BUT- I've have not had any issues with the quality of my coffee or with ordering from this location. The quality of what I order is consistent each time I go there. The staff is always friendly. I've been inside the store (just to pick up because I do order pick up through the app, if you don't do it, I highly recommend it) and the inside of the store is very clean and organized. We went inside to order and stood at the cash register for several minutes waiting for someone to take our order. Two girls were busy with drive thru orders but the third that finally took our order was very professional. The layout is very open with minimal seating. It was a little dirty. I have lived in places where there were Starbucks at every corner. So for being the only Starbucks close by this one runs the drive-thru pretty well. It is normally packed but doesn't take too long to get through. I don't go before work because of the possible back up but it's a nice spot for a mid day coffee or treat. They are sometimes out of drinks or food but I've noticed that's pretty common at all Starbucks just because of the size of the demand, especially when new drinks come out. I also think Starbucks is much better than the local coffee shops here, which is not normal for most other towns. read more

Honestly, I can say that this Starbucks is solid, the only reason it's not 5 stars is because sometimes the wait times are a little longer than expected. Considering Enid has over 45,000 people and there's only one location, it does make sense though. The people who work here are really nice and totally fit that young coffee shop vibe. Bathrooms are always clean and the tables are organized/cleaned off regularly. Perfect for a Saturday morning or right before work. read more

This was the absolute worst experience I've ever had. I placed a online order and walked in to get it. After one of my drinks not even being full I asked if she could fill it up more and after she says it's against Starbucks policy and goes to pour a little more into the cup and then proceeded to slam to cup on the counter and didn't give me another straw. Orders get forgotten or mixed up on a pretty regular basis, and ordering through the app is a long shot because they don't update what's not in stock. The incompetence of the personnel is a feature of this location; there's such high turnover so this isn't a surprise. Not just for the importance of maintaining a successful business, but for the wellbeing of everyone that is working here that is supporting this operation. It takes leadership to develope an true atmosphere of positive work ethic and top revenue. Thankfulness for being able to have work, a team/family that meets common goals in the company. We all need that if we're going to choose to give our lives to something. As a second addition, I saw so much trash.. not overly expressing the truth by any means. All the chairs were nearly empty and nothing was properly organized. Short sweeping and wiping of tables is overall mandatory keep up if you ask the customers. I AM simply making this post to help hopefully transform the environment here.. So, that I can come and enjoy starbucks! We lost Hastings, and I know I'm not going to come here to want to walk back out right after entering. The drinks here are your typical Starbucks drinks. Isn't that the beauty of chain restaurants? You pretty much always know what you are going to get. There are two main issues that I have with this location. 1) The shop is pretty large, however seating is limited. Today, I saw a man who was sitting at a table that was also displaying the Starbucks mugs that they have for sale because there were no other tables available. 2) The service here is slower than the typical Starbucks. My friends and I used the Starbucks app to order ahead. By the time we got to the store we still had to wait another 6-7 minutes to get our drinks. A good aspect of this location is that they have a drive thru! This could also contribute to the longer wait of getting the drinks inside. So, I'd say if you are in a rush to definitely go through the drive thru rather than doing the mobile ordering! read more

The closest and most convenient coffee shop, I frequent this Starbucks way more than I'd like to admit. Not much to say since everyone knows what Starbucks is like. But here's a few notes: The baristas are very friendly here but there is a high turnover, so sometimes they can be a bit slow, especially during the morning rush. And some don't seem very familiar with Starbucks corporate policies, which can really get on the nerves of some die-hard gold-card wielding Starbucks aficionados (aka my coffee fueled friend). But the girls who work the morning shift are so sweet and upbeat, which is very pleasant first thing in the morning. The reason I give them a three is that they are always low on inventory. The store is way too small for the population they are serving, and they can't seem to keep things (especially food items) in stock. It's always hit miss. read more

Call me critical, but i am just not very impressed with Starbucks. Coffee is too strong for me, frapps are not sweet or thick enough, the tea is unimpressive. The one thing I got that I did like is a White Caramel Mocha. That was a rare find. The seating is limited in this location. The customer serivce is good, they do try to make suggestions... I think my biggest issue with it is i feel ignorant there like my order has to be 20 words long for it to taste good (Kicking and Screaming w/ Will Ferrell anyone?) . I don't have this problem at Davinci's down the road, i really don't! On a side note, last week i went in and placed my order of Iced Black Tea w Sugar-free Caramel suggested by the barista. She was nice, but does NOT know good tea... as i was waiting i stepped back to take a photo and was stopped by a manager. I rarely come to this Starbucks even though it is the ONLY location in Enid. The biggest reason is the limited seating. This morning I came to try it out again and the only seat available was the table designated for disabled customers. Not seeing anyone needing it, I decided there was no harm in using it. It must have been while I was reading a NY Times article but eventually a customer in a wheelchair came in and I didn't realize it until after they had scooted up to another table in the cafe. It felt a little bad but they didn't care at all but I did move to a smaller table that had opened up. For the positives - they finally have hot breakfast at this location which was pretty good but a little small but it's what I expected. The coffee is standard Starbucks which usually means I have to be really specific about my order to get what I really want but the quality is standard. I chose to come here for a change in scenery this morning but it's not going to be my usual cafe choice. read more

This Starbucks has been through a Lot! Unfortunately due to poor management in the past the store has struggled. There is a new manager now, Kendi, and she rocks! People do not understand that it takes a LOT to break workers out of poor habits but Kendi has done an excellent job, and she continues to work on what she can! The baristas are kind and want to chat! If you ever have an issue, Kendi is MORE than open to hearing from you. i got a carmel funnel cake frappe with a shot of espresso and when i got to the window i got handed a strawberry funnel cake so i had them remake it. when they handed it to me i could tell there was chocolate on it because of how dark it was and i was right tasted nothing like coffee which the espresso which was suppose to add that but instead they played the chocolate off as espresso. read more
