After reading the other reviews on here I can tell you that the new management at this store has drastically turned the store around. This is one of the best Starbucks' i have ever been to based on the very friendly, speedy staff that remains on task at all times. Horrible service! The man serving us was so rude and said he didn't like my name for the cup so he was "putting doctor who names" The first thing he said when we reached the counter was a loud, "NO" like he wasn't going to serve us. I should have walked out right then, if he was trying to be funny he was incredibly rude. My frappachino was nothing but ice and tasted horrible. I will NEVER go back, I have never been so disrespected at a Starbucks before now I never want to go to any. read more

This is the WORST Starbucks I've been to!! Ordered a Trenta black iced tea. It came out looking like tinted water. I sent it back & asked that they make it stronger. My husband and I are loyal Starbucks customers, but after living in Enid for approx 4 months, we have come to experience the WORST Starbucks ever! The customer service is typically poor, and the accuracy of orders is truly unacceptable. I travel frequently, at least twice a month and no matter how much traveling I do, I like to go to the local starbucks to study, read, or unwind. This one was HORRIBLE. Not because of the coffee or the service, but the ENVIRONMENT was terrible because of BLARING music! Coffee shops are for relaxing, calm study or reading sessions. I was miserably annoyed by the drumming, trumpeting, jazz SCREAMING from the two speakers in the store. Patrons had to almost yell above it to carry on a conversation! FAIL. I asked one of the workers if they could turn it down and they said they did but it was not noticeable at all. It's unfortunate since I'll be here for a year for work that this place is completely crossed off my list for the duration of my stay in this town. I say again, FAIL. read more

Recently I just wanted an extra shot for my Americano. I have been in Starbucks in airports, foriegn countries, events, etc. An extra shot has always been 85 cents. In the Enid Starbucks it was $1.91. What gives here? Does corporate know about this charge. read more

This is the worst Starbucks I've ever been to but unfortunately it's the closest one within a 2 hour drive from me. Nine times out of ten my drinks are made wrong. The wait time is pretty long but it's understandable since it's the only Starbucks in town. They seem to be out of stock of stuff a little too often. Just like many starbucks establishment their customer service dwindles when there are minorities around. I ordered a tea and didn't know my tea was done until I ask to see if it was mine. No one bothered to even speak to me and tell me that my order was ready. The staff is all white (of course) little girls. I waited 25 minutes for my three drinks and the tall man with curly hair who took my order was incredibly rude and when he gave me one of my drinks it was completely wrong and when I told him it was wrong he dumped the drink out into the trash while staring at me then about five minutes later my other two drinks still had not been prepared so I spoke to Liera and she was very angry and once she made them she threw them onto the counter and yelled at me and said it was ready. Both finally gave me a refund but kept slamming the appliances afterwards. read more
