To start, I have worked in customer service my entire adult life. I understand how frustrating it can be, and I understand that now, especially, it's getting harder to work in the food service industry. It's no excuse for straight up rude behavior.The two women who were working 1/15/25 absolutely blew it. I asked for a Frappuccino without the coffee base and she literally sighed in frustration, straight to my face. Then when I received the wrong drink and when inside to fix it the other woman rolled her eyes and walked over to the other lady and said "I''m so fu**ing done with people." Plenty loud enough for me to hear. The guy working when I went in to politely ask about remaking the drink was so helpful and wonderful, and absolutely deserves his job. The other members of his team today seemed more worried about doling out attitude than making a proper drink. I watched as 2 cars in front of me got only food, no drinks so I guess It's a well know thing around here. I asked for a drink with no coffee in it and they gave me a coffee flavored frappe. Either they didn't hear me say no coffee, or they didn't rinse the blender in between drinks which is highly disgusting to think about. I was served by the barista named Kacey, (or kacy) and received a bacon gouda sandwich where the bacon was not properly cooked. I also received a drink, that was absurd. Service is kind of low, and we waited several minutes to get our order even taken. Her attitude was not good either. read more

First of all. We walked in, ready to get us some coffee on a very important day. Then we were greeted with frowns, and rolling eyes. As soon as they saw a group of 8 people they started giving each other looks. We are part of a chorus and have people who are in charge of social media. They were simply taking pictures for a post IN A PUBLIC SPACE. If no cameras were allowed then there should be a sign. As soon as they saw the camera of us taking videos and pictures of OURSELVES, they started waving us down and told us they couldn't serve us because we were supposedly "filming" them. Again if this is a public space then there should be no problem with taking pictures. We were going to all be paying customers and they lost 8 paying customers who simply wanted coffee/tea before important auditions. Very rude, couldn't even explain why, they just told us NO. I love the indoor space at this location. It's spacious inside with just enough seating. The parking can be tough, especially with a busy drive-thru line. We ordered 3 drinks and it took quite a while for it to come out. We were the only one ordering. Overall, good customer service. read more

This location is horrible. They repeatedly get my drink order wrong and a few of the employees have had an attitude when I ask them to fix it. The last straw came when I found a bug in my drink and they refused to take it back because I didn't have the receipt. Seriously, there's a bug in my drink! What the heck do I need a receipt for? This starbucks is fairly consistent with other starbucks. Quick order turnaround and some seating but it's limited. There are also a few table outside to use if the weather is nice enough. There is quick a lot of traffic from the area and the local university. No complaints but nothing special. read more

My kids love Starbucks and this is a great location, but, half the time, it's so crowded you can't find a place to park. This location is absolutely ridiculous. Ever since covid the wait here has been astronomical, there are cars CONSTANTLY lined up and the drive-thru line area is far too small to accommodate. People are consistently lined out to the road, and there is no extra area out there because it happens to be next to a intersection between a Lowe's Hardware and Lowe's Foods which is constantly trafficked during the day, and also an intersection off of a main road. This place has always had inconvenient placement anyway, but recent events have really shown how bad it truly is. I would be more tolerant if I saw some improvement over the past 3 months, but if anything, it's possibly gotten even worse. It wouldn't be quite so bad if the line ever moved with any kind of swiftness, but it doesn't, it's always crawling along, with the staff taking forever to put simple drinks together, exacerbating the problem. read more

It's very disappointing when you app your order and 9 out of 10 times it's incorrect. The sticker is prominently on your food or drink, but the order is incorrect. I've received Frappuccinos that weren't fully blended, yeah powder coming through the straw- nasty, and oatmeal with the wrong toppings REPEATEDLY with the sticker lying to my face on the side of the bag.
