This is consistently the worst Starbucks in the area. Maddi (manager) at her team really need some training or be replaced. Today at first there was only 1 person working with a line to the door. Maddi was sitting outside the location and finally got up to up. She did not wash her hands and proceeded to handle the food for the customer before me with her bare hands. Maddi then took my order. The total was much more than what I pay for the exact same drink at the Starbucks down the street and via mobile order. Finally a third girl got to work and they needed to ridicule her for being an hour late to work with a Baja blast from Taco Bell before getting back to work. It took forever for them to make my cold brew coffee because the 2 girls were more interested in chatting than making orders. The second girl, more of an emo look (she had no visible nametag) was picking up other customers cups and running her hands around the rim of the cups, obviously had zero food handling training. The taller girl, also no name tag but had glasses, was making my drink. When she handed it to me, I questioned if she put cherry in the cold foam. She rudely said yes. I said it's usually pink and this is white which is why I asked. She said it is pink, it's out lighting and walked away. Well it still wasn't pink outdoors nor did it have any flavor of cherry at all. So I paid more for an incorrectly made drink. Had this been a one time thing, I wouldn't provide a review but when Maddi and tall girl (who never has a nametag) are working, I've NEVER been served properly. I'll skip this one moving forward as the one down the street inside Food City take mobile order, drinks always taste great and the are friendly whether you order there or via mobile. read more

Poor customer service. Very rude to customers and seems to target seniors. I have given them 5 attempts to correct their behavior towards me, with the same results. I have even reached out several times to corporate with no resolution or contact back. read more

FYI: this is located inside Ingles.. not a stand alone location.. Also you can get points, but not redeem them at location because it's a franchise location. Other than that enjoyed my frappe from here.. service was good too. read more

Second day in a row the coffee was not good. Yesterday the snacks were stale--we did get a refund. Staff is always preoccupied with phones/chatting with each other. The quality is just not there. read more

The baristas overcharge .50 cents to a $1 every single time we go there. Watch your receipts and make sure you're not being ripped off.

I always get the same thing whenever I go here. I've never had a problem with it until today... I always order an Iced Chai tea latte with coconut milk and caramel drizzle. Well today I went to order one (got a vente like normal) and when I went to take a sip it tasted sour, like either the milk or something was off.. I took it back and got the absolute worst service ever. They made me another one just for it to taste the exact same... So that's 6$ down the drain. Whatever happened to the customer is always right? read more
