First option was a local coffee stop, but they stopped serving breakfast...so went with the dependable when on the go...as we all know StarBucks is everywhere. Stopped in for a quick cup of joe and breakfast bite. This was my first visit to this location in Kissimmee. There wasn't any wait and the barista was quick to take my order and serve. They have a large seating area to include outdoor seating. Their shelves were fully stocked with coffee products and decorative cups. Bought one for my wife, since they were cheaper than in NJ. It was clean, decorated like most SB spots and the staff was friendly. Also, the music they had playing was nice tunes, but was too loud and customers were going outside...as I was unable to hold a phone conversation. The coffee was exactly what I needed and surprisingly it had a nice note on the cup. However, the breakfast burrito was too hot to enjoy with my drink. They need to re-examine the time and level of the item to be "warmed" up...not overheat the food. read more

My family of 4 started off our Sunday morning with Starbucks. The lines were long so we grabbed a shaded patio table outside and my husband ordered via the mobile app. Of the 3 drinks, one of them missed the mark. The frapp didn't have much flavor despite being chocolate. The patio needed attention. Most tables needed to be wiped and the garbage can was so full that people had made a puzzle out of stacking their cups on top or placing them on a nearby table. In the hour we were there I didn't see anyone check on the outside tables. Overall, still a good experience and happy to have a spot to relax and decide what to make of our day. read more

Highly dissatisfied with today's visit. Whoever's running today's shift can definitely use a little bit more coaching. Regardless of the fact of the rush-hour or not, I placed my order at 10 AM through the Starbucks app although it said that our order would be ready by 10:25 AM it was definitely not the case. I found myself having to go to the barista bar to announce that I had been waiting for my order several times. Finally the manager came to ask what exactly I was missing when I told her she said oh it was handed out to someone else, and in disbelief. I said all I ordered was a chai latte. She said OK give us a minute to get another barista to make it now. By which I replied, I've waited for too long at this point it was 10:44 AM to me it's not worth it. I just want my refund. Nonetheless, my husband decided to stay behind wait for it to be ready so finally when I got the drink, it was completely tasteless. I don't know what is their problem. Besides an influx of people maybe overworked employees? maybe not enough employees? but it was definitely one of the least pleasant experiences I've ever had at a Starbucks. read more

After being blessed by my friend with The gift of coffee I decided today was a good day to go get a new siren to go cup and a hot cup of coffee. I was greeted by Gabe at the register and I inquired about the white Starbucks refillable cups since there were none present on the counter and he quickly ascertained that he would have to dig a little deeper to find them. After he found a cup for me he quickly rang it up and asked if I needed anything else. I asked for a simple cup of coffee with almond milk and peppermint as I haven't been feeling great lately and he rang it up and then proceeded to tell me he would get it for me which was very kind. Little did I know Starbucks is entered the 21st century and it is no longer pots of coffee they have a cool machine that they just simply push a button to the blend you want and it breweright on cue. So within a matter of seconds I had a hot fresh cup of coffee. So despite the hustle and bustle that was happening in the store I was in and out in a matter of minutes. Now as you can tell by my profile I am a coffee lover and that is in definitely saying it lightly but my Starbucks rarely fail me and today they went above and beyond. read more

I order thru the app for pick up and decided to go inside to pick it up. Order was done pretty quickly even this they are in a busy area. My drink was good and was done as requested. Drive thru at the location sucks as it blocks multiple parking areas and goes agains parking traffic so I recommend to pick up inside instead. read more

I am writing to express my disappointment and concern regarding a recent experience at your Starbucks. After ordering the same drink I order every day from your store I noticed an issue with the drink's preparation and so my mom went in and politely asked the barista for a remake. To my disbelief, the barista not only refused to accommodate my mom's request but also responded with hostility and unprofessional behavior. What escalated the situation further was the shift leader on duty, a girl of short blond hair, threatening to call the police on me--simply for requesting that my order be corrected in a polite and respectful manner. This was completely unwarranted, humiliating, and left me feeling harassed and deeply uncomfortable. As a loyal and local Starbucks customer, I am both shocked and disappointed by this unacceptable treatment. I expect your team to uphold standards of courtesy, professionalism, and customer care. This Starbucks is great! I'm not sure why it has the low reviews but I came here with my friend to wait for my ride -- seeing the building and low amount of reviews, it looks like this is a pretty newly built Starbucks. I was able to use the holiday reusable cup to order my iced peppermint mocha and got the 10 cent discount -- the barista taking my order was super friendly. When I received my drink, they did say they were out of sleeves, but that's fine. The location looks small from the outside, but it's actually pretty big and I was surprised to see how spacious it was. They have a great patio which I sat in as well. I really appreciated how this location wasn't too cold either as most Starbuckses crank up the AC. It's a great location and I received exemplary customer service so thank you to this location! read more
