If I could give this location 0 stars, I would with NO hesitation. This location is known for terrible customer service, the baristas aren't welcoming nor do they greet their customers and they are very unprofessional. I have witness a customer wait 45 mins for drink because "the baristas are new". They are very slow, and they are ALWAYS out of everything! it's really annoying having to deal with rude, grumpy baristas just to get told "we're out of this..." - November 5th, 2022 I decided to settle to go to this location since my job is 5 mins away from that store (I work in horn Laken and I was already late for work). I typically go to the one down the street by Malco Desoto in Southaven because that is where I feel most welcomed and they never fail to show so much gratitude and love when I'm there. Im very easy-going and understanding, let me make that clear. I have worked in customer service, I pay close attention to how the morning crew (180 Goodman rd.) work really well together, their communication and chemistry with each other are really strong and its beautiful. Back to story my horrible experience lol. I pull in drive thru ready to order my food, I specifically stated "I would like a tomato and mozzarella on a focaccia and a butter croissant warmed"..As simple as I stated, the opposite happens. I drove off thinking I'm going to eat a decent breakfast. My focaccia was fine..I bit into my croissant and it was COLD as if it was never warmed up. Now I'm frustrated because as a loyal, paying customer of Starbucks..I did not receive what I asked for. I called the store back and she's giving me the run-around about why it was cold. I asked the girl (Liar, claim to be manager but she's actually a supervisor) on the phone if I could come back get another one.. WARM. She asked me to hold on just a second, as patient as I am I held on the phone..for way too long. But it was actually intentional. 09:38 secs tuned into 34:03 secs on the phone. That's WAY TOO LONG to have a customer on the phone. Now I'm at work and I'm pretty p*ssed off because I don't understand why it takes over 30 mins to just let me know if I could come back and get a warm croissant that I asked for. This is where it gets interesting, I mean I'm distraught. I left work while I was on the phone, when I got to the location I went inside the store instead of going back to drive-thru. I waited in line because it was people in front of me and I did not want to cause a scene. Keep in mind they don't know who I am or what I look like because I came through drive-thru earlier. The only barista that really saw me was the older lady that took my payment and handed me my food. As I'm waiting in line, a white lady with honey blonde hair (liar, claim to be the manager) walks over to the register and picks up the phone realizing she INTENTIONALLY left me on the phone for 30 plus minutes, looks at the other young lady (another sh*tty liar that claim to be the manager) and starts laughing...put the phone down and walks away. I'm seeing all of this happen while I'm waiting in line. I was so sad because this is how kids with no home-training or manners act, I got this treatment from wanna-be managers from Starbucks. They belong in McDonalds, NOT Starbucks. I literally cried because I have never received unfair treatment from a place that are supposed to value their customers. The 2 girls are: African American (lightskin), short, afro, she wears glasses and her eyes are far apart from each other. Other lady is white with honey blonde hair, chunky size, and I think she has a visible moon tattoo. Long story short, I called corporate and I spoke to the district manager and she was the nicest person I spoke to. I do not recommend this location Starbucks to anybody because it is one of the worst starts bucks I have been to living in the Memphis-Mississippi area. I have been to a lot of Starbucks in Memphis and Mississippi but this is by far the worst of the worst. Never again.

The place is your typical Starbucks. Good drinks. Not bad. Just consistent. $5 coffee. They could use some more comfortable seating.

This is my favorite Starbucks in Desoto county. Not near as busy as Southaven and olive branch and the staff is a lot friendlier also.

I tried this independent coffee shop for the first time and found my nirvana (apologies to Kurt…read moreCobain). The vibe inside of the cafe is soothing, and they ably made a blonde cortado for me. They also made me a homemade egg, cheese, and sausage croissant for me. Both were quite delicious. As a nice bonus, they offer a customer loyalty program. This was my first visit to the Silo Square area, and given how nice my experience was, I plan on returning.

Buuuut okay I got a latte and got it with oat milk. So let's be reasonable and talk about a basic black coffee. Okay okay that'll be reasonable, right? Wellllll, a medium decaf black coffee was $4.35. Wait, what? Okay well surely just a simple hot chocolate is reasonable? A large hot chocolate with almond milk gonna run ya $5.75!!! Get outta here!! You add in a muffin, a scone, and a cinnanin twist (all of which are tiny) and you're looking down at a bill of $37! That is crazy. Is it good? Yeah. Definitely. It's a very nice, cozy, local joint. We like it here. A lot. But we ain't coming more than once a year at these prices. I recommend you try the place as long as you understand what you're getting into from a price standpoint. But the drinks and pasties are good.
