TLDR: super cute shop with easy access and seating for all. Menu is great for everyone (even if you don't like coffee). Found the cutest coffee shop in Kokomo while visiting family. They have a large parking lot, drive through and plenty of seating inside for groups of all sizes, and an outside patio! The baristas were incredibly patient and helpful as our group decided what we wanted and described their various coffees and baked goods. Drinks: they have a large variety of coffee drinks and espresso options. They have different teas and their fall drinks even included a cider. They also offer fountain Coke products for those that don't love coffee! Our coffees were all delicious and exactly as expected based on descriptions. The menu offered enough to please my mom and I who like fancier drinks, my dad who doesn't like coffee at all and my grandma who prefers black coffee. Food: we got a white chocolate raspberry scone which was soft and flavorful, a delicious chocolate chip cookie and a bacon egg breakfast sandwich that they heated up and was delicious (sometimes eggs can be rough/chewy on these types of sandwiches but that was not the case )! Overall definitely recommend for a quick stop or even a long visit / meeting! read more

Big open wild west spaces, private nooks and rooms, easily surprised with so many cozy tables and corners, I was out right at home. Good wifi, free parking, corner hotspot for dialing up the java and running that grind. I noticed sadly for all the inviting quality atmosphere, hosting a number of people, the kitchen is stuck with the mainstream Starbucks style mass provided syrup flavors. Nothing crafted, meaning everything is excessively diabetes inducing and for all the espresso quality, the riveting flow of sucralose flows drowning those bitter and chocolate and thousands of bean notes. I did the peppermint cocoa latte served by enjoyable staff. A default since trying to avoid dairy, another sad seeing egg nog but only cow derived, next time I shall risk the moo juice! Cannot complain for all it is but for these price points, with soy milk, I expect either better than Dunkin quality or cheaper wallet hit. read more

I had such a great experience at Big Ben Coffee. The ladies working were extremely friendly and if everyone had an attitude like they did, the world would be a better place. I ordered one of their fall specialty drinks and loved it. They also had some baked goods and sandwiches in the front case and I decided to try the blueberry muffin. The muffin was delicious and tasted fresh with a crumble topping. They have plenty of seating and it's a great place to get some work done or hang out with friends. read more

Best coffee in Kokomo! Family run business, by Hoosier, who have lived in Kokomo their whole lives. It's not really a coffee shop, it's more like a living space that has friendly baristas in the kitchen. Atmosphere instantly makes you feel like your among family, like going over to your cousins for coffee; but it's weird when you have to pay them, cause your family....right. Well you know what they say, when you hit the lottery or become successful in life all your long lost "cousins" show up wanting handouts. Really enjoyed the iced mocha, wish I had gotten the biggest one or two; Big Ben Coffee does not over ice, you actually get coffee, instead of a bunch of ice. Picked up a bag of "Birthday cake" flavored coffee to take home, since it was my bday last week, and those cousin never got me anything, treat yourself, if others don't. read more

About 2 years ago I came here and the food was excellent, but I couldn't help but notice 2 people, different genders, walk into a bathroom together. Looked about 13 years old. Who knows what they were doing. Keep an eye on your bathrooms! read more

Stopped here for coffee and a chia pumpkin tea, yummy. It's a really cool place with lots of personal space. Also got a cookie it was delicious. They also have sandwiches and salads. The service was great. read more

Spacious seating area that flows into a couple rooms of the main counter space for more intimate meetings or quiet study. Clean & well lit. There are bags of coffee beans for purchase or aroma sampling :) Staff is friendly and drive thru permits fast on-the-go service. I haven't been overly impressed with the cold brew or black coffee, but the espresso was fine. For the location, it's a great spot! read more

I want to love them I just can't. My drinks are never the same. Never. They make their kids chocolate milk with ice, who does that? I order the exact same drink every time. It has never tasted the same. When going through the drive thru, it's hard to hear anything because of the AC unit. I want to shop local but they make it hard. read more

Excellent service and a well-frothed dry latte! The tea selection was excellent and they know a lot about the beans they use. I ordered a pretty particular drink I like to call the Kahmotto (dry almond milk latte with half the syrup) and they made it with no complaints. I will be back! read more

Great local business with a beautiful space! Coffee is great and the diversity of the offerings are a nice change of pace. Just as good as the other coffee place but local and way less pretentious. The overtly Christian music they play and symbols they display don't bother me one bit but I could see how it may turn off certain types of customers. My only real complaint is that it always seems to be staffed by very kind but also very young women, some of which (the vast majority) provide better service than others. Sometimes they seem more interested in their conversations or loudly talking about their personal problems than serving customers accurately and swiftly and it has caused a couple of mixed up orders for me and a little bit of discomfort as a customer. Could maybe use a little adult supervision. Overall 4 out of 5 stars! read more

After many afternoons stuck in the house unpacking, painting and whatnot we were taken by a friend to try a coffee place other than Starbucks. I ordered a Cabin Fever- seemed like a sign from above since I was in fact suffering from cabin fever. It was pretty tasty and I would probably order one again.
