This is the WORST Starbucks I have ever been to. The fact that I am still thinking about my terrible experience from just a few weeks ago made me realize that I need to bring light to what happened.The drive-thru lady with the really short hair needs a hefty attitude check. First, you don't slam a window in a customer's face when their drink was wrong -especially when the customer was beyond polite about it. Two, you don't roll your eyes, audibly groan, and make side remarks about "what's actually wrong with it"... Starbucks isn't necessarily cheap...so how about returning the kindess your customer (who has a wrong order not to mention) has? Then, when my order was remade...the drink just had a pile of syrup at the bottom!! Are you kidding? Is this a joke? Felt so sick. We stopped in to get an afternoon treat. This is one of the better Starbucks I have been in lately. The inside was spacious considering the actual size of the shop. It was clean and well kept. The space behind the counter was neat and clean. After making our drinks, the area was still pretty clean and the best part, the one the South Lebanon store failed at, was our cups were clean and not splattered with the drink all on the outside. This Starbucks was extremely clean. The baristas were nice and I had a great experience. I always order a refresher with light ice. And for some reason no Starbucks gets the memo of light ice. This was not the case this time. The barista made sure I had light ice and filled the drink all the way to the top. As to where other stores leave it some what empty. This time around I sat in the the shop for a few minutes and kept noticing that the baristas were still extremely nice and fast working. They ensured that ever customer was satisfied. I loved it. By far the best one I've been to. It's also located right off US 71 so make sure to stop here if you are passing by. read more

I came through the drive through at 6ish AM, ugh I was up way too early. They took my order for an Americano and one of the steak breakfast wraps (I don't recommend this to anyone that likes food). First they had to check to see if they had any? Seriously I was maybe their 2nd or 3rd customer of the day. But maybe they just didn't know the inventory as this is a coffee shop not a place to get food, and I should have known better than to order food. Well the coffee was good, not great as sadly Starbucks over roasts their coffee beans to the point of BLEEP, sorry about that. The steak thing was in one word Horrible, I will never even think of ordering this again. The wrap was in some spots crunchy from over cooking and other almost under done hard to believe from a frozen wrap that they just reheat. Starbucks, I love you. This one was fantastic. I always have a problem with my app - mainly that it doesn't have an endless stream of funds on it. What's up with that? Anyway, the nice young man at the counter helped me order my drinks and snacks and reload my card. I appreciate that. This store was very clean, had two clean bathrooms that weren't gender assigned (let's face it: if it's a "one-seater" we don't need to be ridiculous about who is in it), and the service was quick. They have a drive through which is also fantastic. This is also one of the few, the proud, Starbucks you can find between Georgie's house and mine which is a four-hour drive. One of the things that makes holiday travel tolerable is the ability to get our festive holiday coffee. Specifically the Holiday Spiced flat white. Well, Starbucks decided to remove that from the menu this season. Like, why would you do that? And then add something thats suppose to taste like a tree? (juniper latte) Was on the highway, I needed a restroom and someone wanted coffee. So stopped here, the staff was friendly and spoke when I entered. I decided not to order anything, kind of in protest to my favorite holiday drink being pulled. My my group ordered a drink and even purchase from the available travel mugs. Very friendly and helpful Starbucks! I stopped at this location on my way to Columbus today. The location was quick/efficient and very helpful! They had discontinued the drink that I typically get, however they were able to offer me another drink that tastes just like it. The drink was made perfectly, and came out very quickly! The store was clean, inviting and a great place to stop to break up my drive. The line was short, and the workers made the orders quickly to ensure the best service. Lastly, the associates were amazing! They look the service above and beyond. They definitely set the standard high for Starbucks workers. If you are driving through Jeffersonville, make sure to stop here! They won't disappoint. read more

We waited approximately 30 minutes in line for the drive thru. Ahead of us, we noticed the baristas handing wrong orders to customers and then being handed back. The same thing happened when it was our turn at the window. This raises many red flags given the current pandemic. Employees are incredibly rude. It never fails any time I come through the drive through my order is messed up. Every time I order a French Vanilla Latte I specify I want it hot and every time it's cold. Then when I tell them it's wrong the guy (Brandon?) argues that he wasn't told it should be hot. Plus my mom ordered lemon loaf and asked that it be kept in the plastic (she wanted to save it for her tea in the morning). And he handed them both to her out of the wrapper- she told him she wanted it in the wrapper and he rolled his eyes. I had to make a yelp just for this on my road trip. My fiancé and I were having an awesome road trip and then we encounter a very unfriendly employee (Erin) who gets our order wrong. So we politely ask to get it the way we ordered and then ours becomes last priority and they all forgot about us so I went to Erin which was a mistake and kindly asked what was going on with our coffees... and then when I thought I was about to be attacked for being in her territory because she got very rude and hostile.. she said that she didn't hear what she thought we ordered and that someone else is making it so... and in the rudest way you can imagine this being said "was that all?!"
