Café de Olla is a traditional Mexican coffee made with specific ingredients and preparation, and what I was served didn't resemble it in any way. It's frustrating to see Hispanic bread and drink names used on the menu when they aren't prepared correctly. That feels misleading and honestly disrespectful to the culture behind these items. If you're going to use traditional names, there should be some level of authenticity or at the very least, honesty about what the product actually is. If the drink isn't going to be made properly, it shouldn't be labeled or marketed as Café de Olla. Either fix the recipe or rename/remove it from the menu. Customers deserve accurate descriptions of what they're ordering. I hope management takes this feedback seriously.

I remember when Dunkin Donut had a counter inside. You could smoke. If you wanted a refill on your coffee all you had to do was ask or hold your cup up. Your refill was free! I understand times change. But common courtesy and respect doesn't, and should not change! I believe many of the problems are they have given out too many franchises. How often do they really check on the stores. I've walked in there a few times and the counter and items that they sell could use a little cleaning. The floor has always looked clean to me. I know when the washroom was open to the public it was filthy!!! no toilet tissue. I even told the manager or suggested that the washroom needs to be clean. I could tell my suggestion probably went South. How many times have I ordered coffee and there were grounds at the bottom. If you stir the coffee and if there are grounds they will rise to the top where you are able to see them. I have to put up with all these things, why? Because I really like Dunkin coffee. Period.
