Nice location near the freeway and other stores that one needs on a long drive. Yea, that is me today. Good flow of people which I find enjoyable when hanging out for a while. Drive-thru has constant cars and some walk-ins which the staff handles well. Some outside tables in front of the store are nice but it's the A/C inside with those tables that are much needed today. Great a view from the community table with established trees, large windows on two sides, and charging power available. My sweet treat of a Grande Summer Skies drink was a nice break to take. read more

Before Selma had a Starbucks of its own, I'd visit the Kingsburg location and the Fowler one as well. This Starbucks has always been very efficient and consistent on the preparation of traditional beverages. New/seasonal beverages are a hit and miss. Sometimes I complain, sometimes I take them home and fix them myself. At $5+ a drink you'd think I'd have them fix it, but sometimes time won't allow. Baristas are very nice and the store is maintained nice and tidy. There is plenty of parking as well as indoor and outdoor seating. read more

Got in the drive thru-line there were about 5 cars in front and once I got up to the drive thru they informed me they closed at 6. It wasn't posted anywhere near the drive thru. Had it been posted outside I would have never got in line. I then had to wait for all the cars ahead of me to get their drinks. Worst Starbucks I've ever been in. Sunday morning, 10:30am and they have NO specialty coffee brewed. They showed Italian roast and Veranda as being available but they were empty and could only offer their crappy Pike roast. When I asked if they'd be brewing more of the specialty coffees the answer was that they only brew specialty coffees in the morning. Um, it's still morning! He did offer a pour over of a specialty coffee but I would need to wait a while because "we're busy". Horrible service and ridiculous they stop brewing a variety of coffees mid-morning especially on a Sunday mid-morning no less when you're the busiest. read more

We stopped this morning on our way to the coast. We thought 15 minutes and we would be on our way. I got my drink right away but after 30 minutes still waiting for my husband's white mocha. We asked about it and they said it was next but then they made two more drinks for mobile orders. You should service the people who are there waiting first. About 20 minutes into my drive home, I was starting to feel sleepy and needed a pick me up ASAP so I pulled off the freeway and found this Starbucks. And yay! They had a drive-thru. Despite being the 2nd car in line, this drive thru was extremely slow and the guy in front kept chatting up the first car even after they got their drink and kept looking back at me. That was annoying. I finally got my drink. It wasn't anything special. I got the vanilla latte which tasted nothing like vanilla but more like burnt coffee over hot milk. Yeah... Best Starbucks in town. Okay, okay... it's the only one. But they do an excellent job. When I go inside (I admit it is rare to get out of the car with my toddler) it is always clean and kept up. One thing I enjoy about Starbucks is the consistency from store to store and this place is no different. This location is clean with big tables so I can check my emails or work on something quick with my laptop, the staff was friendly and my drink was made well. We go to this Starbucks a lot. This is just a warning. One of the workers was wearing a mask but did not cover his nose. I don't know if it didn't fit him correctly or what but someone needs to get him one that fits better and teach all employees how to wear a mask. This isn't my favorite Starbucks. Unfortunately, because I live in a small town, I'm sometimes forced to go here! It never ceases to amaze me how all Starbucks make such different-tasting drinks! Don't they have some sort of formula that they follow or something? When my beloved Pumpkin Spice Latte is out of season (which is most of the year), I resign myself to getting a Caramel Macchiato (soy). They're usually pretty good, but at this Starbucks, they seem to always put extra espresso in it or something. It's so bitter and not sweet at all. And I always order it extra-hot, so I don't usually take the first sip til I'm on the freeway, heading out of town. Once I made the mistake of ordering a short. It's not on the menu, but it's a cute little baby-size cup for those of us who can't always finish a tall. The girl acted like I was speaking some other language. Finally I explained that it was the little cup, and she made me one. It was like a straight shot of espresso! I asked her about it and she said they still make it with the same amount of espresso, whether it's a short or tall. Uh, that makes a lot of sense. I sent it back and ordered a tall. So I don't recommend getting a Caramel Macchiato at this location, unless you like super espresso-y and bitter drinks. And whatever you do, don't try to order a short either. Oh, and make sure you taste your drink before you drive away. read more

I stopped into this Starbucks for a java jolt that I would desperately need to keep me working all night long. THIS IS THE PLACE The bathroom was clean, the bar had been cleaned and restocked (at night, when most Starbucks seem to lapse in cleaning), and the barista was SOOO helpful...in a way, almost overhelpful! He went out of his way to help me find a location I was enroute to. He made my latte strong enough to pull a freight train, which is what I needed. Every time I go here they are out of something. I asked for a strawberry acai and they had no strawberries . I then asked for a mango dragonfruit and they didn't have the dragonfruit. I finally decided on a vanilla BEAN Frappuccino and when we drove off and I took a sip of my drink it tasted different like plain. Milk taste. Had no vanilla flavor. Apparently they forgot to mention they didn't have vanilla beans either or they were too lazy to throw some in. So annoying ! Came to this Starbucks because I am not a fan of the Selma one, (which is closer to me). Anyways, I walked in, was the only customer, and ordered an iced Americano. They had 1 car in the drive-thru and I assumed they'd make my drink within 5 mins but I ended up waiting like 12 minutes (not sure why the person in the drive-thru ordered 2 iced teas). I'm giving this place 2 stars because the baristas are great. Other than that.... I'm complaining about Starbucks wifi at this moment in time (6 p.m., Thursday, December 2016). Google wifi seems to be much slower than usual. Its speed has gone from snappy and speedy for downloads to a crawl which is reminiscent of their old AT&T network wifi back in the day. This was the only reason why I was a regular customer in the first place. If the company has done something nationally or even regionally to deter wifi hobos (those who sit for hours sipping one cup of coffee or not even buying anything at all using up wifi bandwidth) then so be it. That's cool. I have no problem with that but I will definitely never set foot in a Starbucks if this is the case. I have been to several Starbucks around the area including Reedley, Kingsburg, Dinuba, and two locations in Visalia, Ca. They all seem to have the same "issue." I'd post pics but apparently I can't. I don't see the photo icon on here. so a brief synopsis: Was downloading a movie called the heartbreak kid at 720MB file. It said it would take 16 hours to download. then it sent to 6 hours which is still way too long. Usual downloads through Google wifi before this for same file size was 15-30 minutes depending on the website offering the file(s). read more
