I have been a Starbucks customer for years, and I can honestly say this was one of the most…read moredisappointing Starbucks experiences I've ever had--so much so that I felt the need to contact corporate. The mobile order service at this location is consistently extremely slow. Even after placing an order well in advance, there is still an excessive wait for drinks, and what makes it worse is the complete lack of acknowledgment or apology for the delay. The customer service inside the store is just as disappointing. No one smiles, there is very little friendly interaction, and you don't get the welcoming café atmosphere that Starbucks has traditionally been known for. A simple "Good morning," "Thanks for waiting," or brief friendly conversation can make a huge difference, especially when customers have already been waiting an unreasonable amount of time. I worked for Starbucks for many years when I was younger, so I understand firsthand how busy a store can get and what it takes to keep orders moving while still providing excellent customer service. Unfortunately, this location is not meeting that standard. The management team really needs to reevaluate the customer service culture, staffing, training, and efficiency of the team. Employees should understand both sides of the job: making quality drinks efficiently AND creating a welcoming experience for customers. I've never been this disappointed with a Starbucks location. Going forward, I'll gladly drive to the Starbucks on Hardin instead. Their customer service, friendliness, and speed are significantly better, and the overall experience is what I expect when I walk into a Starbucks. Every time I'm in the store I do not see any happy customers everybody's face is always sad because they're waiting around for their drinks for more than 20 minutes no matter if it's in person mobile or drive-through

When I walked in I immediately noticed him hacking and sniffing. I tried to ignore it, but when I sat to wait for my order, I watched him bend over and blow his nose onto the floor right behind the counter. Then BARE HANDED he wiped his nose and went on refilling all of the coffee grinders. Once that was done, he started making drinks, stopping periodically to wipe his nose bare handed or dig his knuckle into his nose right over the drinks he was making, all the while sniffing and hacking. I noticed some other patrons notice this behavior and start their own conversations about it as well. Not wanting to make a scene I grabbed my drinks and left throwing them away untouched. I hope there are cameras that the owner can check, if there are I was there from 8:45 to 9:15 on 10/18. Please go and review. The name on the drinks is lucas.

She also said since it new to me, it was on the house and try it at the window to ensure I was satisfied. I get to window, and I was greeted by Bri. Bri and her colleague were so welcoming.
