Chocolate is my fave. Sorry I can't fathom the lavender taste, it is popular or it would not have returned! Congratulations on a winner! Services are usually very good. Ambiance is ok. Busy place and can get a little hard to get in line for the drive through. We always park and go inside. I have to say with all the Starbucks we have been to all over the US, this one had the best customer service in November 2025. The reason I dated this is because we have been here over the years when snow-birding in FL and this particular stop was a step above. I wish I had caught the name of the cashier but he was awesome in helping me use a birthday gift and asking if I wanted to use my stars for my husbands coffee which made our two drinks totally free. Nice to have someone more aware of my star availability than myself. Service was friendly and store was inviting with music in the background. And my drink was just how I like it. My favorite Starbucks in this area! Super sweet girl working the drive thru! My teenager got a Starbucks gift card for Christmas & it was shredded in the washer. The barcode was barely visible & luckily it still worked! Out of all of the Starbucks in this area, this is the best one--both in terms of service and the overall atmosphere and size. As a student, I like to come here to get work done. The long tables have outlets all over and the store (generally) doesn't get super noisy/busy, unlike the one in Uptown Station. Barista Andrew makes the best coffee btw! Iced coffee is my go-to beverage, and Andrew makes it right every time. You'd be surprise to learn that it IS possible to make iced coffees wrong. read more

I have never had this issue at this location and I go 2-5 times a month. They are always very fast and the service is always top-notch. Everyone is always very friendly. We have three Starbucks in the area. This one is busy but I feel I can work productively. There is always a busy vibe here but everyone is doing their own thing. I really love my baristas. Never had a burnt coffee or milk at this location. Plenty of parking out front, side, or in the back. I've only come here for school work during the day so I don't know the at night vibe. Drive-thru is pretty dope with helping you if you cannot decide what to drink or eat. read more

This Starbucks was nice, pretty much just like all the other ones.....its conveniently located right off a busy road. I was just in town visiting and was able to find it easily. I've been to this location numerous times. I prefer to order via the mobile app, and the app for this location is never updated with the items they have in stock. The drive thru line is a bit unnerving, as normally during lunch hours it takes 30+ minutes to get through the drive thru and get your order. Usually after 2 or 3pm the drive thru is a lot easier to navigate. The baristas are always friendly when ordering and helpful when choosing something different if they are out of stock of any items. I have found sometimes the mobile app does say that items are unavailable but when going through the drive thru they actually ARE available. While I dread the Starbucks drive thru and prefer to mobile order and walk in, I do wish that this Starbucks was more accurate in that aspect. read more

Starbucks :) What can I say,I really like Starbucks. Even if I'm not a coffee drinker, I love their Tea and their strawberry refresher's are the greatest. This was the first time I tried their bagels and it's everything a bagel should be crunchy on the outside and soft and chewy on the inside. Top that off with cream cheese and you have a delicious breakfast. Found this location very clean and the staff friendly and professional. The music a little too loud though. Alright...I have a problem. A serious problem. I probably go to this Starbucks at least 4-5 times a week, but I can't help it. The baristas there are consistently good at making my drink orders. How good? Really good. AND FAST. It doesn't surprise me that most mornings between the hours of 7-9 this place is very busy... The drive thru does get backed up, but if you're strapped for time, order ahead online or with the Starbucks App and pick it up. Most of the time, if you order ahead, they will have your order ready right when you walk in. The Baristas that work there are also very nice. Especially Cindy! She is awesome and always has a great, positive attitude! I have been to other places around town and the baristas were not as friendly. A smile goes a long way! I will admit that I have been there so many times that whenever they see me they already know what I am going to order, and that is a nice feeling :) read more

Before all the closures I did a mobile order. When I went in to get it there was another customer holding a drink waiting. I saw my pastry and stood there for the drink. The barista asked me my name I told her and the other customer said "oh I have your drink" and handed it to me. I looked at the barista and she said " oh she didn't drink it". They both stared at me. I've been here a few times already and I think this is the nicest Starbucks in the area. The seating is very nice and clean with two leather chairs to relax as you sip your your favorite coffee or tea. Other stores in the area are much smaller and not as clean in my opinion. I would have to say the only drawback to this store is that before you enter the parking lot there is a nasty dip from the street to the parking lot. You'll have to enter the parking lot very slowly if your car sits low like mine does. The same goes for leaving the parking lot. Don't try to cut out of the parking lot too fast or else you'll end up with hot coffee all over you. read more

I have frequented this Starbucks several times and on 3 occasions my coffee was not made properly. I went through the drive-thru all 3 times. I always order a doppio espresso with steamed non-fat milk and two sugars. Pretty simple right? On all three occasions my espresso was cold because I am assuming they poured cold milk in instead of steamed milk. Cold espresso is pretty awful. They have gotten right more than they have gotten it wrong, but cold coffee is just horrible! read more

I visited this location approximately 4 times going through the drive thru. My first 3 times were fantastic. The window attendant was pleasant and service was great and I didn't have to wait too long. My 4th visit, I waited a long time at the window for my cappuccino. I mean a long time. When I got my drink, I didn't sip it until I got back to my hotel. I was shocked to find only milk in my cappuccino and no espresso. So, I went back and walked straight up to the Barista. It wasn't him that made my drink. He was very apologetic. When he poured out my drink in the sink. He said no kidding it is just milk and made my drink right away. Did he not believe me? He did tell me one person didn't show up and they were slammed. I understand things happen. It wouldn't have been so bad if I had just got the espresso. That is the first thing you put in an espresso. Anyway, I am only giving this Starbucks 3.5 stars, otherwise it would be 4. read more
