The manager (great guy , works the weekend shift always no problems) the gentleman making the drinks is a hustle , non stop . Everyone else not taking care of customers. Overall a great space for remote work. The employees are friendly and my order is always correct.

I love this Starbucks more than the Dunkin on the southside. The staff is always very friendly and very conscious of what they're doing for every single order. I'm in love with the pumpkin loaf, I order it all year round. and especially after going there for so long and so often, they call me by name and greet me so warmly, making me feel like I am a part of the team even when I don't work there! it is a cute little coffee shop even just to sit and do like schoolwork or stuff for your job and what not :) read more

Love the coffee however, when I go to this location at this time about 4:30pm there is a short stocky gentlemen who will take FOREVER at the window EVER TIME. Constant and I know he's there. It took 6-minutes for him to get my cake pop. SIX. I asked if he had to make. All he has to do is grab it from the tray. What takes so long? He couldn't answer me. I'm not going in the anymore. I go there about 4 times a wk during the morning and when I speak of him even they know and roll their eyes. Come on management, please fix. read more

This is a good stop. The location is easy to get to, and the employees have always greeted me with a smile. I usually use the mobile app, but they don't put the finished drinks on the bar here like I've seen at most other Starbucks locations, so customers have to ask for their purchased products, which forces interaction with the employees (sometimes a delay because they are quite busy) instead of just walking in and walking back out. Still, no complaints. Always clean store, always friendly folks. And my order has always been right. read more

I wish I could give zero stars to this location. Management cannot answer questions regarding repeated incorrect deliveries including this morning where half of my order was missing despite it being clearly marked on the receipt attached to the bag. I will never frequent this location again and will have deliveries made from a different location at all costs because they simply don't know what they're doing and don't care they are screwing over delivery customers. read more

Ok, the location is nice and plenty of parking and bathroom was cleaner than average. However, the place was manned by teenagers. The girl that helped me had no clue. They mixed up the labels for the coffee. She could seem to even get a cup with out bending the heck out of it. These folks need some training! read more

I absolutely love Starbucks. The quality is outstanding. The stores are always clean, and the baristas are always super nice. The drive-thru is super convenient, and so is ordering through the app. This is the only place where I can order my iced coffee black and know that I will enjoy it. It's also a great place to hang out with my computer and work on my school work. Plus, I get free refills since I'm a rewards member. :) read more

The location of the Starbucks is convenient. However the service is inconsistent. Going through the drive-thru I have received my order accurately and then other times I have received something totally different than what I've ordered. Today went through twice and still did not get my order correct. Was at this location on Sunday, waited 20 minutes for two drinks and two breakfast sandwiches. This Starbucks location is extremely slow. I even ordered ahead using the app. From the time I arrived (10 minutes after ordering) to the time I left took 30 minutes. This isn't reasonable for two iced coffees. They weren't very busy either. Four cars in the drive thru and two people inside. This won't be my last visit because the next closest Starbucks is 20 minutes away. I would just like to see faster service. I've been to plenty of Starbucks and this one is entirely too slow. read more

I take my dog swimming at Codorus once or twice a week and I usually stop at this Starbucks to let him dry out on the patio, so I frequent this location regularly. The staff members are all very friendly and helpful, my order has always been perfect, the inside is neat and clean, and my dog sure doesn't mind getting treats at the drive-thru window or scratches when the employees come outside on their breaks. read more

This is by far the worst Starbucks I have been to. Not only does it take forever to be served in the drive thru. My most recent experience I went inside as the drive thru was full. I was in and stood at the counter for a few mins and no one helped me. One girl was more interested in sweeping the floor instead of waiting on customers. I am normally not one to complain but customers should always come first!! I will not go back to that Starbucks which is a shame because I live close to this location. read more

The Starbucks in south Hanover needs a total retraining of employees and management. Often they are out of products which is unheard of at any other Starbucks and very seldom are the drinks made the same way. On one such occasion, we were asked to wait while a employee drove across town to get products. The quality of a cold brew is anywhere from 1 to 7 and never a 10. I asked for a sweet cream cold brew and it was like nothing I have ever had at other stores and I get them often. When I asked if maybe they forgot the sweet cream the girl added about six pumps of sweet and no cream. I threw it away in the parking lot. The store is often overrun by what appears to be off duty teen workers that are behind the counter getting their freebies and talking to the people that are suppose to be waiting on customers. We live in south Hanover and will now often drive to the Target or Gettysburg Starbucks to get quality coffees. Many people we talk to agree about the low quality of this Starbucks. read more
