We stopped here a little past noon today (a Thursday) to pick up 2 mobile order drinks. I did use the restroom when I went inside and found it a little cold and I would prefer to have paper towel to dry my hands, but there is only an air dryer that blows cold air. But about the drinks, they were made quickly and are delicious! I order mocha with extra mocha sauce, and extra espresso, and the extra mocha was pooled at the bottom, which I really like! read more

This is pretty much a standard Starbucks. We primarily have used the drive-thru over the years, and only that since the tornado. Since we avoid stopping when the line is very long (fairly often); we are usually served quite quickly. The staff have been consistently friendly, accommodating and welcoming. Our "usual" is a venti peppermint mocha with whip, which we share. All and all, it's our go-to spot, if we want to do a little coffee concoction indulging, when in Kokomo. read more

I went through the drive through and was informed they were out of venti and trenta cups. however, they gave them to the the cars behind and in front of me and told me it was because I was not a mobile order. I called and asked after I left and was told they were being selective with customers so they maybe didn't run out. The lady that took my order was very nice but the lady at the window had the worst attitude I've ever experienced at a drive tru. This location replaced the stand-alone building that was leveled by a tornado. It's now a storefront just yards away from the former spot. The other major differences are that there is less seating at this location and NO DRIVE-THRU. Travel south 3 miles on 931 to another Starbucks if you want drive-thru. This place still smells new! first off, someone else took my drink and they did not care. he actually told me I had it or someone took it... why would I stand there for 10 minutes if I already had it???? Let me start by saying that I love Starbucks Coffee. And like everyone else, when we travel longer distances we like taking Starbucks breaks. We placed our mobile order 10 minutes prior to reaching there. We waited 10 mins in the drive thru line which was understandable because everyone else was placing order and paying and stuff. But when we reached the counter to get our coffee, it was not ready. It took them another 10 mins to get the coffee. While we were waiting, we asked the guy if he could trash some plastic water bottles for us. And he said rudely he cannot do that for us. The wait time was unacceptable specially when you are driving home. They really need to manage all the traffic that is coming to them and the staff to be more cordial. read more

No toilet paper in bathrooms, no cream for coffee AND worst of all, I brought in my own cup and the guy working the front counter took a paper cup to measure, dumped that into my reusable cup, then threw the paper cup in the trash -- entirely defeating the purpose of my reusable cup. Well well well it's back.the demolished building has been rebuilt. Much cleaner much bigger. Imagine building about twice the size of the old one. The food is still good a lot more seating space! Normally I would love the Starbucks as I always have but for the past week they've been closing at very odd hours and today I went to get my drinks for me and my husband and waited in line for an hour and a half only to get up to the drive-through window saying they had been closed for an hour and there was a line still wrapped around the building every single employee walking out of Starbucks failed to say anything to any customers in line and I guarantee this Starbucks has now lost a lot of business including my own. This location doesn't have a drive-up right now because they are rebuilding from a tornado. There was an empty storefront in the strip plaza behind their store so they opened up there until the new building is done. Their store location in the plaza is nice and large with plenty of seating. Only a few comfy chairs, but lots of tables for your time there. When they first opened they were quite busy with people checking out the new place and when thy have the frappacino specials they have lines but they seem very efficient and helpful.. Just like their old location was. I don't go often, it's a bit of a treat for us, but my son and I went recently because I had a free drink I needed to use. I have a gold card (watch for special promos and you can qualify easily) and we stayed long enough that I finished my beverage and I went for a refill of iced coffee... There are a few beverages you can get refilled on the same trip if you have a gold card. She was most friendly and helpful. My son finished his drink and decided he wanted a refill too since I got one. The lady at the counter smiled and asked him what he would like.. No problem. A small cup of tea doesn't cost them much and made him happy, which made me happy. :) read more
