive-through. If they warmed the danish up as soon as they took my order that would explain the lack of warmth in it. This is a perfectly fine Starbucks, and it gets four stars from me for having a drive-thru. The drive-thru was packed when I was there and snaked around the entrance and almost to the street. I get the feeling that it is pretty much always busy here (it's located just off 65 in Lebanon), so you should probably not park in front of the store if you want to get out easily. There is parking around the back of the store in another parking lot. Despite the fact that it was very busy, I got my coffee and things very quickly. The line moves fast. read more

We always stop in to this Starbucks on the way up to Chicago and it never disappoints! Some locations it seems that they are always out of stock of their lunch items, but this one is always fully stocked. The staff are extremely friendly and knowledgable as well! They are very quick, but definitely don't skimp on quality of their drinks. We typically order ahead for pickup in the store and it's always ready before the time the app estimates, which is nice because it can be a quick stop. The bathrooms are always very clean and they have a good amount of seating inside and outside. So thankful there's a great Starbucks on our route! read more

This has been my "go to" coffee place for about four years now and I don't know what's been going on but I do believe Covid hit this place hard. Never open when it's supposed to be, hours are cut way back, they are hiring just like all the other Starbucks so I know they are short handed. I obviously can't make it at 5am like some but don't bother coming after noon...they won't be open. They sometimes put a sign in the window letting people know when they close for the day but I have been there well before that time and they are closed!! This Is is my plea...please bring back normal hours!! I am begging you!! Also if anyone is looking for a job and I know there are a few out there please submit your application! The baristas are amazing here and so is the service. Coffee is delicious and if it's not, tell them...they will get it right next time. Bathrooms are way cleaner than the one down the road and atmosphere is awesome especially since they just remodeled the entire inside of store. I know it sucks to get off interstate only to find this place is closed but there are more either north or just south of this location. Just stoped en route to Chicago and grabbed two Americano's. Dan at the register was super nice and the blonde, young, hip chic behind the coffee machine made some killer Americanos. Having had my last two at other Starbucks end up in the trash soon after purchase because they tasted like my grandmas instant coffee(sorry grandma) this cool chic restored my faith in baristas! I frequent this Starbucks on my way to Lafayette from Indy. I don't usually have issues but would never say it's my favorite Starbucks. Today, I was running a little behind but wanted something refreshing for the drive so I swung by the drive thru and ordered an iced green tea latte with coconut milk, one of my favorites. Welp, NOT TODAY. I'm assuming the coconut milk had expired because I got a mouth full of bitter/sour disgustingness. Luckily, I had an empty cup to spit it out . I did give it another little try after a good stir just to make absolutely sure it wasn't a mouth full of matcha (doubtful since I enjoy the taste of matcha)...nope, definitely not how it's supposed to taste. Very disappointing. On a brighter note, I called and spoke with Bailey at the store and she told me to stop back by and they'll get me a new drink, a policy I love about this coffee empire! read more

The workers were rude and slow. I ordered a mango dragonfruit refresher. I was very excited to ty this new drink that had been advertised. At the time of purchase, she did not inform me that they were out of the ingredients to make this drink. when she handed me the drink, i questioned why it didn't look the same and she told me they were all out of what they needed to make it. the drink was practically water and not what it looked like or tasted like. i asked for a new drink and she told me i'd have to buy a different one, basically going against their "barista promise." thank god i was only driving through because i would never go here again. read more

I travel for a living and get Starbucks Vt Dark Roast all over the country. I know my coffee when I get it and when I don't. This morning through the drive thru I ordered my coffee and my wife's 2 Chai Tea lattes which she said were excellent. My coffee was definitely NOT dark roast. Unfortunately we were too far to go back because we are on a tight schedule. So I will definitely not recommend or go back to the Starbucks in Lebanon Indiana!! I would rather them say they don't have it than try to give me something else and pass it off as dark roast!! I will say the girl in thru was very friendly but I'm very disappointed. read more

So I meet at this Starbucks every now and then when me and my bestie meet up. It's the half way mark in between Indy and Layfette. It's super convenient and right off of 65 S so you don't have to go looking to far for it. This Starbucks was the normal. The only thing about it was that the line is usually long and the service is a bit slow. Not like snail slow just like 1 year old kid with short legs slow. There is movement but just not as fast as I would like it. Service was consistent. Overall no complaints but also nothing stood out about this Starbucks. All in all a Carmel macchiato tastes the exact same as my neighborhood Starbucks :) read more

The worst Starbucks drive through experience I've ever had. It was about 3:00 on a Thursday afternoon, and I kid you not it took over 15 minutes with only four cars in front of me. I think part of the reason is that the car in front of me seemed to be friends with the barista, because they took up about five minutes of that time. They were clearly chatting and I assumed they were waiting for a drink. Nope, nothing else was passed through except a single napkin. I should have driven off and forgot my iced green tea, unsweetened with a splash of cool lime (which btw tasted like pure cool lime), but I'm not that type of person.
