Genuinely a horrible experience, I waited for 20 minutes for my coffee and when I got it it was burnt and tasted awful. I went through the drive-through and sat at the window for about 15 minutes and then the woman asked me to come inside to get it because there was a massive line behind me since there were only two girls working. I did want a new coffee but I just asked for a refund because I knew there was no way I was gonna get it anytime soon. read more

I'll never go to this Starbucks again. I was going through the drive-thru and reached the window. A young woman opened her window. I paid. She handed out my iced coffee and my dollar change, one in each hand. I took the very full cup of coffee in my left hand and was bringing it into my car when the whole thing just spilled on my jacket and pants. Not the whole thing, but two or three inches. The lid wasn't fastened to the top. "The lid wasn't on! And I'm going out to dinner," I said, handing her the cup with the lid half off, grabbing my tissues, and soaking up the spill. Did I get an apology? No. Did I get an offer of a free drink or a replacement for this now emptier one? No. Did I get her to wipe the soaking side of the plastic cup? No. She did hand me some napkins, with my $1 bill crumpled up in them, along with the wet cup. Not a single word of commiseration or apology. Just a blank-eyed stare. And I went to my friend's house for dinner in a stained, damp jacket. (The stains will probably wash out.) BAD customer service! read more

I'm a partner, so normally I wouldn't do this kind of thing because I've been on the other side of every situation you can possibly think of. However, I sensed a very unhappy and unmotivated atmosphere at the window today. I was greeted with by a monotone man who hardly talked. I had placed a mobile order and went straight to the location. There was a line so i expected it to take a while but they were moving fast which I am thankful for. When I got to the window my sandwich was cold and a little hard and my guava passion fruit drink was extremely watered down. It has almost no guava juice. The drink itself is almost white. I know they know that this isn't what the drink is supposed to look like and they gave it to me anyway. Because there was a line behind me, I thanked the man at the window and drove away. My second drink was perfect, but I was quite disappointed today :( read more

I am so happy to now have a full service Starbucks by my house. The staff is so friendly and attentive I've never had any issues even when it's busy. Today the staff practically fought over who should wait on us. It's refreshing to be served by a crew who is smiling friendly and genuinely seem to enjoy their jobs. . Every time I've come here the staff have always been so pleasant. In the chaos of day to day life, it's nice to see a smiling face. It's nice and clean, and they offer a great selection of snacks and even lunch options (great for taking on an afternoon hike). But today, they really exceeded my expectations. I made a bone head move and dropped my breakfast sandwich (the horror!). When I went to get a new one, Spencer was so kind to offer me a complimentary replacement. This was unexpected and greatly appreciated. I think this gesture speaks to the quality people who work here. All in all, great employees and a nice location! Thank you guys! read more

I wouldn't say that I'm normally a big coffee drinker, in fact I only stopped in to this location to get my wife and her lover at home their drinks. What is normally a solemn reminder of the antagonistic, unbearable hell that I reside in, this Starbucks visit was different. I wasn't thinking about the entanglement or catastrophe that is my love/marriage life (divorce in process lol). I wasn't thinking about how it got this bad or how on earth I passed that breathalyzer on the trip here. No, I wasn't thinking of any of those things. In regards to what brought about this sudden change in my spirit for the better, it was the people. Good employees can serve you quickly, great employees can change your whole mindset. One of the baristas in particular, emphasized what it means to be a top notch employee. Bailey Allen was at the front of all operations, and made the customers feel at ease. Never in my life have I seen such efficient managerial techniques before I encountered Bailey. During rush hour, she was fixing machines, attending to customers, dealing with complaints, and ordering her coworkers with a powerful voice that echoed throughout the Starbucks like a lions roar across the Serengeti. When Bailey spoke... people listened. It wasn't harsh, rather eloquent and managerial. She was petite, but with a commanding voice that said "SIZE DOESNT MATTER." Truly, all of the employees respected her despite her miniature stature. I respected her for the same reason, a convincing, sure tone that made me feel reassured, safe even. I won't go into details but Bailey saved my marriage, and I got to see my own kids for the first time in years because of her. This experience was like no other, and I hope Starbucks recognizes what she and the other employees bring to the table and reimburse them accordingly. Without a hint of hyperbole, I owe Bailey my life. read more

Stopped in to buy a mocha for the start of a 19 hour drive. I walked in 5 minutes before closing & it was obvious they all wanted to close because the ignored me even after i said hello. The male worker took his time getting to the register and asked "how can I help you?" In a flat unwelcoming manner. My feelings were actually hurt! This has to be the least friendly Starbucks in Fort Collins. The drive thru seems to get the priority so if you go in expect to wait and be treated like a second class citizen. Okay I exaggerate a bit but you get the idea. And don't waste your money on the Clover coffee, it is not worth the extra cost. read more

This Starbucks is a hit or miss. There is gal who has worked there since opening or shortly after and is the rudest barista at any Starbucks that I've experienced. I've only seen and interacted with her at the drive thru window. I lost 11$ on my card because of her mistakes. She was gone for a while and now she is back with more of an attitude. So - I started going inside now. The gals inside are always extremely nice. Although, I had an experience where I watched a gal make my drink and she stuck her whole hand inside my drink to pull out strawberries and throw them in the trash. (Obviously, she felt she put too many in my drink). I asked the kind lady, who took my order, very nicely to make me a new one and stated why. She seemed disgusted in the incident as well. I will NOT drink a drink that someone stuck there hand in (I am still confused as to why she didn't use a spoon or just leave the strawberries in the drink?) And the barista who made the original one seemed completely confused as to why I asked for a new drink. Lesson learned - Always watch them make your drinks, and do NOT go through the drive thru- definitely at this location. The location is a nice addition for that part of town. read more

I have to say this was amazing! I had a horrible experience in the Loveland Starbucks off of 14th St next to the king soopers but this Starbucks off of North college was amazing. Matt you made my bad experience much better!! read more
