I mean Starbucks is Starbucks and I definitely prefer locally owned, much more affordable shops but when on the road, it's hard to find those. Some of the baristas were friendly, some definitely were not. One out of 10 working actually had a face and a smile and one was all masked up and muffled in talking. It's 2025. Masks are proven ineffective and cause more harm than good, and more disease, especially when continuously touching the mask. Take the mask off and smile. It goes a long ways in customer service. Service was terrible in the drive through. Shoving drinks out the window without saying what they are, nothing on the sides, some with sleeves, some without. Drinks were not mixed. Three (but realistically more!) strikes Starbucks is OUT! The prices keep going up and the SERVICE (Starbucks consistently has some of the rudest barista's for a few years now... Entitled and barely acknowledging your existence, even when you tip them-don't get me started on the disgusting tip for doing their job culture that has permeated all fast food and coffee) and the food portions keep going DOWN. WAY DOWN. Three different lattes at three separate times and all tasted like they reused the beans OR omitted the coffee all together. The falafel pocket (to make note of one of the same quality) is a JOKE at around $5 for a tablespoon of falafel mix in an oversized flour tortilla. It was nothing more than a single appetizer and I'm not a big eater! I would like to say this is a unique experience with Starbucks, but it isn't anymore! You're much better off for a fraction of the price getting a gas station drip coffee. Starbucks take note: this is why your sales are slipping. read more

This Starbucks overall is friendly and fast. The only issue I've ever had is when they're very busy. The drinks make the money worth it. I love the energy of the interior and it is always clean inside. It's a perfect place to study and have a nice coffee. read more

Went in with my grandson earlier today and spoke with Aiden. He was super friendly and made one of the best cappuccinos I've ever had. The store was clean + everyone had great energy and welcomed us in. Will definitely be coming in again. read more

Pretty nice location! Coffee is alright. The main draw are the tables and seating to get some work done. The first barista I met was fairly nice. But the guy who took my order the second time in the afternoon was definitely my favorite. Overall a well lighted, clean environment to get stuff done. I would not go here if you want your drink done correctly. Go to a roasters or a dutch brothers. They messed up on my drink told me to come back to a remake. I go back and tell the lady what was wrong and shes starts 20 questions making me feel like I was lying. It feels like I'm here every day. The baristas are always very friendly and the coffee is always made right. Ok so I got to Starbucks when I'm traveling because it's convenient, the service is generally friendly and I can always count on the menu. This Starbucks had the first two but not the third. I can't do soy or milk and this is the first Starbucks I've gone to that said they're too small to have coconut milk as a dairy substitute very disappointing. Get a receipt everytime if you use payment card or phone. In visiting this store my payment card was low so I gave the gal $40 in cash and got a coffee. Next day I returned and was told my card only had $2 and something on it. Talk to clerk inside and explained what had happen and was told nothing they could do about it. Surely the till was over the day before or maybe the clerk pocketed the cash. There must be someway to check the reports but no one wanted to help. read more

This is the worst starbucks I've ever been to and I've been to a lot. The employees are rude, they put milk in my drink more than once when I specify soy milk, then they leave the whipped cream off because I said soy. Don't assume I'm allergic to milk unless I say so thank you maybe I just like the soy. read more

literally the worst starbucks i've ever been to. i've tried to give it a shot time after time and i've always been highly disappointed. today in particular, i went and got a coffee, i saw them hand into the a couple cars in front of me and then hand it back to the barista bc it wasn't there's obviously. when i got up to the window i politely asked them to remake it since i really didn't want the spread of germs. the lady pretended to remake it and hand it back to me. at this point i just took it because at this point i'd waiting in the line for literally at least 20 minutes and just wanted to go home. this starbucks has ALWAYS taken so long to get through, and get this, i worked here, i know the inside as well. such a terribly ran store. and i also work at a coffee shop right now and we are so much more cautious with everything going on. you'd think they'd care more. go to literally any other starbucks and save yourself some time. read more

I love Starbucks and will never go to any other coffee shop but this Starbucks ALWAYS puts whip cream on my drinks when i ask for no whip cream! When i say something about it they give me attitude! And one time the guy who was working said there was nothing he could do about it! They should at least take it off or even make me a new one. Very disappointed. read more
