This is a huge Starbucks... it's always very clean and they are so fast!! I have noticed they have taken a lot of drinks of the menu. But that's ok there's still a lot of good options. I just had the white chocolate latte and it was so good. The cortado with brown sugar was a little off for me. If you want a real cortado go next door to don pan. But if you'd like my husband, Starbucks will always be superior coffee. He likes adding an extra shot of espresso into every drink. I also like to point out that you get more for your money if you get hot drinks instead of the cold Ones. Especially if you add whip cream. You get no coffee. Skip of the cream and get a hot latte. Pistachio is definitely my favorite when in season. The cherry plum cheese danish is the best when it comes around. But I'll take the regular cheese danish any day. read more

I have been coming to this Starbucks for about a year now when my husband gets his chemo at the Miami Cancer Institute. It has been my saving grace by having something to do for the Covid-19 times I couldn't go with him into the hospital. I must, however report an issue. There is a man that loiters outside the front door of this Starbucks asking for money to buy coffee. One time he said to me condescendingly, "Can you spare a dollar for coffee, honey?" I usually help such people, but this time I was actually scared and reported him to the manager when he followed me inside. Please be cautious and aware of this person. Other than that, the service has always been good. Parking is available but the lot is pretty cramped. Be careful parking. read more

I stopped in to use a Christmas gift card that I received from a complete stranger lol. When I got to the counter I received the warmest greeting from Claudia. The gentleman standing next to her readily made my coffee as Claudia took my order. I sat down and Claudia brought to me my hot, freshly made plant based breakfast sandwich. She included a packet of sriracha sauce to try on my sandwich..delicious. I placed a mobile order with three Items today and when I went to pick it up only two of the items were ready at the pickup area, which is fine but when I went to gather the two items the employee told me that they don't allow customers to collect items until the entire order is picked up. I told her, "But I'm already here, why can't I just keep them until my drink is ready?" And she responded by just saying, "We don't do that...". You don't let customers take the food they just paid for?? I don't understand the concept of this as I was already there standing in front of the girl ready to pick up the items in my order but she insisted I leave my other items on the table until my drink was ready. I don't know if this is a Starbucks thing or if this is just something they do it in this particular business but I thought it was irritating af. So I frequent this Starbucks a lot but never felt the need to write a review. The last two times though it took longer than usual. One time it was really busy so that's understandable, but this time it wasn't that busy and I waited a long time in line. What really disappointed to me was the lack of cleanliness. I was absolutely shocked to see that the area where you can add sugar and get straws and such was in compete disarray. Like a total mess. I couldn't believe it. The trash was overflowing and there were barely any sugar packets available to get in the bins and no more powder left in the chocolate or vanilla containers. Being that I work in hospitality it was very displeasing to see that it would be left in that state. To boot, I ordered a flavored hot drink and i had absolutely no flavor in it whatsoever. It was all at the bottom when I got to the end of the drink. I expect much better quality from this Starbucks. I'll go back out of convenience because if I'm at the mall by that side I'll stop by but hope it is a lot cleaner next time and they don't skimp out on the syrup when I order my drink. I will say though that the only plus side of my experience the other day was the employee who handed me my drink. He was so sweet and smiled and told me to have a beautiful day which was unexpected and nice to hear which deserves five stars, but hopefully this doesn't happen again because it was very off putting. read more

I'm not particularly fond of this Starbucks, but it's the closest to me so I deal with it. The staff is not too friendly or eager to attend to you. No one greets you when you walk in like all the other Starbucks. You wait at the cashier for a while before someone attends you, even after they've seen you and no one else is in line. And the service here is slow...whether there's 1 person working or 5 people working...they're just as slow. Other than that it's pretty standard in terms of quality. I work in the building and so I'm at this Starbucks location several times a week. Each and every time I am here, regardless of time of day, I am greeted (often by name!) by an enthusiastic and welcoming staff. Coffee snob that I am, I get all different types of drinks and they ALWAYS get them right. Half-caf, skinny, mocha, whatever, my drink is always fresh and right. Their order ahead system is also on point. I can be upstairs and order my coffee and by the time I make it downstairs, it's ready. This is also a great Starbucks for sitting and working. Lots of folks are here every day, working hard, and the Wi-Fi is free and fast. In fact I've been known to conduct a meeting or two here, and to work down in this space when the Wi-Fi in my office goes out. This is one of the best Starbucks locations in town. The staff at this particular Starbucks is very sweet, especially considering I've had to get a drink or two redone here. They don't usually make mistakes here, but at least my usual go-to drink sometimes has to be remade. Out of all the Starbucks locations I've gone to, this is the only one that consistently makes the white chocolate mocha taste as if the milk were burnt. I don't know what it is honestly. It doesn't matter which barista makes my drink, the milk always tastes burnt. I thought it was me, but I went with my boyfriend one day and he complained of the same thing. I think the machine needs to get fixed and/or they need to use less heat on the coffee beans. Regardless, when the drinks are usually made a second time, it's better. Not sure why. I go to many Starbucks throughout my travels. Having been to this Starbucks several times now I feel like they have been consistent in the things they are good at and bad at. The staff is very friendly. The lines can get long in the morning so make sure to give yourself ample time. I noticed when they do get busy, they get backed up and start messing up orders but when it is slow, it is fine. So seems like they are not equipped or capable of handling large crowds at this location. Plenty of seating in the inside. A couple of outside seating but not very large. read more

I walked in happy to get a hazelnut mocha latte with NO WHIP CREAM. What do I get the complete opposite drink they give me a frap with whip cream after specifically saying no whip cream. Large Starbucks location, in a shopping plaza with plenty of parking. The cashier was very sweet and friendly, referring to everyone as "my love." When I could not find a strawberry yogurt parfait, the other cashier quickly came out from behind the counter to show me where the parfaits were located. I also ordered my Earl Grey tea, and I was set. The line was short, and there was plenty of seating for those wanting a small table with two chairs, to those wanting a larger table for a group to sit and chat. There were lots of college students with laptops, studying and discussing things at the larger tables, and they were never rushed out. read more
