I am incredibly grateful for the Starbucks staff here who are working on New Years day. This location was the closest to my hotel and was one of the few things that were open in the area on this holiday (open from 7AM - 10PM). There were quite a bit of staff there and actually quite a few customers. Unlike most other places, they put the size of their containers out right by the register for those who are not familiar with their lingo. I got my usual, a black iced coffee and I got it in less than 2 minutes after ordering (and... they got my name right!). If you're going to be a Starbucks regular, go ahead and pay with their gift card and start earning points for each of your purchases. They have a drive thru on the other side which appears to be frequently used. They have plenty of parking around the store. Clean and efficient and I like it! read more

I'm a Starbucks fan. Lol service has always been good in any location I go to. This particular store had ample seating with tables and outlets. Everyone was friendly. I was here for about 3 hours doing computer work. It was great and I was very productive. I got a pink drink and an iced caramel macchiato while I was there. I also asked for multiple cups of ice and they were not annoyed by me! Great place. read more

I was surprised to visit this Starbucks location and regardless how long the drive thru line was I was able to experience Beautiful costumer service and fast fast service!!! I am so use to other locations where I experience 15 to 20 minute drive thru wait. Kudos to the manager at this location they know what they are doing! Drink was great! read more

This location was busy busy this afternoon! We stopped by wanting something hott to drink since El Paso decided it wanted to be so cold today. Almost every table was occupied but we were lucky to find an empty one in the corner. We placed our orders right away and we sat down. It was so warm and toasty inside and it smelled so good! Our drinks were made pretty quickly and they tasted really good! Our order was: One tall hot passion tea lemonade with honey One grande hot green tea latte with soy milk! My green tea latte tasted SOOOO GOOD. It was perfect! The cashier was very friendly and also the barista when handing us our drinks! Cute place to hang out and sipppp on your coffee! read more

Ummm...wtf did you guys just serve me? Ordered a iced Chai latte and my throat is on fire. That's not supposed to happen. I'm convinced this cold drink of hell is the results of making coffee with no love. I should've known something was up when it took them longer to complete my order than make it. It tastes like they just threw a handful of cinnamon and nutmeg in a Tall with a 1/2 cup of water and ice. Is there even nutmeg in chai? This needs a chaser...for real. Question of the day: Since the same people will be making it, will my drink be any better if I send it back? So two stars? I'm cutting them some slack since at least two of the employees are being trained right now. I pray to the Starbuck coffee Gods and CEO (or are they one in the same) that the trainees made our drinks and just don't know any better. And it's generally clean. But freakishly cold. read more

I keep getting lattes that taste like water at all the Starbucks. At first I just assumed that they were using 2% milk but even when I requested whole milk they still tasted really thin. I even went so far as to order one in San Antonio with half and half and it still tasted exactly the same. I get lattes all the time from other coffee shops and they taste very creamy. read more

No complaints at this location. My brother and I had to look for a place with outside seating since my car's brakes had to be changed suddenly and we had my fur baby (just great). The baristas were nice and one actually came out and offered my dog a cup of whipped cream! Unlike me, this Starbucks isn't as big as it leads you to believe, indoor seating is a little crammed. It is great for groups, not so much for individuals, the reason I say this is that the acoustics are such that you can hear what everyone else is saying, much more than at the average SBUX. Its not a big deal, unfortunately for me, its noticeable enough. The coffee and food items are as good as you expect them to be and priced the same way as all other Starbucks in El Paso. The place and facilities are clean, which is always a plus, and it has a drive-thru for extra convenience. PS facilities is a euphemism for restroom. read more

I appreciated this Starbucks more than other ones I've been to for a couple of different reasons: 1. They did the basics right. From quick service to clean tables, this Starbucks was well run. The music wasn't too loud. The tables and chairs inside were comfortable. 2. Their drive through was relatively quick. A hallmark of a good Starbucks is their ability to both serve customers in cars and inside the building, and they did both admirably. 3. It's located a little off the beaten path. A lot of the Starbucks in El Paso are located right off the highway, and those ones get a lot of traffic. This Starbucks is a little further from the highway, and as a result, is a little less busy. One only downside is the lack of outdoor seating, but otherwise, it's a pretty solid Starbucks. read more

The baristas are super nice and make great drinks. I took one star as they don't keep the mobile orders in the mobile order pick up area. You have to ask a barista for your order. Not a big deal if you know to do it, but can lead to people waiting for their order to be placed there while order is waiting behind counter, causing delays on both sides. read more

I'll be honest. I love Starbucks. Not because of the coffee. But it's a place I can get some work done that isn't my apartment while I drink some decent coffee/tea. That said, this Starbucks is terrible. I noticed that 2 people were in training but the person who made my sweetened iced coffee was not a newbie. Yet it tasted like it was the first she ever made. It was incredibly bitter and there was no amount of cream in the world that could sweeten it up. My colleague got a chai tea. I'm a connoisseur of chai tea. I get it everywhere I go. Iced or hot, I love me some chai tea. I did not love her chai tea. I take this very personally. Not because I spent money on it, but because the barista managed to ruin one of my favorite beverages. Could I make chai tea? Heck no. Well. Not yet. I'm working in it. And by working on it I mean I plan on googling it later. But these baristas are trained to make these delectable drinks. The closest Starbucks near our hotel. Two days in a row we visited them in the morning to get our simple, very simple drinks wrong. Morning 1: We ordered two coffees; one blond roast and one Pikes place. Both with 2 sugars. We got two dark roast coffees with creme galore, it was so white that I didn't know strong coffee could get that white! It was definitely our fault (we usually do!) for not checking before driving off but we ended just dumping both coffees out and having caffeine headaches the rest of the day. Morning 2: We ordered the same thing! One blond roast and one Pikes Place, both with 2 sugars. We got two hot teas with milk. We definitely checked and gave them back those drinks. After waiting sometime we finally got our simple 'on tap' coffee. Did I mention that Im lactose intolerant? Starbucks was on a mission to get me sick! read more

I just moved to el paso and this is the first time that I've been to this location. I came here to study just for today because i was in the area, but will probably make this my go to spot because the customer service was so good. This Starbucks has one of the fastest drive thrus, but going inside is a good way to get your caffeine fix with less wait. They have blonde espresso here too! Terrible service from the minute we drove up to the drive-through. The server was rude and condescending. We asked simple questions and were met with snippy answers. He rudely handed us our change and I suspect accidentally dropped our money in the drive-through. we had to go out to retrieve it. While handing us our order we were unaware he was speaking to the car behind us so he was calling out their order. Naturally we thought he was giving us not what we ordered. When we questioned him about what he was handing us he very rudely said "I'm having a conversation with someone else." Then shut the window on us. We will never return to this location based on the service of that rude server. We will be further pursing this with higher management. read more

I enjoy Starbucks practically ever day. One issue I have with this location is, the coffee is always served warm. Never hot. No cup sleeve required. Other than that it's just like most Starbucks.
