The ham in the breakfast sandwich was cold and very salty. Drinks were consistently good. Service is superb as this time we get to experience the staff and they were all nice people. We also got to experience their live shows and it's pretty cute to watch and listen to. Bathrooms are well maintained and clean. It is definitely a busy day in the morning. Still a good place to visit especially for their drinks. However, it seems like they lack high chairs for babies in case you guys would bring your LO's.

The energy balls were filling and had the right amount of chocolate chips and coconut shreds. The biggest downside was the wait time. It felt like I waited around 15 to 20 minutes for my latte, and when it was finally ready, they asked if I had received my energy balls yet. I had not, so they gave them to me then. That was a little frustrating because I had just come from the airport, was hungry, and had not had breakfast or coffee yet. Another issue was that the bathrooms had low water pressure while I was there, so I could not properly wash my hands or use the restroom, which was inconvenient. Overall, the coffee and snacks were very good, but the slow service and bathroom issue took away from the experience.
