Hopped by their drive thru the other day and was happy with my order, satisfied with the service and wait time, and will come Back when nearby if and when needed :) This is a great location to easily go in and out even though it is a high traffic area. Decent Starbucks but you have to constantly badger the people behind the counter if you want to get your order. If not your likely to wait upwards of 30 min. Then they get your order wrong and you gotta do it all again. read more

This store is the absolute worst. Takes 25 minutes to get through the drive through for you to get your drink right about 50% of the time. Today once I got to the window, the window worker had to BEG the barista to START my drink and the barista said "how do you make this?" Really? And then my matcha latte was 95% milk. This is one of the busiest Starbucks I've frequented when in town for work. I definitely make use of the mobile order feature but my drink is always correct and ready when it's supposed to be. It's well staffed and the barista Sarah is amazing and cracks me up! It's fairly small as seating inside but they have a nice patio outside and close to be Hospital! read more

Four years I've been coming here and have had my ups and downs, but I can say by the time I left Greenville for good, I was pretty pleased with their service. Wait times are horrible I stop bu here regularly because of the location but it's starting to make more sense to drive out of my way to save time. This is the first time i have had horrible customer service at this location. This morning i got 4 drinks for my coworkers. All of them were made with skim mill even when i didn't ask them to use it. The white mocha had no white chocolate in it so it was a plain latte, and the caramel mochiatto was only filled up 3/4 of the way. January 2015 Starbucks has good coffee, other drinks and baked goods. I am not a coffee drinker, but My Friends are. I like their other drinks-the Strawberries & Cream or Cookies & cream Iced drinks. Add a Cookie and I am good to go! I think it is also great that they are in the different Grocery stores like Harris Teeter. It is all about availability and value. read more

You know, I've never written a review for a Starbucks. Every one I've been to, until today, seems to produce a pretty consistently good cup of coffee, or latte, or whatever. This location is the exception that proves the rule, I guess. The tall latte I just got here was extremely weak and had a very odd taste to it. In a word: gross. OK, I'm from Portland and all we do is hang-out in coffee shops and brew pubs, so I am biased. However, Starbucks has a very regimented recipe for every drink. The consistency here is not reliable. The drinks taste different each time. They need to pay strict attention to detail with the drink recipes. The staff have always been nice. read more

I have mixed feelings about this Starbucks. The workers are generally nice and usually get the order right (this morning was an exception) but don't ever try to order food from here. This location NEVER has any of the advertised food in stock. It's actually a bit ridiculous, having to sit in the drive thru, requesting item after item only to be told they don't have any of them. This morning was particularly obnoxious because the lady taking the order constantly interrupted while I tried to order to the point that I had to repeat myself multiple times while she talked over me. If I make a mobile order its because I want it ready when I get there. My wife and I did so yesterday about 11am. Not a very busy time of day so we thought no problem getting it ready with a 10 minute warning. I was so wrong. Got there and walked in at the same time as three other people. Of course they walked up to the counter and got their drink while mine was no where to be found. After making all of those drinks the barista decides to get around to making the mobile order we sent in much earlier. If you can't prepare mobile orders then didn't offer it as a service. Drinks were not made very well to top it off, mine had no coconut flavor like it was supposed to and they gave my wife caffeinated instead of decaffeinated coffee. They could use more customer service training as well as training on how to make drinks. read more

This Starbucks is horrible. I always have a problem with the employees. They are always in a bad mood and very unprofessional. I've called corporate twice about the service and both times they said the district manager would contact them. The last experience I had was with an older lady who seemed to be apart of management. She had the worst attitude with me and talked to me like I was a child in front of other customers. She had an attitude when taking my order. I work down the street from this Starbucks I go there probably 4 or 5 times a week and I will not be going there anymore. I'm so tired of their attitudes and nobody doing anything about it. The second time I called corporate the lady I talked to never apologized on their behalf. I'm just so amazed at the customer service of a huge company that has plenty of money.
