Got to the window and they had poured the extra caramel into a little side cup for me in case it was too bitter and I wanted to add more!!! I've never had a coffee place do this before and it's just such a great thing to do for a customer. 10/10 customer service and I'll absolutely be back here because of this. The coffee itself didn't ultimately need any extra so I'm glad I got it half sweet, it was already sweet enough. But it's truly the thought that counts in this case. Also, it's very cute that they say "scoot on around" after you order.

I tried one of their flavored waters for the first time, a strawberry coconut, and it was so refreshing. I would absolutely order it again, especially on a hot day. As far as the coffee itself, I'd put Dutch Bros around the same level as Starbucks quality wise, but with a much more creative menu and a more fun vibe. They offer coffee and a variety of espresso drinks, plus some baked goods and other limited food options. Both mornings I ordered the large iced coffee - with room for cream. They serve Peet's brand coffee. Both times my drink was strong and delicious. Got my brain cells firing again! The ladies working the counter during both my visits were very nice and service was very good. There is not much seating inside - two tables as I recall, and a TV mounted on the wall. There are several more tables located just outside the door in the hallway.

Since a food purchase was required, I ordered a breakfast sandwich. I was a little overwhelmed by the menu because I had no idea they offered so much more than smoothies! I was pleasantly surprised the quality and flavor of the breakfast sandwich, and the smoothie was much larger than I expected! The free smoothie was a full 24 oz! When one of the employees became available, she took my order for an almond banana protein smoothie, and redeemed my birthday offer to make it free--or so I thought. As I sat down, I noticed the manager approaching the employee who took my order and overheard him explaining how to redeem the offer. I had a feeling to check my account; the offer was still there. When I asked the employee why the offer was not redeemed, she explained that it was removed when the protein was changed from whey to pea. The manager had to override the order to make it free. I didn't want to waste the one-day offer, so I redeemed it online for a Jetty Punch smoothie. Despite the minor error, the almond banana protein smoothie was light, tasty, and filling. I'm looking forward to my next visit when I come back to Kissimmee and I'll remember to redeem my birthday offer online from now on.
