It presents itself as a nonprofit…read moreprogram designed to help young women, but my experience raised serious concerns about transparency and how participants are treated. The women working at the coffee stand appeared to perform regular labor, yet I was unable to find clear information about whether they were fairly compensated. The organization collects revenue through the business, but there seems to be very little public accountability regarding where the money goes or how it directly benefits the women involved. I believe potential donors and customers should ask questions about participant compensation, financial transparency, and program oversight before supporting this organization. Nonprofits should be held to a high standard, especially when they claim to be helping vulnerable young women.

She was welcoming today and offered us coffee samples of a locally roasted low acid specialty coffee called Silk Coffee that she is featuring. The coffee is smooth and good. The shop is small and cozy, like grandmother's kitchen. There is one table that sits beneath a crystal chandelier. There is a glass case filled with beautiful assorted cupcakes and muffins. There are lovely cookies wrapped in cellophane on the counter. All the pastries are baked right there in the kitchen. Cheri tells us that the blueberry muffins are the top seller, so I buy one. She warms the muffin. The muffins is soft and delicious. I love this place. The shop is only open Wednesday - Friday. On Thursday, she offers a cup of free coffee with a purchase. She calls Friday "Fun Friday" with the opportunity to spin the wheel for a discount. There is a boutique on the south side of the cafe. You can enter the cafe through the boutique or through a door on the east side of the building. There are a couple parking spots in front. This is a wonderful local shop and worth the visit.

First, it was extremely difficult to communicate with the attendant through the drive-through speaker. Unfortunately, the sandwich I received was also very poorly made. The bread was stale, there was very little meat, lettuce, or tomato, and the sandwich was excessively coated with yellow mustard. It was ultimately not edible. I called the location to let them know about the issue and had to leave a message. I understand that mistakes can happen, but this was particularly disappointing because the box lunch was not inexpensive. I have really enjoyed getting lunch from your restaurant in the past, which is why this experience was so disappointing. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and address the quality and customer service issues at the Westfield location. I would also appreciate hearing back from someone regarding the sandwich I received. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
