Wow. Just wow. Unbelievably bad. I needed two 96oz boxes of coffee for a grad party. I called at 7:30am to order them for pick up an hour later. The manager - yes, the store manager, nastily told me I could only order through the app. I said I don't have the app and won't download it for a simple coffee order. She reluctantly took the order, reminding me she was doing me a favor, not the other way around (me giving my business to her store). I show up an hour and 10 minutes later only to be told it would be 20 minutes. Basically they never started the order. I can't believe the incompetence and I only blame the manager. No one else there knew anything about my order. If a customer cannot rely on calling in an order and speaking to someone about what they need, then that is not a business I ever want to deal with. The idea that I could have perhaps gotten my order had I used the app, versus speaking to a live person is ridiculous. This manager should be reprimanded for how poorly she handled my order. Guess what, I called Panera, was able to order with a very nice man over the phone, drove there and my coffee was waiting for me. read more

Needed caffeine stat after my disappointing breakfast at Reynolds Garden Cafe. Fortunately, Starbucks is consistent. It was a cold, grey, dreary morning out - and a Grande cup of dark roast - with room for cream - was just the tonic I needed! This Sbux has a Drive Thru - which was pretty busy. I went inside. I give this Starbucks the same rating I do virtually all other Starbucks stores. It is a "go-to" for me as I typically enjoy the Dark Roast coffee at this chain. This shop is strategically located on Airport Hwy. The facility is roomier than one might predict based on the external appearance. The interior is well kept. The service has been friendly and prompt during each of my visits. On my last time in, my pour-over was ready in short order and was up to par with regard to the taste. The seating area presented a pleasant place to enjoy my brew. If you are in the mood for a Starbucks coffee creation, this place lives up to expectations. read more

I would say this location is just as bad if not worse than the Starbucks on Monroe St. For online orders make sure to place your order twenty minutes before you actually need it. They put straws behind the counter so you'll have to wait another five-seven minutes before an employee can even knowledge that you're standing there waiting to ask for a straw. read more

Horrible service. Went before they were closed (all the lights were on and there were people inside) and sat at the drive thru for at least 10 minutes with no service. So I tried calling. No one answered. Drove around to the window and still no one there. Finally when i honked my horn a barista came up and gave me a nasty look and walked away. Me and my sister went here on Black Friday understanding that it might take some time to get our orders. Mine came out within a few minutes and was kinda gross but drinkable because I didn't want to cause a problem. Hers never came. I was on my way to the airport to travel home so we didn't have a lot of time. We waited 30-40 minutes. At around 20 minutes I went up to speak to one of the lady's making drinks. She gave extreme attitude and I tried being nice and understanding but she didn't calm down. I am not a confrontational person but this was too far. It was chaos in the store and large groups of people that ordered after us came in and left. I just called and the person we spoke to tried saying it was the wrong location when she had my name and order right in front of her. The order went through and it was charged to her card but "it doesn't exist in our system" was the phrase repeated over and over. I blew up a little after her attitude became too much and hung up before it escalated any further. I completely understand it is a busy day but it is in their system, paid for, and the attitude was excessive. As someone who works in the coffee industry and is swamped a lot of the time, I understand getting orders lost, but you put down your ego and be nice and understanding. Disappointed and will not be giving this up because we are barely paid enough at our jobs so this was supposed to be a treat and a good goodbye ruined. read more

Stopped by and paid $3.00 for a medium cup of coffee that was so lukewarm a toddler could gulp it. Didn't sip it until back in the highway so too late to turn around. Asst store manager was mildly apologetic but really had no solution to make it right (maybe refund the coffee, send a coupon for a free coffee). If you want your drive thru to not smell like spoiled milk or random litter please offer a trash receptacle by your drive thru exits. I've asked on several occasions if they could please discard of my Starbucks cup from the previous day only for them to tell me they couldn't. I stop by a few times a week because it's so close to my house. The coffee is great, but there's one barista I want to shout-out because she's always so great and interacts with my 4 year old when she's with me :) I believe her name is Sarah, and she always makes it a point to have a cute little convo with my daughter through the window! This is easily the slowest Starbucks location that I have ever been to. I waited almost twenty minutes in the drive thru line just to get a single latte. There were, at maximum, 3 cars ahead of me and it still took that long. Really disappointed because I was super excited to see that a location was opening so close to my workplace, but if they take forever to make something, then it defeats the purpose of stopping before work. read more

On 10/28/15 I purchased a 25 dollar gift card with my order through the drive thru. I gave said gift card as a gift and the recipient called me later to tell me there was no balance. After calling corporate to investigate we found out that the gift card had been voided 20 minutes later although the transaction had been processed and was charged to my am ex card. As of now, Starbucks has yet to resolve the issue, after spending 1 hour plus on hold for a supervisor. Apparently someone at this location is voiding gift cards and pocketing the profit. I enjoy going to this Starbucks location. Staff are really friendly and it is clean inside with plenty of seating. It looks a lot smaller from the outside and is quite roomy inside-it's a great place to get work done or meet up with friends. The drive thru is speedy if you don't plan to stay! read more

The store onAirport Highway at Spring Meadows is lacking in consistency. I believe I will have to find a different way to my Thursday morning meetings. The issue is that my 1 pump Venti Skinny Mocha is too sweet 3 out of 4 times I get coffee there. The barista actually told me that the sugar free mocha makes it sweet no matter how many pumps. Well no that's wrong because of the amount of coffee verses the amount of sugar free mocha off sets the sweetness. I go to the store on West Central, at Westgate, and the corner of Reynolds & Airport and my simple order 100% of the time is just right. I believe the Spring Meadows baristas are careless and either forget the fact the order says "Skinny" that's sugar free mocha and they use regular mocha or the just pump the full amount of mocha. Either way they suck. And I can't get it fixed because I first sip of hot coffee is when I'm 5 miles down the road. BEWARE OF THIS STORE THEY AREN'T FULLY TRAINED FOR THE STANDARD OF SERVICE STARBUCKS ADVERTISES! Oh I check the tag stuck to the cup and it is marked 1 pump Skinny mocha. So it's the barista that sucks not the person taking my order. Managers really need to step up and get this handled. read more
